This analytical research was conducted with the aim of knowing the Effect of Social Assistance Funds for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises on Increasing the Economy in North Sumatra Province, especially Medan City in 2011 – 2018. In this study the variable used is the Economy (GDP) as the dependent variable. Then the independent variables are the Human Development Index (IPM), and the Development of Inflation (Inflation). The data source used in this study is secondary data with data for the period 2011-2018. Data obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) of North Sumatra Province. This type of research is using quantitative research and the analytical technique used in this research is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. This analysis also uses E-Views 9. The results of the study show that HDI and inflation have a significant and positive effect on economic development (GDP) in Medan City.

A business development strategy is a priority plan to achieve these goals or a business venture. One of the businesses in the livestock sector that has the potential to generate large profits is the chicken farming business. The purpose of this theoretical review is to find out how the chicken farming business development strategy is. The method used is a theoretical review by analyzing and comparing existing theories. The results of this theoretical review are that in implementing a business business development strategy, product development, market development, concentrated development and innovation development are needed. It can be concluded that the livestock business development strategy is a group of policies, plans, objectives and business activities or companies that aim to identify business opportunities and maintain business continuity so as to achieve the targets desired by business actors. Business development in the livestock sector is also one of the efforts made by business owners to increase their business profitability or business ability to generate more profits. For business actors in the livestock sector, they must always develop a business that covers the scope of the entire business in order to be able to create business synergies in order to realize successful long-term business development.

This study aims to analyze the financial performance of PT Cak Wang Macro Indonesia. This company is engaged in the processing of coffee beans and the serving of ready-to-drink coffee and cafes. This research includes quantitative descriptive research. The research data is in the form of financial data consisting of assets, liquidity and equity. Financial can be obtained from the financial reports of PT Cak Wang Macro Indonesia. PT Cak Wang Macro Indonesia is located on Jalan Mastrip, Jember Regency, East Java Province. The company's financial performance is seen from the calculation of profitability ratios, liquidity ratios, leverage ratios, and activity ratios in one period. The results showed that through the calculation of profitability ratios it was known that the company's ability to generate profits, the calculation of the liquidity ratio was known to the company's ability to pay short-term debt, the calculation of leverage ratios was known to the company's ability to manage debt and the activity ratio was known to the effectiveness of inventory turnover and total assets of the company. Analysis of financial performance carried out can assist management in making business decisions.

This study aims to test the motivation on employee performance, to test the work environment on employee performance, this research was conducted at the Ar Minutes of the city of padangThe sampling method used a total saturated sampling of 50 samples. The data analysis techniques used were validity, reliability, descriptive analysis, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple regression analysis, and t test. The results showed that motivation had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. And the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. So it can be concluded that the motivation is accepted and the work environment is accepted.

. This study discusses "The Influence of Organizational Culture and Leadership on Employee Performance at PT. People's Credit Bank (BPR) X Koto Singkarak". level of education, status and length of work.In this study the authors gave or distributed 31 files of questionnaires. For the Organizational Culture variable (X1) the t-count value is 2.999 with a significance level of 0.006. Because the calculated t value is greater than t table 2.909 > 2.048 and the significance level value is 0.007 <0.05 then H1 is accepted and Ho is accepted. This proves that Organizational Culture has a significant effect on Employee Performance at PT. People's Credit Bank (BPR) X Koto Singkarak. For the Organizational Culture variable (X2) the t-count value is 3.983 with a significance level of 0.000. Because the t-count value is greater than t-table 3.983 > 2.048 and the significant level value is 0.000 <0.05 then H2 is accepted and Ho is accepted. This proves that Leadership (X.1) has a significant effect on Employee Performance at PT. People's Credit Bank (BPR) X Koto Singkarak. The hypothesis is accepted if fcount > f table and sig value < a 0.05 from table 3.30, it can be seen that fcount 13.056 > from f table 3.30 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 then Ho is accepted H1 is accepted this indicates that the independent variable has a significant and simultaneous influence simultaneously on the dependent variable.

The hospitality industry in Indonesia, especially Lombok Island, continues to grow. This is due to the large number of both local and foreign tourists visiting Lombok Island. The demand for temporary housing or hotels has also increased, accompanied by the addition of tourists. However, the COVID-19 pandemic has made tourist numbers unstable or fluctuating. Hotels need a strategy to survive in this situation. One strategy to maintain the number of occupancy of a hotel is to maintain a good image. Image has an important role in hotel operations so it needs to be maintained and developed. One of the well-known hotels on Lombok Island is the Lombok Astoria Hotel with four stars. Lombok Astoria Hotel has a motto When Hospitality Blends With Business and Leisure, this motto is a hotel guide to achieving and maintaining the desired image. Thus, the purpose of this research is to find out and analyze the strategies implemented by Hotel Lombok Astoria in maintaining its image. This study uses qualitative research methods and data collection techniques by means of interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that Hotel Lombok Astoria has an effective strategy in maintaining its image.

