Abstract

The purpose of this research is to see whether variations in the food menu have an impact on purchasing decisions at restaurants in Bandar Djakarta Alam Sutera. The research was carried out using quantitative descriptive research methods. Data were obtained from the results of distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents. The questionnaire consists of 35 statements using a Likert scale online using the Google form. The results of the questionnaires distributed were then processed using the SPSS tool with regression analysis. Based on the analysis conducted, it was found that most of the respondents in this study were female, aged 17 to 21 years. From the validity and reliability tests performed, the results show that the data is valid and reliable. The findings of this study also meet the classical assumption requirements. In the linear regression analysis, it was found that the variation in the food menu had an influence on the purchase decision with a constant value of 0.874 and based on the results of the determination coefficient carried out, it was known that the impact of the food menu variation on the purchase decision was 52.6% while the rest was driven by other things outside this research. From the results presented, it can be concluded that variations in the food menu can influence purchasing decisions.

Abstract

In the agricultural sector, the cost production structure determines the income level of the farmers as well as the industry competitiveness in the world market. Considering the position of rice as the main food commodity for Indonesian people. This study aims to describe the paddy farming activities in Batubara Regency and to analyze the cost structure of paddy production in Batubara Regency. A survey was conducted in five production centre areas involving 100 farmers. The results showed that modern technology is used in rice farming. Land costs and labour costs dominate the cost structure of rice production. Meanwhile, the total production cost has reached 22.518.314,86 IDR per hectare with the cash cost percentage is 72,17 % and the non-cash cost percentage is 27,83 %.

Abstract

Background: Diabetes mellitus is a metabolic disorder characterized by impaired insulin secretion. In uncontrolled diabetics, the body is unable to convert blood glucose into energy, so the energy needed by the body will come from fat metabolism and ketones will be formed. The accumulation of ketone bodies produced by liver cells can cause metabolic acidosis if treatment is not enough, it becomes more serious and can lead to diabetic ketoacidosis (KAD). Objective: This study was conducted to determine the corelation between urine glucose and urine ketones in Diabetes Mellitus patients at the Clinic Pratama Rawat Jalan Bandar Lor City Kediri. Methods: The design of this study used a cross-sectional. The population is all elderly in the RT 07 RW 08 of Pojok Village, Mojoroto District, Kediri City, totaling 22 elderly. The research method used is Total Sampling. Analysis of the data used is Shapiro Wilk. Results: The average level of urine glucose examination results 43 mg/dl and urine ketone 0.07 mg/dl. Based on the Spearman Rank correlation test there is a relationship between urine glucose and urine ketones with a significant value of 0.001 or <0.05 and r = 0.619. Consultations and suggestions: The conclusion of this study is that there is a corelation between urine glucose and urine ketones in Diabetes Mellitus patients at the Clinic Pratama Rawat Jalan Bandar Lor City Kediri

Abstract

In the era of the digital revolution, human resources are an important factor in the success of a company. Companies that are able to turn challenges into opportunities can be more productive, innovative, and adaptive across generations. The purpose of this research is to find out the challenges and opportunities for human resource management at the Ariez printing company, Karawang and determine strategies for developing human resources for employees to increase productivity at the Ariez printing house. This article uses a descriptive method with observation. Data collection techniques are used as follows: observation, interview, documentation, and literature study. Data validity uses triangulation inspection techniques using sources. The results of this study are the challenges faced by Ariez Printing's human resource management in the digitalization era revolution, a lack of understanding of technological developments in the digital era. Current technological advances provide opportunities for Ariez printing to increase productivity such as increasing printing orders due to providing information and promotions to customers more quickly. In the era of digitalization, Ariez printing must make changes in policies and strategic programs for human resource development.

Abstract

Effective communication plays an important role in education, especially in the field of Islamic Guidance and Counseling. In the world of Psychology, every human action is strongly influenced by several factors without these factors, humans cannot live effectively, especially in communication. Personal factors themselves are divided into 4 types, the first is biological factors, the second is affective factors, the third is cognitive factors, and the fourth is conative factors. In this article, we examine the influence of behavior on the effectiveness of student communication in Islamic guidance and counseling. The purpose of this study is to understand the relationship between students' communication behaviors and their communication effectiveness in an Islamic Guidance and Counseling environment. Behavioral factors include listening skills, clear language, empathy and cultural awareness. The researcher used descriptive quantitative research methods. The data collection technique used in this study is a specially developed questionnaire that measures the communication behavior and communication effectiveness of college students. The data were analyzed with the help of statistical analysis and the relationship between communication behavior and communication effectiveness was determined. Based on the results of the study, it can be seen that communication behavior, including feeling confident when communicating with others, paying attention to one's movements when communicating, feeling curious about what is conveyed, listening and paying attention when communicating with others, understanding when communicating, providing motivation/encouragement, communicating well despite emotions, giving trust when communicating, providing a way out, using body language when communicating, maintaining behavior when communicating, controlling tension and anxiety when communicating have a significant impact on the communication effectiveness of Guidance and Islamic Counseling students and tend to have higher communication effectiveness.

