Abstract

In the current Indonesian society, examples of parties that provide services to transport or deliver goods are JNE, J&T, TIKI, Ninja Expres, Pos Indonesia and many more parties engaged in this field. In matters of implementation related to the performance of the transport agent (JNE) there are various provisions that regulate how the work procedures of the transport agent, namely JNE in these provisions the service users or consumers are also given various forms of compensation or in the form of liability to service users. The purpose of this research is to find out who or which parties are engaged or provide services in transportation or delivery and to find out how the work procedures of transportation agents. In this study the method used is normative because the object of research is about how the process of shipping goods by JNE agents, how the form of liability of JNE agents to the sender or recipient, and how the form of agreement between the sender and the transport agent. In the shipping process, it cannot be denied that there is damage to the goods sent through the JNE agent. In this case, there is insurance and compensation for the goods. . Based on these activities, there will be a legal relationship between the two that is binding, namely the so-called rights and obligations. The rights and obligations between service users and service providers (JNE) have been explicitly conveyed at the time of the agreement, where one of the main rights of service users or consumers is to get comfort, security, and safety in consuming goods and services while their obligation is to pay shipping money and the right of service providers is to get paid for shipments that have been made while their obligation is to send goods or files safely to their destination or to the recipient. Based on the research that has been done, the researcher knows about how the types of services and stages of delivery of goods from JNE to the recipient, how the transport agent or the sender of the goods is responsible for damage or negligence if things go wrong and the procedures for agreement between the person or party sending the goods with the transport agent. From the results of the discussion above, it can be concluded that it is very important to know related to the provisions that should apply in the transportation / delivery activities.

Abstract

This article analyzes several important concepts, namely supervision of Islamic financial institutions, Islamic auditing framework, and corporate governance for Islamic financial institutions. The study was carried out by means of literature study referring to previous studies related to relevant topics. The results show that supervision of Islamic banks, Islamic auditing and corporate governance does not mean that they can replace the duties of bank management and do not guarantee that banks are free from crises, losses or bankruptcy. For this reason, Bank Indonesia should support Sharia banking supervision activities involving DSN and DPS. Sharia audits should also be carried out according to AAOFI audit standards. Meanwhile, corporate governance should be maximized in order to fulfill corporate social responsibility.

Abstract

Prony Brake is one of the absorption type dynamometers because its work depends on adjusting the pulling torque, converting mechanical energy into heat. This tool will convert the output power of the motor into heat energy due to friction between the rotor shaft and the clamps. This prony brake system has vertical and horizontal load torque settings to achieve the desired loading conditions. This research focuses on the use of the Load Cell sensor as a receiver for the Prony Brake braking power load. So the purpose of this research is to see the performance of the instrumentation on the circuit and sensor readings. In this study, we obtained a Prony Brake dynamometer using a Load Cell Strain Gauge based on the mass or load caused by braking power by displaying the value on the Arduino nano-based 16x4 LCD that the researchers designed was less than optimal in carrying out its function. And the results on the performance of the Load Cell Strain instrument The gauge is still not optimal, it is obtained that the error limit (Error) in the braking power of the tool against the target has an average of 2.76% according to the provisions of the error with an average of 2kg not more than 2%.

Abstract

Dynamometer is a test tool used to measure the torque of the motor. There are several types of dynamometers currently available, including Prony Brake dynamometers, Water Brake dynamometers, Rope Brake dynamometers, Eddy Current dynamometers, and Motor Generator dynamometers. In this thesis the researcher uses the Prony Brake Dynamometer system. The working principle of Prony Brake is to use the braking principle. Braking is done by adjusting the gas handle which presses the disc brake dynamometer which rubs against the motorbike's disc brake. The purpose of this research is to design and realize a Prony Brake type motor torque meter equipped with a sensor as a reading of the engine rotational speed value. As for what is produced in this study is the design of electrical Infrared sensors can work in accordance with the objectives in the formulation of this thesis problem. It is proven that the infrared sensor can read the rotary speed value of the prony break dynamometer engine and can send the results of that value to the Thinger.io web.

Abstract

Rajungan and bakau are crab species that are very commonly found in Indonesia and are used as Indonesian fishery export commodities. However, unfortunately market demand only uses the meat, leaving a lot of shell waste for the environment. In fact, crab shells contain chemicals, including 30-40% protein, minerals (CaCO3), and 20-30% chitin. Chitin can be processed into chitosan which has many benefits for life. The purpose of this study was to determine the presence of chitosan in crab shells and to test its toxicity using the BSLT method. Chitosan is obtained from the isolation of chitin through the stages of deproteination, demineralization, depigmentation, and deacetylation of chitin into chitosan. The results of this study indicate that chitosan has not been isolated properly because the degree of deacetylation is only 48,7 % in crabs and 73,4% in mud crabs from a minimum standard of 75%. The degree of deacetylation was obtained from the results of the FT-IR test. Furthermore, the level of toxicity was seen with the results of the LC50 using the BSLT (Brine Shirmp Lethality Test) test. The results of probit analysis showed that the LC50 value was 3149.198 g/ml in rajungan crab chitosan and 3718.775 g/ml in bakau crab. So it can be concluded that chitosan from rajungan and bakau crab shells is not toxic and safe to use in life.

Abstract

The discussion of ghosts is one of the topics that can be discussed anywhere and anytime. Ghosts in society are known as entities that have certain names and characteristics. One of the interesting things to research is the meaning of the Javanese ghost name. The name of Javanese ghost in this study was obtained from the article Alaming Lelembut in Panjebar Semangat Magazine in 2017-2019. This research aims to describe the meaning of Javanese ghost names. The meaning of Javanese ghost names was obtained using qualitative methods and Dijk’s (1980) theories of discourse analysis in Renkema (2004) through 3 rules, namely the rules of elimination, generalization, and construction. The results showed that there are 6 known Javanese ghost names, namely, Banaspati, Sundel Bolong, Peri, Bajang Kerek, Gendruwo, and Wewe Gombel. From those 6 names, there are 23 different meanings from one ghost to another and 6 meanings are general. The difference in meaning in the names of Javanese ghosts is caused by the influence of ideas or ideas contained in the minds of Javanese people who are detailed and meticulous.