Employees will show maximum performance if they have good motivation and ability to work. The formulation of the problem in this study is Do Motivation and Work Ability Have an Influence Simultaneously on Employee Performance at the Civil Service Police Unit in Sibolga City? The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of motivation and ability to work simultaneously on employee performance at the Civil Service Police Unit in Sibolga City. The hypothesis in this study is motivation and work ability to influence employees at the Civil Service Police Unit Office, Sibolga City. The type of research that the authors use is quantitative research using an associative approach. Total population of 301 people. The sample used was 25% of the population totaling 75 people. Source of data comes from primary and secondary data. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis. Based on the research results, it is known that work motivation simultaneously has a positive effect on the performance of Civil Service Police Unit employees in Sibolga City, where Fcount (44.747) is greater than Ftable (3.13) or (44.747 > 3.13). Partially the motivation variable has the most influence on employee performance, where the t-count value is 4.056 > table value 1.993 (4.056> 1.993) or significant (Sig-t) of 0.000 <α (0.05). Partially the work ability variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, where the t-count value is 2.823 > table value 1.993 (2.823 > 1.993) or significant (Sig-t) of 0.006 <α (0.05). The R Square determination coefficient of 0.554 means that 55.4% of employee performance can be influenced by motivation and work ability. While the remaining 44.6% can be influenced by other factors not discussed in this study. The multiple linear regression model obtained by the regression equation is Y = 10.148 + 0.402 X1 + 0.308 X2 indicating a positive performance.

This study aims to determine the Effect of Work Facilities and Non-Physical Work Environment on the Performance of Employees of the Tasikmalaya District Transportation Office. This study uses a causality quantitative method. The type of data used is primary data and secondary data, with a sample of 87 respondents from the Tasikmalaya District Transportation Office employees, and using the saturated sample method. The data analysis tool used in this study was SPSS Version 25. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews, questionnaires, and literature studies. The results of the study show that the Work Facilities and Non-Physical Work Environment simultaneously have a significant effect on Employee Performance. Work facilities partially have a significant effect on employee performance. Non-Physical Work Environment partially has a significant effect on Employee Performance.

This study aims to examine the effect of work ethic, organizational culture and work environment on employee performance at PT Galatta lestarindo Sungai Lansek. This type of research is quantitative, where the research process emphasizes objective measurement of results using statistical analysis. The population in this study were all employees of 81 people. The sampling technique used is total sampling where total sampling is a sampling technique when all members of the population are sampled, while the number of samples is 81 people obtained from all employees. The type of data used in this research is quantitative and qualitative data. While the data sources are primary and secondary data sources. Data collection techniques using observation, questionnaires and literature study. by using test instrument test, (validity test and reliability test), classic assumption test (normality test, multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test) then multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing with the help of the SPSS application. Where multiple linear regression produces Y = 10,714 + 0.175 (X1) + 0.298 (X2) + 0.332 (X3) and the first hypothesis test shows that the t-count value is greater than t-table (2.048 > 1.99085) with a significantly smaller value of the alpha value (0.044 <0.05). This shows that H1 is accepted, which means that work ethic has a positive effect on employee performance. And the second hypothesis test shows that the t-count value is greater than t-table (3.041 > 1.99085) with a significantly smaller value than the alpha value (0.003 <0.05). This shows that H2 is accepted, which means that organizational culture has a positive effect on employee performance. And the third hypothesis test shows that the t-count value is greater than t-table (2.480 > 1.99085) with a significantly smaller value than the alpha value (0.015 <0.05).The results of the study show that work ethic has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of work stres variables, non-physical work environment on turnover intention of employees at the Plantation Processing Office of PT. Kencana Palm Oil Indonesia. This type of research uses quantitative methods. Data collection is done through questionnaires to 144 respondents using Saturated sampling technique, namely the technique of determining the sample when all members of the population are used as sample.Using instrument testing (validity test and reliability test), classical assumption test (normality test, multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test) then multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing with the help of the SPSS application. The results of the study show that work stres has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention, and the non-physical work environment has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention. Where multiple linear regression produces Y = 12,867 + 0.149 (X1) + 0.221 (X2) + 0.091 (X3) and the first hypothesis test shows that the t-count value is greater than t-table (2.386 > 1.655) with a significantly smaller value than the t-table value. alpha (0.018 <0.05). This shows that H1 is accepted, which means that work stress has a positive effect on employee performance. And the second hypothesis test shows that the t-count value is greater than t-table (3.654 > 1.655) with a significantly smaller value than the alpha value (0.000 <0.05). This shows that H2 is accepted, which means that workload has a positive effect on employee performance. And the third hypothesis test shows that the t-count value is greater than t-table (2.082 > 1.655) with a significantly smaller value than the alpha value (0.039 <0.05). This shows that H3 is accepted, which means that the non-physical work environment has a positive effect on employee performance.
