Abstract

In the midst of the rapid development of UMKM, their movement has decrreased dwe to the emergence of Covid-19, which has a direct impacts on economics turnover, especially for UMKM. The government through the Ministry of Cooperatives and UKM distributes Presidential Assistance for Micro Business Actors (BPUM). The application for BPUM is carried out one door, namely through the office in charge of cooperatives and UKM in the district/city. BPUM or Assistance for Micro Business Actors is one type of BLT (Direct Cash Assistance) provided by the government. Targeting micro, small and medium entrepreneurs, this assistance is channeled directly into the accounts of BPUM recipients and is aimed at those who meet the requirements and are registered as recipients. The purpose of this study was to determined the Implementation of the Assistanced Program for Miccro Business Actors (BPUM) durings the Covid-19 Pandemics by the Pekanbaru City Cooperative Offices. The types of researched used is qualitatives research and data collections techniques based on interviews, observations, and documentations. The results of this study are that the implementation of the BPUM program at the Pekanbaru City Cooperative Service is quite good, such as forming a special team in implementing the BPUM program so that it can run well but there are still some obstaclesd that occur during implementation, thus hampering the process of implementing the BPUM program.

Abstract

The Smart Tax application is an innovation of local tax services issued by the Pekanbaru City BAPENDA to improve local tax services that make it easier for taxpayers to get the desired local tax services. However, there are obstacles in implementing regional tax service innovations through Smart Tax at the Pekanbaru City BAPENDA, such as the limitations of downloading the Smart Tax application and there are still many taxpayers who do not know this Smart Tax application. This study aims to determine whether the innovation of tax services through Smart Tax at BAPENDA Pekanbaru City has been running well or not. The theory used in this study is the theory of innovation by Rogers in Suwarno with five indicators, namely relative advantage, suitability, complexity, trialability, and ease of observation. This research method uses qualitative methods with data collection techniques based on observations, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the innovation of tax services through Smart Tax at BAPENDA Pekanbaru City has not gone well. The factors that hinder the implementation of this program are the server and downloading the Smart Tax application still limited and lack of budget for socialization of Smart Tax application in Pekanbaru City.

Abstract

Unemployment is one of the main problems that are closely related to economic growth. Unemployment is generally caused by the fact that the labor force is not proportional to the number of jobs available. The purpose of this study is to clarify the strategy of the Pematangsiantar City Manpower Office in tackling unemployment in the covid-19 pandemic era and to find out what factors affect the Pematangsiantar City Manpower Office in tackling the unemployment problem in the covid-19 pandemic era. The theoretical concept used in this research is the strategy theory proposed by Ellitan and Anatan (2008:9) to measure the strategies that have been set in organizations or companies, such as technology strategies, innovation strategies, and operations strategies. This study uses a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. The data analysis technique used Nasution's theory (2000: 128). The results of this study indicate that the strategy of the Pematangsiantar City Manpower Office in tackling unemployment in the era of the covid-19 pandemic has not run optimally due to limited funds owned by the Manpower Office and limited human resources.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work ability and level of education on employee performance at Pt. Jaya Abadi Prospero Showroom Yamaha Bulukumba. This research is a quantitative research, is a population study. The subjects of this research are employees at PT. Jaya Abadi Prospero Showroom Yamaha Bulukumba with 42 people. Data collection using questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability with data analysis carried out using multiple linear regression analysis using two methods, namely simultaneous test (F) and partial test (t) using Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) data processing assistance. The results of this study indicate that: 1) Work ability does not partially affect employee performance based on the partial test results that the work ability variable (X1) on employee performance has a significance value of 0.217 > 0.05 and a t count < t table, namely, 1,255 < 2,023. 2) There is a positive and significant influence between the level of education on employee performance as shown in the results of the t test which has a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 t arithmetic value > t table, namely, 16.296 > 2.023. 3) There is a significant influence between work ability and level of education which together affect employee performance on the results of the simultaneous test with a calculated F value of 132,997 with a probability value (sig) = 0.000. The calculated F value (132.997) > F table (3.23) and sig is less than the probability value of 0.05 or 0.002 < 0.05. With a large influence of 86.6% and the remaining 13.4% influenced by other variables not examined.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the influence of Service Mall at the Office of the One Stop Integrated Service Investment Service (DPMPTSP) of Barru Regency. The population in this study were visitors to the Public Service Mall at the One-Stop Integrated Service Investment Service Office (DPMPTSP) of Barru Regency and the sample used was 60 visitors using the saturated sample formula. Data was collected using observation and questionnaire methods. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis using Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS). The results of this study indicate that service quality has a positive and significant influence on visitor satisfaction at the Public Service Mall at the One Stop Integrated Service Investment Office (DPMPTSP) of Barru Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the training has a significant effect on improving the farming skills of onion farmers in Tindalun Village, Enrekang Regency. The population in this study were onion farmers in Tindalun Village, amounting to 60 people. Data collection is done by using the method of questionnaires, observations, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is simple regression analysis using Statistical product and service solution (SPSS). The result of this study indicate that the training has a positive and significant impact on improving the farming skills of onion farmers in Tindalun Village, Anggeraja District, Enrekang Regency.

