Abstract

The research was conducted at the BKPSDM office in South Solok Regency. the aim is to determine the effect of career development and work motivation on employee performance at the BKPSDM office in Solok Selatan district. This study uses quantitative methods. population are employees of the South Solok district BKPSDM office, as many as 42 respondents. the sampling technique used is the total sampling technique, so that the sample in this study were 42 respondents. data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis assisted by the computer program SPSS for windows version 16. The results of the study show that career development partially has a positive and significant impact on employee performance at BKPSDM Solok Selatan district, Work motivation simultaneously has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at BKPSDM, Solok Selatan district.

Abstract

Based on the formulation of the problem in this study is how the influence of price perception on visitor satisfaction at Marawa Beach Club in Padang City and how the influence of facilities on visitor satisfaction of Marawa Beach Club in Padang City. This type of study uses quantitative methods, data collection through the distribution of questionnaires to 100 respondents with the sampling used in this study is non-probability sampling with accinndetal sampling techniques. By using instrument tests, validity tests and reality test, deskriprif tests, classical assumption tests normality tests, multicollinearity tests and heteroschidasticity tests then multiple linear regression and hypothesis tests with the help of SPSS applications. The results of the study show that price perception has a positive and significant effect on visitor satisfaction and facilities have a positive and significant effect on visitor satisfaction. So it can be concluded in this study found that the variables of price perception and facilities have a positive and significant effect on visitor satisfaction at Marawa Beach Club in Padang City. Where the calculated t value is greater than the table t.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to test the price, product quality and promotion of the purchase decision of ortuseight shoe products at the Talago Sport Padang store This type of study uses quantitative methods, data collection through the distribution of questionnaires to 105 respondents using accidental sampling withdrawal techniques, namely probalitytechniques Sampling. By using instrument tests, (validity tests and reality tests), classical assumption tests (normality tests, multicollinearity tests and heteroschidasticity tests) then multiple linear regression and hypothesis tests with the help of SPSS applications. The results of the study show that price, product quality and promotion of the purchase decision of ortuseight shoe products at the talago sport padang store have a positive and significant effect on the purchase decision.

Abstract

Loyalty is the most important aspect for a company to maintain its extension in order to maintain and attract other customers. One way that can be done in building customer loyalty is to establish good relationships with customers. Having loyal customers is the main goal of every company. This study aims to examine product quality, testimonials and endorsements on consumer loyalty to Emina Transmart Padang products. This research is a quantitative research, the population in this study is buyers from February to June as many as 2,200 buyers. The sample collection technique used in this study was Accidental Sampling, which is a sampling technique based on chance, or anyone who happens to meet a researcher who can be used as a sample using the slovin formula, the number of samples in this study was 100 people. Data analysis techniques using instrument tests, classical assumption tests, multiple regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that product quality, testimonials, and endorsements have a positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty to Emina Transmart Padang products

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the effect of work motivation variables and work discipline variables on the performance of employees of the Padang City Population and Civil Registration Service. companies that operate in the field of community service. The population in this study were all employees of the Padang City Population and Civil Registration Service. The sample in this study totaled 45 employees or respondents at the Padang City Population and Civil Registration Service. 45 employees. In this study the types of data used were primary data and secondary data. Research data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques and statistical t tests. Research data were collected from the results of respondents and analyzed with linear regression and hypothesis testing. Results of analysis This study shows that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Padang City Population and Civil Registration Office with a t-count of (5.051 > 2.019), and work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Padang City Population and Civil Registration Service with t-count of (4.345 > 2.019).

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of work systems, compensation and welfare on the performance of outsourcing workers at Bank BNI, Padang City. This type of research is quantitative research with multiple linear regression data analysis. The sample of this research is outsourced employees who work at BNI Bank in Padang City. Samples were taken using saturated sampling technique. The number of respondents 88 people. Data was collected using a questionnaire. The variables in this study are the independent variables, namely the work system (X₁), compensation (X₂) and welfare (X3) and the dependent variable (Y), namely employee performance. From the calculation of the t test, it can be seen that for the work system (X₁) the large t-count value of t-table is 3.947 > 0.677 and a significant value is 0.00 <0.05. For the compensation variable (X2) the large t-count value of t-table is 3.859 > 0.677 and a significant value is 0.039 <0.05. The welfare variable (X3) has a large t-count value from t-table 3.047 > 0.677 and a significant value of 0.030 <0.05. So it can be stated that there is a positive and significant influence of the independent variables on the dependent variable partially.

Abstract

This article aims to analyze the business strategy of PT Unilever Indonesia. PT Unilever Indonesia is a multinational company engaged in the largest staple food in the world. The analysis is carried out in the form of internal, external, and competitive analysis that has been carried out by the company. The results of the analysis show that the company's strategy is a means of using its strengths to overcome its internal weaknesses. PT Unilever has rapid and significant growth, large market potential, large consumer market demand, innovation and strategy that continues to develop and has government support that is able to fight competitors.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of brand ambassadors, purchase intention and testimonials on decisions online purchases on Instagram for students in the pandai sikek village. This type of research is quantitative, where this research uses numerical data and the research process emphasizes measuring objective results using statistical analysis. The population in this study were students in the pandai sikek village who had made online purchases on Instagram. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling with purposive sampling method based on certain criteria, namely students who have done online shopping on Instagram, the number of samples is 100 people obtained using the Lemeshow formula. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regressions test using SPSS version 16.00. The hypothesis is tested using the t test at α = 0.05. The results of this study indicate that brand ambassadors, purchase interest and testimonials have a positive and significant effect on online purchase decisions on Instagram for students in the pandai sikek village.

Abstract

Dewasa ini, sebuah perusahaan multinasional harus mampu menciptakan keunggulan yang tidak dimiliki oleh perusahaan korporasi lainnya. Strategi dinamika bagi perusahaan harus sejalan dengan implementasi sehingga tim manajer dapat memantau aktivitas perusahaan. Metode penelitian yang diterapkan dalam mengkaji permasalah ini adalah metode data penelitian secara kualitatif. Pendekatan dilakukan peneliti menggunakan metode explanatory research atau penelitian penjelasan. Artikel ini dibuat untuk menganalisis penerapan Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) yang telah diterapkan oleh PT Unilever Indonesia berbasis sosial dalam rangka meningkatkan efisiensi sistem yang dibuat oleh PT Unilever Indonesia dengan berbagai sistem yang telah diperkenalkannya.

Abstract

Community empowerment programs are made by the government and non-governmental organizations as an effort to improve living standards and welfare. This research was conducted to find out the empowerment programs implemented by the Indonesian Zakat Initiative (IZI) as an amil zakat institution in the city of Bandar Lampung, how the implementation of the community empowerment program was implemented and felt by the people in need. his type of research is a qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Methods of data collection obtained by interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of the research reveal that based on the level of importance and priority programs set, the programs implemented include skills training programs and business assistance, patient assistance service programs in IZI to fit, scholarship programs for students in IZI to smart, and service programs disaster and ambulance in IZI to help. Empowering mentoring programs should be strengthened by maintaining a good approach that is soft skills in the form of spiritual strengthening, motivation and enthusiasm to rise, as well as mentoring and strengthening hard skills in the form of skills training and doing business. It will be more complete and comprehensive if the management is collaborated.
