Abstract

This study aims to apply accounting information system design to the revenue cycle. Accounting information system for the revenue cycle as one of the formal activities, which is needed by the company to make decisions in the development of the company. This research takes the object of the entrusted service business or (Jastip) Orantata Express Ambon which was founded in May 2019-2023. Jastip Orantata Express is a business engaged in the service sector. This service provides goods storage as well as inter-island package delivery by ship. The method applied is using three stages, namely research subjects, data collection techniques, cycle design stage and finally data collection techniques.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic that swept across the globe had a significant impact on Indonesia's economy. The purpose of this study is to compare the East Kalimantan Provincial Government's financial performance prior to and during the Covid-19 pandemic. The East Kalimantan Provincial Government's audited financial statements for the 2019 and 2020 fiscal years served as the secondary data for this descriptive quantitative study. Literature review was used as the data collection in this study. The East Kalimantan Provincial Government's overall financial performance in dealing with the Covid-19 pandemic is shown by the analysis of local government financial performance using financial ratios. The East Kalimantan Provincial Government has been able to maintain financial stability and maximize local revenue despite several financial aspects that have decreased and need to be improved, such as the efficiency of financial management, a more balanced allocation of expenditures between operational and capital, and regional growth that has decreased as a result of Covid-19.

Abstract

Kepemimpinan otentik telah menjadi subjek yang semakin menarik minat dalam studi manajemen dan organisasi.Dalam konteks perubahan yang cepat dan kompleks,organisasi membutuhkan pemimpin yang dapat menginspirasi, memotivasi, dan mengarahkan anggota tim mereka menuju tujuan bersama. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan konsep kepemimpinan otentik dan menggambarkan bagaimana kepemimpinan otentik dapat menjadi jalur menuju kesuksesan organisasi yang berkelanjutan.Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan melakukan tinjauan literatur yang komprehensif.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan otentik melibatkan keaslian,transparansi,kepercayaan,dan komitmen terhadap kepentingan kolektif.Seorang pemimpin otentik mampu mengembangkan hubungan yang kuat dengan anggota timnya, menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang inklusif, dan mendorong pertumbuhan pribadi dan profesional mereka.Kepemimpinan otentik juga berhubungan dengan kesuksesan organisasi yang berkelanjutan. Dengan mempraktikkan kepemimpinan otentik, pemimpin dapat menciptakan budaya organisasi yang berfokus pada kesejahteraan karyawan,inovasi,dan kualitas kerja yang tinggi. Selain itu, kepemimpinan otentik juga dapat meningkatkan keterlibatan dan loyalitas karyawan, yang berkontribusi pada produktivitas yang lebih tinggi dan retensi tenaga kerja yang baik.

Abstract

Previous research or relevant research is very important in a research or scientific article. Previous research serves to strengthen the theory and phenomenon of interrelationships or influences return on assets. This article reviews the factors that influence the current ratio, debt equity ratio, and debt asset ratio an introductory literature study on Financial Management. This research aims to analyze the factors that influence the disclosure of Return on Assets namely: current ratio, debt equity ratio, debt-asset ratio, and working capital turnover. Sample selected by using purposive sampling method and samples that meet the criteria. Study This study uses the classical assumption test, model feasibility test, multiple regression analysis and statistical tests. These results indicate that the variable current ratio and debt equity ratio have an effect on return on assets, while the debt-asset ratio and working capital turnover variables are not shows the effect on the return on assets.

Abstract

In the economy money is very important, the economy itself is the activity of managing finances and capital in order to make ends meet. In conventional economics, the term or concept of Time Value of Money is known, which simply means that money has value for the future. This concept is very useful in planning in the future. Apart from that, this concept is also often used in financial management when making decisions such as investing. on an asset and determine the source of loan funds, then understanding the time value of money is very crucial. This article reviews the factors that influence the time value of money, namely: future value, present value, annuity, and amortized loans, a study of financial management literature. The purpose of writing this article is to build a hypothesis on the influence between variables to be used in further research. The results of this literature review article are: 1) Future value affects the time value of money; 2) Present value affects the time value of money; and 3) Annuity affects the time value of money.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine teacher motivation which has a positive impact on student learning at Anugerah Bengkayang Kindergarten. This type of research is a descriptive qualitative research that orginates from the sources studied and then analyzed in order to obtain learning process so far, where motivation is one of the supports for student success in the teaching and learning process at Anugerah Bengkayang Kindergarten.

Abstract

This study to determine how the role of leadership style on employe job satisfaction at PT. Karya Sukses Utama Prima (PT. KSUP). This research was conducted with a qualitative method and with an ethnographic approach that enables researchers to find sources of truth are found directly of this research are employes who have worked for a long time and have experience in PT. Karya Sukses Utama Prima (PT. KSUP). Based on the results of the study, it was found that job satisfaction was created in employes through the Assistant Head of PT. Karya Sukses Utama Prima (PT. KSUP) who had a personal role (Interpersonal Role) as a Figure Head Leader, and Liaison in accordance with the theory put forward by Henry Mintzbeng (1973), through the attitude of the Asisstant Head who responsible, authoritative, and fair. Another role it has as a source of information (Informational Role) asnMonitor and Desiminator, Spoke Person. And another role that is also owned by the Assistant Head of PT. Karya Sukses Utama Prima (PT. KSUP) is the role in decision makingasan Entrepreneur Disturbance Handler, Resource, Allocation and Negotiator.

Abstract

This study aims to ensure customer trust and satisfaction have an influence on MGS Computer Balikpapan customer loyalty partially or simultaneously (simultaneously). MGS Computer located on Jalan Jalan Letjen S. Parman in Balikpapan Tengah District, Balikpapan City is the location of this research. The source of data used is primary data. The sample in the study amounted to 100 samples. Data collection is carried out by giving questionnaires to MGS Computer customers about customer trust, customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. Data was processed using IBM SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) version 26. Hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The R2 result showed 0.5880, or 58.8%, which means that 58.8% of the variance in the customer loyalty variable can be explained by the trust and satisfaction variables that have been incorporated into the research model and the remaining 41.2% can be explained by other factors. The findings of the coefficient of determination test show that the variables of customer satisfaction and trust have a positive and significant effect partially or simultaneously on the variable of customer loyalty.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the effect of job training, rewards, and employee performance at Hotel Santika Tasikmalaya. The research method used is a quantitative method with a survey approach, the data obtained directly through a questionnaire to 65 respondents taken from Hotel Santika Tasikmalaya employees. Sampling used saturated sampling technique and the analytical method used in this study was multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 25 software. Based on the results of the study, job training variables were included in the good classification, reward variables were included in the good classification and employee performance was included in the good classification. The test results show that job training and rewards simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance at Hotel Santika Tasikmalaya. Job training partially has a significant effect on employee performance and reward partially has no significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This research focuses on the phenomenon that occurred at PT Dalimo Jaya Motor, a workshop business in Marpoyan Damai District, Pekanbaru City, which has been operating for about 7 years and has prepared financial statements based on Statement of Financial Accounting Standards 65 (PSAK 65). This study aims to see the application of preparing financial statements based on PSAK 65. In this study, researchers used a qualitative approach with a descriptive method, the type of data collected consisted of primary data taken directly from the efforts of PT. Dalimo Jaya Motor's. Data collection techniques are used by conducting interviews and documentation. The results showed that the company was in accordance with the applicable standard, namely PSAK 65.
