Abstract

This study aims to find out how the Islamic financial management system is at the BMT Al Iishlah Sharia Cooperative, Jambi City, what are the constraints faced in managing Islamic finance at the BMT Al Iishlah Sharia Cooperative, Jambi City.This research is a type of field research that uses a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection methods used in this research are observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is data reduction, data presentation, verification, and drawing conclusions.Based on the results of research on the manager or managers of BMT Al-Iishlah Jambi City and members of the financing, it shows that the borrower is incompetent, the management is not good or neat, the financial reports are incomplete, the use of funds is not in accordance with planning. , planning is immature, and funds are not sufficient, efforts to anticipate the causes of problematic financing of BMT Al-Ishlah are quite good. The BMT Al-Ishlah Cooperative complies with Islamic guidelines, and complies with the provisions of the Kopeirasii and Peirleimei laws. The management system at BMT Al-Ishlah uses a profit sharing system or mudharabah ratio at the end of each month, so that its financial management activities do not contain elements of usury.

Abstract

This journal aims to analyze the causes, consequences, and solutions related to economic inequality. In an effort to understand the phenomenon of economic inequality, we adopt an analytical approach and collect related statistical data. Through this research, we seek to provide a comprehensive understanding of the problem of economic inequality faced by society. In the analysis of the causes, we identify the factors that contribute to economic inequality. We examine income inequality, unequal access to resources, and unequal economic structure as the main factors influencing economic inequality. By analyzing data and related studies, we seek to understand the role and impact of these factors.

Abstract

The grocery store business sector, or more precisely, namely conventional stores, is currently experiencing various growths, both the number of shops and the variety of goods it sells are experiencing growth. But from the other side, there are also shops that sell their wares not through the physical form of shop buildings, and they take advantage of technological developments, such as the use of smartphones in running their business, or we can say now online shops. Apart from all that, the business of using an online store can be considered quite promising because the seller does not need to open a physical store and spend money to open the store, but they can still trade only from home and market it through existing digital storefronts. This. With this online store application, there are also positive and negative sides, especially if we are dealing with grocery stores that still exist today. Based on what was discussed, the authors used a qualitative research methodology, because this research is very compatible with the research method and easy to describe according to the opinions of informants. Based on the results that the authors have obtained from these informants, many of them really like online shopping, be it for their grocery store needs to their own personal needs, but not a few also complain because the emergence of this online shop has actually made the shop business sector Their grocery store experienced a decrease in the number of customers and what happened most often, according to the informants, was that the goods that did not arrive were what was wanted.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out: (1) the effect of Independent Learning-Independent Campus program “Entrepreneurship” on entrepreneurship interest of student of Office Administrastion Education Sebelas Maret University, (2) the effect of using social media on entrepreneurship interest of student of Office Administrastion Education Sebelas Maret University, (3) the effect of Independent Learning-Independent Campus program “Entrepreneurship” and using social media on entrepreneurship interest of student of Office Administrastion Education Sebelas Maret University. The research method used correlational with a quantitive approach. Data collection technique carried out by using a questionnaire. Data analysis technique use multiple and basic linear regression analysis. The result showed that: (1) there is significant positive effect of Independent Learning - Independent Campus Program “Entrepreneurship” on entrepreneurial interest (tcount (2,98) > ttable (1,99)); (2) there is significant positive effect of using social media on entrepreneurial interest (tcount (2,18) > ttable (1,99)); (3) there is significant positive effect of Independent Learning - Independent Campus Program “Entrepreneurship” and using social media on entrepreneurial interest (Fcount (6,99) > Ftable (3,11)). The Regression equation obtained is Y = 11,20 + 0,41 X1 + 0,32 X2.

