Abstract

Background: Elderly is someone who is >60 years old and identical with various drop status health, especially status health physique. Consumption of food with more sodium could increase pressure blood. Sodium t hat enters t he body will be directly absorbed into vessels blood. The thing this causes t h e rate of sodium in the blood to increase. Sodium nature withholds water, so that cause the volume of blood Becomes go on. LDL is called bad cholesterol because of its atherogenic effect (easily attached to the walls of blood vessels), so it can cause fat accumulation and narrowing of blood vessels (atherosclerosis). Objective: The aim of the study is for knowing the connection rate of sodium and LDL (Low-Density Lipoprotein ) in the elderly in RT 07 RW 08 Pojok Village, Mojoroto District Kediri City. Methods: The design of this study used a cross-sectional. The population is all elderly in the RT 07 RW 08 of Pojok Village, Mojoroto District, Kediri City, totaling 22 elderly. The research method used is Total Sampling. Analysis of the data used is Shapiro Wilk. Results: This study resulted in an average sodium level of ± 141.65 mmol/L and an average LDL level of 126.79 mg/dL. So there is no correlation between sodium and LDL levels with a p-value <0.05 (0.0191). Consultations and suggestions: This study concludes that there is no relationship between sodium and LDL levels in the elderly. Suggestions from this study are the elderly always maintain a healthy body by implementing a healthy lifestyle.

Abstract

Implement the learning process for the Basic Competency of writing historical story texts by paying attention to the structure and language of story texts including; 1) If the learning process in class follows the flow contained in the lesson plans, then we will be able to carry out more meaningful learning. 2) The HLS learning model can increase students' motivation and learning achievement in studying personal history story text material. 3) Student Worksheets can assist teachers in carrying out learning and students more easily understand the concept of writing HLS models for personal history story text material. 4) So that learning is more understandable students are equipped with various media and learning resources. 5) Giving rewards to students can increase motivation and achievement in learning Indonesian.

Abstract

However simple the civilization of a society, an educational process occurs or takes place in it. That's why it is often stated that education has existed throughout human civilization. Education makes human resources more quickly understand and be ready to face changes in the work environment. Therefore it is not surprising that a country with a population with a high level of education will have a rapid rate of economic growth. Awareness of the importance of quality education is determined by the role of teachers, school principals, inspectors/supervisors and other supervisors, including parents and the community. The role of education implementers in the field is very important in planning programs, implementing programs, discussing problems encountered, developing and disseminating new ideas and developing teaching materials and teaching and learning aids in schools. In this case the teacher is required to master the field of work in a professional manner. Teacher professionalism will appear if the teacher masters and is able to apply methodological principles in the teaching and learning process.

Abstract

This article aims to discuss innovation in the field of education and educational staff. The progress of the times and the challenges of today's increasingly rapid era, ideally educators and education staff must still learn, be creative in developing themselves with new discoveries in the world of education. Teaching and learning activities as a system, always get attention, both in the family, school, and society in general. Even so, teacher education graduates have not been able to fully improve the quality as aspired to. This is understandable because the problem of the quality of education is strongly influenced by many factors, including the quality of teachers, students, methods, tools, learning facilities and infrastructure, curriculum, costs, media, and environmental educational facilities. In the world of education, teachers have multi-role functions, namely as educators, instructors, and trainers. That is, the teacher as an educator refers to fostering and developing the affection of students, the teacher as a teacher refers to where the teacher conducts training and development of knowledge or intellectual brain teasers while the term teacher as a coach refers to the coaching and development of students' skills.

Abstract

This research is Motivated by students who have performed the noon prayer in congregation but do not apply prosocial behavior in the school environment. As is well known that in Islam, prosocial behavior can be demonstrated by worship activities such as congregational prayers, because congregational prayers can strengthen a sense of togetherness, foster affiliation ties to the community, increase social solidarity and unity of thought. This type of research used in this study is a quantitative with a correlational approach aimed at knowing the significance of the effect of the influence of the midday prayer in prosecutorial behavior in class XII students at MAN 3 Palembang. The sampling technique uses the provisions of the Issac and Michael formula with a total of 161 students / subjects. Then the data collection techniques were obtained directly from the research subjects by using measurement tools or data collection tools in the form of scales. Furthermore the data collected has been analyzed using simple regression techniques.

Abstract

File security is an act of deterrence from attacks by irresponsible file users or network accessors (Mulyana, 2016). Cyber security is security that has been modified, the nature of which refers to everything that is owned in cyberspace that is to be secured. According to (Prabuningtyas, 2018). Vital object security system is a national vital object that has a strategic role in national development. On the other hand, the dimensions of security threats and disturbances are growing with various risks and impacts. Security threats and disturbances to vital national objects directly or indirectly impact the national economic system, political stability, and national security according to (Namudat et al., 2019) PT. Regional Drinking Water Company (PDAM) Is one of the regionally owned business units, which is engaged in the distribution of clean water to the general public. There are PDAMs in every province, district, and municipality throughout Indonesia. The object of this research is the Regional Drinking Water Company (PDAM). Data collection techniques use survey techniques and research methods use a combination of descriptive and associative methods. Description of PT PDAM (Regional Water Supply Company) Regional Drinking Water Company (PDAM) is one of the BUMDs owned by the local government. Based on Law no. 5 of 1962 as a business owned by the Regional Government (Pemda) which provides services and organizes public benefits in the field of drinking water. PDAM activities start from producing, processing, and distributing clean water to customers.