Abstract

Threats to critical asset and file security are increasing rapidly. Cybercriminals are getting smarter and more adept at using the security vulnerabilities of digital systems. To improve cybersecurity, a thorough analysis of the threats faced in the digital environment and practical solutions are required. On this occasion, the author will talk about the implementation of information systems at PT Trinusa Travelindo, also known as Traveloka. Traveloka offers Indonesians a wide range of online services, including airline and hotel bookings, as well as expansion into trains, buses, car rentals, and tourist activities. It is interesting to talk about how Traveloka applies information systems to its business until it becomes one of the Unicorns in Indonesia. The purpose of this research is to analyze important items, find the main problems in protecting it from cyber attacks, assess and suggest methods and strategies to improve file security, and conduct case studies on threats and solutions for the digital world. qualitative approach that uses literature study. Hacking, cracking, cyber sabotage, and spyware are some of the potential cybercrime threats in Indonesia. Identification, assessment, handling, and risk control are all part of the risk management process. To prevent these threats, technology experts are needed to help build a more sophisticated national defense system and build a cybersecurity command center.

Abstract

Turmeric (Curcuma longa L.) is one of the plants known by the public as a spice that has many health benefits. Temulawak (Curcuma zanthorrhiza Roxb.) is one of Indonesia's rich spices that has been known for its benefits and properties since time immemorial. Curcumin is a natural chemical compound found in turmeric and ginger. The purpose of this study was to determine the levels of curcumin by using visible spectrophotometric methods from extracts of turmeric and temulawak using water as a solvent with the decoctation method. The extraction method chosen in this study is the decoctation method. Turmeric and temulawak were extracted by weight ratio of turmeric and solvent 1:3 at a temperature of 90ºC for 30 minutes. The results of this decoctation are separated by decantation. In the results of this liquid extract of turmeric and temulawak, a qualitative test of curcumin was determined using the thin layer chromatography (TLC) method with silica gel 60 F254 as stationary phase and chloroform: ethanol: glacial acetic acid (94: 5: 1) as mobile phase. Then the determination of curcumin levels in turmeric and temulawak extracts was carried out quantitatively using the visible spectrophotometric method. The results of the qualitative test using thin layer chromatography (TLC) obtained the value of curcumin Rf 0.54, turmeric extract Rf 0.54, temulawak extract Rf 0.54. The maximum wavelength obtained is 425.14 nm with an absorbance of 0.428. In determining the calibration curve, the regression equation y = 0.14114x-0.00452 is obtained with r = 0.99963. The levels of curcumin obtained using visible spectrophotometric methods are turmeric extract 80,91088± 1,83864 mg/gand temulawak extract 48,81070± 0,75803 mg/g.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to address the roles and functions of interpersonal communication in an organization, one of which is the LDK organization at UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta. This research was conducted using a qualitative research method where this method was carried out by interviewing several people as resource persons. The results of this study also explain that interpersonal communication is very important in an organization because it will build harmony in an organization and improve the way a person respects other people both in terms of opinions, thoughts and behavior. The more often a person communicates interpersonally, the more often a person will understand each other's nature and avoid delays in getting information. With interpersonal communication a relationship will last a long time because of the exchange of information and each other's opinions on a problem.

Abstract

This journal reviews the Implementation of Verbal Communication from UIN Jakarta Campus Dakwah Management in Improving Ukhuwah Islamiyah. This study aims to describe or describe verbal communication between administrators of campus da'wah institutions within the UIN Jakarta environment that can increase ukhuwah Islamiyah which is an increase in solidarity and brotherhood in Campus Da'wah Institutions. This research method uses quantitative research using the questionnaire method or distributing research surveys to institutional administrators. campus da'wah at UIN Jakarta. As for the results of the research that the research that has been researched uses questionnaires to administrators of campus da'wah institutions at UIN Jakarta using verbal communication to show effectiveness where the effectiveness of verbal communication to administrators of campus da'wah institutions can increase ukhuwah Islamiyah by using polite language, active listening, and attention or empathy, in addition to that the administrators of the campus da'wah institution at UIN Jakarta to increase their Islamic ukhuwah they organize discussion forums, public lectures, Islamic studies, and social activities, for this ukhuwah Islamiyah at the Campus Da'wah Institute at UIN Jakarta can strengthen social bonds between them with verbal communication.