Abstract

Profit persistence refers to a stable and sustainable profit trend in the future. The purpose of this study is to analyze and test the effect of the composition of the board of commissioners, audit committee, and managerial ownership on the persistence of profits in property companies during the Covid-19 pandemic. The data analysis method used in this study is descriptive statistical analysis, and inferential statistical analysis using multiple regression to test the research hypothesis. The results showed that (1) the composition of the board of commissioners proved to have no significant effect on the persistence of earnings in LQ45 index property companies during the Covid-19 period. (2) The Audit Committee has been proven to have no significant effect on the persistence of earnings in LQ45 index property companies during the Covid-19 period. (3) Managerial Ownership has been shown to have no significant effect on the persistence of earnings in LQ45 index property companies during the Covid-19 period. Profit persistence is influenced by several factors, but one of them is corporate governance.

Abstract

The higher the number of people or users of air transportation services, the more human resources are needed as service providers to ensure the safety and security of passengers. An airport must pay attention to safety, security and flight control on the air side carried out by the Apron Movement Control (AMC) unit. An oil spill in the apron area of General Ahmad Yani International Airport, Semarang, can be fatal because it can disrupt flight safety. This study aims to determine the role of Apron Movement Control (AMC) officers in improving flight safety in the apron area and to find out whether this role has been able to improve safety in the Semarang Airport apron area or not. This research is qualitative by using data collection methods in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. The data obtained are primary and secondary. This research was conducted in September 2023. From this research it can be seen that the role of Semarang Airport AMC officers is to improve safety in the apron area. Provide outreach to all personnel to look after each other and remind if something creates a hazard, Maintain and coordinate to keep the Apron clean. And Manage parking stands to reduce hazard when in peak hours. The role of the Semarang Airport AMC Unit has been able to improve safety because there is action of each duty and obligation. This role has been able to improve flight safety in the Apron Area of General Ahmad Yani International Airport Semarang, namely the role of the AMC Unit has been able to increase safety on the air side because each AMC officer has fulfilled the competence of each officer, and they carry out their duties properly according to the rules set.

Abstract

The halalness of a product that is produced is a mandatory requirement for every consumer or use of that product, especially Muslim consumers. In international trade practices, the issue of halal certification and marking of a product has received good reviews in order to provide protection for Muslim consumers around the world as well as a strategy in facing the challenges of globalization. This research method is a qualitative research method with a mini-research approach with interview techniques that aim to find and collect information through sources regarding standing history, experience and other information. The purpose of this research is to see the halalness of a food product produced by Eyang Dimsum producers, related to how the products produced meet sales standards and halal certification.

Abstract

Agribisnis merupakan bagian integral dari kehidupan manusia, dan dalam Islam, seluruh komponen kegiatan manusia diatur oleh prinsip-prinsip agama. Namun, agribisnis syariah belum sepenuhnya menangani aspek teknis seperti on-farm. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memilah agribisnis berdasarkan subsistem agribisnis dan mendekatinya secara syar'i pada masing-masing subsistem. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa agribisnis syariah setuju dengan pemberian subsidi pengadaan saprotan sebagai bagian dari upaya pengadaan pangan, yang merupakan pemenuhan kebutuhan pokok warga negara yang menjadi tanggung jawab negara. Konsep kepemilikan merupakan alternatif strategis untuk pengadaan dana yang diperlukan dalam memberikan subsidi bagi sektor pertanian, di mana dana tersebut dapat bersumber dari aset yang termasuk dalam kategori kepemilikan umum. Untuk setiap subsistem agribisnis yang tidak terkait dengan ideologi atau keyakinan, konsepsi syariah memberikan keterbukaan untuk mengadopsi, mengembangkan, dan bekerjasama dengan berbagai pihak, baik muslim maupun non-muslim. Pemerintah dapat mengembangkan sumber daya manusia petani, memperkuat kelembagaan petani, serta meningkatkan riset yang mendorong kemandirian petani dalam mencapai keamanan dan kedaulatan pangan, agar mencapai tujuan syariah yaitu untuk kemaslahatan ummat.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh konflik kerja dan stress kerja terhadap kinerja Pegawai Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kota Padang. Metode penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian adalah pegawai dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kota Padang yang berjumlah 75 orang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner atau angket. hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa : 1) konflik berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 4,711>2,051 dengan tingkat signikansi 0,000<0,05. (2) stres kerja berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 3,869>2,051 dengan tingkat signikansi 0,020<0,05.