Abstract

The population of Indonesia in 2020 is 267,026,366 people, which makes Indonesia the fourth most populous country. Then according to reports until mid-2022 that number has increased to 275.77 million people, the rate of population growth has increased 1.13% from last year. For this reason, promoting family planning (KB) is an effort to build quality families. Implanted contraception is a Long Term Contraceptive Method (MKJP) which is recommended for preventing unwanted pregnancies because it has a high level of effectiveness in terms of usability and cost, achieving a 99% success rate. The purpose of this study was to identify the factors of age, level of education, and level of knowledge on the interest of couples of childbearing age in using implanted contraceptives and to analyze the dominant factors that influence them. The research was conducted in Banaran Village, Kediri City in April 2023. This type of research is analytic with a cross sectional approach. The sampling technique used was quota sampling, the number of respondents was 210 PUS who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The research instrument used checklists and questionnaires with the Spearman test data analysis technique followed by multiple logistic regression tests. The results showed that there was a relationship between age and interest with a p value of 0.033, there was a relationship between educational level and interest with a p value of 0.000 and there was a relationship between knowledge and interest with a p value of 0.000. The factor with the largest Exp (β) is the knowledge level factor with Exp (β) values of 18.178 and 127.495. The conclusion obtained is that there is a relationship between age, education level, and level of knowledge on the interest of couples of childbearing age in the use of implanted contraceptives. The dominant factor influencing the interest of couples of childbearing age in using implanted contraceptives is the level of knowledge.

Abstract

Every Tour & Travel is a small-scale travel agent and will only enter the world of travel in 2021. Every Tour & Travel is the brand name of PT. Young Indonesian Explorers which is the name of the company. Every Tour & Travel provides travel package products, prices, travel plans, travel consultants, and others related to travel activities. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the Sales Promotion factors that influence purchasing decisions at Every Tour & Travel. In this study, researchers used descriptive analysis with quantitative methods and took samples using a purposive sampling approach with the Slovin formula so the total customer population at Every Tour & Travel every month from 2021 to 2022. The data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents who have made transactions and have seen Sales Promotion media on Every Tour & Travel. For data analysis techniques, researchers used descriptive analysis of respondents and variables, validity test, reliability test, t test, F test, Coefficient of Determination (R2), Simple Linear Regression TEST, Normality test, and Heteroscedasticity test using the SPSS 25 program. Based on the results of research conducted using the t test, the results show that Sales Promotion (X) has a partial effect on the Purchase Decision variable (Y). The results of research conducted using the F test, the results show that the Sales Promotion variable (X) has a simultaneous effect on the Purchase Decision variable (Y). The test results for the Coefficient of Determination (R2) based on this study show that the R2 value is 0.852 or 85.2% which indicates the level of influence of the Sales Promotion (X) variable on the Purchase Decision variable (Y), so it can be said that 14.8% is influenced by other variables outside the research. The results of the Simple Linear Regression test show that the Purchase Decision variable (Y) can be influenced by Sales Promotion (X). The conclusion from the results of this study is that Sales Promotion has a partial effect on the Purchasing Decision variable either partially or simultaneously.

Abstract

Turmeric is one of the potential medicinal plants, apart from being a raw material for medicine, it is also used as a natural dye. Yellow dye (curcumin) is used as a food coloring for humans. Temulawak (Curcuma xanthorriza Robx) can be used as the main medicinal ingredient in supporting the provision of color. The purpose of this study was to determine the best storage time for turmeric and temulawak extracts that could be used as natural dyes based on color intensity and curcumin content. In this study, the manufacture of turmeric and temulawak extracts was carried out using the decoction method. Determination of storage variations for 7 days was carried out on the influence of storage temperature, namely room temperature (30 ), refrigerator temperature (7 ), drying cabinet temperature (32 ). The color absorbance measurement of curcumin content was carried out by visible spectrophotometric method. The results of the absorbance measurement were used to determine the color stability. The color stability of curcumin in the sample at variations in storage time and temperature was determined based on the absorbance represented in the color intensity of the sample. Furthermore, the color stability can be determined based on the curcumin content. The results of this study were obtained, the absorbance intensity test in turmeric was carried out at a wavelength of 425.14 nm with the results of 0.582 (day 1), temulawak had an absorbance of 0.463 (day 1). The color stability test changed on the 4th day at the temperature of the drying cabinet and room temperature, at the temperature of the refrigerator the color remained stable. Temulawak and turmeric extracts as natural dyes can be stored for a long time if stored at refrigerator temperature the color will remain stable.