Abstract

The Influence of Discipline on Employee Performance at Class II A Penitentiary A Bulukumba, thesis on the management study program of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Makassar State University. Supervised by Uhud Darmawan Natsir and Zainal Ruma. The role of human resources is a very important factor for an organization. Along with developments in today's reform era, all public organizations and state apparatus are required to be able to carry out their duties with full responsibility to achieve good performance. One of the factors that affect the performance is discipline. However, the phenomenon that occurs is that employee discipline is less effective, it can be seen from the hours of entry and return of employees who are not on time not in accordance with the provisions of working hours and employees still use long breaks. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of discipline on the performance of employees at the Class II A Penitentiary in Bulukumba. The variables of this research are discipline (X) and performance (Y). The population in this study was specifically the prison guards (warriors) of the Class II A Penitentiary A Bulukumba, which amounted to 38 people. Data collection techniques were carried out using questionnaires, documentation, observation and interviews. While the analysis technique in this research is simple regression using SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) software. The results showed that discipline had a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees at the Class II A Penitentiary in Bulukumba.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation and commitment on employee performance. The sample in this study was 50 respondents. Data collection techniques are carried out by means of observation, questionnaires, and documentation. The data analysis technique consisted of validity test, reability test, classical assumption test consisting of normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity tes, multiple regression analysis test, descriptive analysis test, and hypothesis testing. The results of the study show that motivation and commitment have a positive and significant impact on employee performance at the Bulukumba Regency Population and Civil Registration Office. Based on the results of 14.723 this value is greater than the table which is 3.19 or 14.723 > 3,19.

Abstract

Kampar Regency is one of the regions in Indonesia that has a large potential for food production. Langgini Village located in Kampar Regency has the potential of an unused yard. in food independence and the lack of community food needs. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of how to optimize the food independent program in Kampar district and the inhibiting factors for optimizing the program for food independence in Kampar district. This research method uses a qualitative method with a descriptive pen, as well as collecting data obtained through observation, interviews and documentation, then analyzed based on the problems found in the study. The findings of this study indicate that the program for optimizing ways to be self-sufficient in food is currently running well, but there are inhibiting factors, namely human resources (HR), limited funds and the COVID-19 pandemic.

Abstract

The Qur'an was revealed to humans in addition to being a differentiator between right and wrong, it also guides humans to demand and develop knowledge. Since the credibility of the Church as a source of scientific information has declined, a scientific approach to science has flourished towards secular knowledge. The occurrence of the dichotomy of Islamic science with general sciences causes Islamic scientists to try to Islamize or integrate the two sciences, because if this is not done it will have a negative impact on human life. The response of Muslim scholars regarding the relationship between Islamic science and the general public has three typologies, namely: Restorationist, Reconstructionist, and Reintegration.
