Abstract

Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) based on culinary enterprises is the most dominating business sector in Malang City. This research used the descriptive qualitative method and the data resources obtained from interview. This aims of this research was to describe and analyze resistance and support factors that affecting the development strategy of SME based on culinary enterprises, development strategy of SME based on culinary enterprises and tourist’s perception of the products that produced by SME based on culinary enterprises in Malang City. The result of the research showed that, first the resistance factors that affecting the development strategy of SME based on culinary enterprises are fund, materials, equipment, human resources and area. While the support factors that affecting this research are licensing, training, marketing and organization. Second development strategy of SME based on culinary enterprises are training, protection of business, development of partnerships and development of the promotions. Third tourist’s perception of the products that produced by SME are influenced by the packaging of products displayed and product innovation that created by SME enterprisebased culinary in Malang.

Abstract

Security is an important aspect in maintaining operational continuity and protecting company assets. PT. BPJS Ketenagakerjaan as a company with vital objects and sensitive data, needs to implement strong security policies and practices. This study aims to analyze the vital object security policy system, data security, and cyber security at PT. BPJS of Employment. The research method used is qualitative research. The discussion of the research is that: 1) PT. Employment BPJS has vital object security, 2) PT. Employment BPJS has file security, and 3) PT. BPJS Employment has cyber security.

Abstract

Pertamina (Persero) is the only BUMN (State Owned Enterprise) engaged in the integrated oil and gas business, starting from the upstream to downstream scope of work with assets that really need to be maintained. PT Pertamina (Persero) ensures that meeting the needs for fuel and LPG as well as providing services to the community remain the Company's main priorities. As a BUMN, Pertamina, including all workers, is responsible for carrying out the Government's mandate to ensure national energy security. The purpose of this study is to determine vital objects, file security, and cyber security against security management at PT. Pertamina (Persero). This research method uses qualitative research with a Systematic Review approach, the source of data used in this study is secondary data, namely data obtained or collected by researchers from various existing sources. Secondary data can be in the form of data from the Annual Report of PT. Pertamina (Persero) and so on. The results of research in this journal serve as additional information material and input for companies that can be taken into consideration in managing Vital Objects, File Security and Cyber ​​​​Security for Security Management at PT. Pertamina (Persero), as with construction projects, the risk of work accidents disrupts the activities of the project workers.

Abstract

The insight from the management of security to the company's intuition is significant. In the banking industry, security management such as vital object policies, file security and cyber security have an important role in maintaining and keeping confidential the data of customers in the company. In preventing the leakage of customer data, companies must pay more attention to objects that are too crucial. It is not easy to give company access to employees outside the company.

Abstract

Security management is very important in every company, especially in the banking industry. All branches of Bank BRI have increased the level of security, such as the number of police officers conducting patrols and installing CCTV as evidence when there are criminal matters that occur within Bank BRI. At Bank BRI Pujon branch, routine patrols have also been carried out to minimize loopholes for criminal acts. Security management is designed to prevent unwanted things from happening within the company that cause insecurity and discomfort in PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia engaged in Indonesian banking institutions.

Abstract

This study discusses the cyber security system and file security in securing vital objects of PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. In the context of a critical telecommunications company, maintaining the security and confidentiality of vital objects and information stored in files is critical. This study identifies security measures that are generally implemented by PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk in protecting vital objects and files containing important information. These measures include the use of firewalls, intrusion detection, protection against DoS attacks, data encryption, user identification and authentication, and continuous security monitoring. In addition, this research also provides suggestions for improving the cyber security system and file security of PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. These suggestions include increasing security awareness, regular security audits, collaboration with external parties, enhanced security monitoring, and research and innovation in cybersecurity. By implementing these steps and suggestions, PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk can improve cyber security and file security on their vital objects, so as to protect information that is very important for the company and their customers.

Abstract

The Kamsia Boba business was established with the aim of fulfilling people's demand for boba drinks which are currently popular. Boba is a tapioca ball that is often used as a filling for bubble tea drinks. To achieve its vision and mission, Kamsia Boba needs the right strategy to increase sales and compete with other boba drink manufacturing companies that have already entered the market. The purpose of this research is to analyze the strategy used by Kamsia Boba in increasing sales through the use of modern technology. The research method used is a qualitative method with interview and observation techniques. Sources of data used are primary data and secondary data. The final result of the research is that there are several strategies used while running the "Kamsia Boba" business.

Abstract

PLN is a State-Owned Enterprise that handles government problems related to electricity and supplies electricity in very large quantities to the population. At PT. PLN is a subsidiary engaged in Power Plants, in this sector a vital object security system is urgently needed which is directly monitored by The Regional Police Vital Object Security Unit where the work system at PT. PLN is carried out by members of security, namely security guards. Therefore, an Android-based application is needed for monitoring the security of vital object areas which is a container for reporting vital objects in realtime that is integrated in one Information Technology system under the auspices of the PAM OBVIT POLDA JAMBI with an emphasis on prevention, speed of action of officers and ease in securing the location of vital objects in the environment. PLN DALKIT JAMBI Province. Data confidentiality ensures that cyber users have their privacy protected, be it privacy on personal computers, handheld devices or protected by privacy data when carrying out various internet browsing activities. Cyber-security is a collection of tools, policies, security concepts, security safeguards, guidelines, risk management approaches, measures, training, best practices, assurance and technology that can be used to protect the cyber environment and the organizations and assets of users.

Abstract

Student learning outcomes in XII IPA 2 class for the 2021-2022 learning year for the competence to write opinions in articles are still low.Students have difficulty in developing their ideas. This is caused by many factors, including the use of media and learning activities that are less varied, causing students' interest and enthusiasm in learning to be less and the results achieved are not optimal. With media in the form ofinfographicswill make it easier for students to express their ideas, when compared without the mediain the form of infographics.Therefore, the purpose of this research is to improve the skills of writing opinions in the articles of XII IPA 2 class of MAN Insan Cendekia Paser students by using infographic media.Infographic media is one of the media used in learning to write opinions in articles. This infographic media can stimulate students in expressing ideas creatively in writing opinions. The type of research used is Classroom Action Research (CAR). The subjects of this study were students of XII IPA 2 class of MAN Insan Cendekia Paser, as many as 24 students with details of 9 male students and 15 female students.The results showed that the ability to write opinions in articles based on infographics media can improve the opinion writing skills of XII class students of MAN Insan Cendekia in the 2021-2022 academic year.

Abstract

Sodium borate |functions as a preservative but is dangerous like boric acid so it is prohibited from being used in food products. This study was conducted to determine the borax content in chicken noodles sold in Kediri City. The samples used in this study were taken from 5 chicken noodle traders in the Bandar Kota Kediri area. The methods used include flame test and tumeric paper test. For the flame test after the noodle sample is incandescent, if the result is a blue flame, it means that it does not contain borax. If the flame test is green, it shows a positive result containing borax. For tumeric paper test, if it gives a yellow color, it shows negative, it does not contain borax. The tumeric test shows a positive result if the tumeric paper gives it a brick-red color. The results of this study showed that wet noodles circulating in the Bandar Kota Kediri area did not contain borax.
