Abstract

This research is in accordance with the reality that occurred at CV.Dwipa Nusantara, which is located in Payung Sekaki District, Pekanbaru City, which means that businesses that have been around for about 8 years should have prepared financial reports in accordance with SAK EMKM. This study aims to identify and investigate the obstacles faced by the owner of the partnership in compiling their financial statements according to SAK EMKM. This study used a qualitative approach with the problem study method. The data sources used are primary data and data collection methods by conducting personal interviews with business owners. As a result of research showing that CV. Dwipa Nusantara has not implemented SAK EMKM in compiling its financial statements due to the owner's ignorance of SAK EMKM and the appropriate procedures for preparing financial reports, never following an introduction to SAK EMKM and owner orientation which tends to profit from business.

Abstract

This study aims to determine (1) the impact of the physical work environment on employee effectiveness, (2) the impact of work facilities on employee effectiveness, and (3) the combined impact of the physical work environment and work facilities on employee effectiveness. The research was conducted at the Badan Kepegawaian dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Kota Surakarta. This research uses a quantitative descriptive correlation method, which is used to explain the phenomena under study using numbers or measurable data. The sampling technique used in this study is Non Probability Sampling. The sample size consisted of 47 employees from Badan Kepegawaian dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Kota Surakarta. The data collection technique employed in this study involves the utilization of questionnaires/surveys, with the Likert scale employed as the measurement scale. The collected data will be subjected to analysis using multiple linear regression.The results of this study indicate that (1) there is a significant impact of the physical work environment on employee effectiveness with (tcount 2.931 > ttable 2.01537), (2) there is a significant impact of work facilities on employee effectiveness with (tcount 2.744 > ttable 2.01537). Furthermore, there is a significant combined impact of the physical work environment (X1) and work facilities (X2) on employee effectiveness (Y) with an (Fcount 11.395 > Ftable of 3.20).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of taste and price on consumer satisfaction in buying cigarettes at Tobacco House Lombok. The population of this study were consumers who had purchased cigarettes at the Lombok Tobacco House. The data collection method uses a survey research method. Data collection techniques use questionnaires and online surveys with data collection tools, namely questionnaires. In addition, this study used a sample of 100 people with a purposive sampling method. This type of research is causal associative. Data processing in this study used SPSS 24.0 for Windows. The results of this study indicate that taste (X1) has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction (Y ) with a t-test value of 2,614 and is at a significance of 0.010 and the results of the regression test are 24.4 and price (X2) has a significant positive effect on consumer satisfaction (Y) with a t-test value of 3.482 and a significance of 0.001 and a regression test result of 27.0.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the marketing strategy In Kenza Coffee Shop in Mandalika, Kuta Village, Pujut District, Central Lombok Regency. The research used by researchers in this research is qualitative research with a descriptive approach type. In determining informants as data sources in this study the authors used a purposive sampling technique. The results of the research show that in the marketing strategy carried out by Kenza Coffee Shop the marketing process is divided into several stages, namely starting from segmentation, targeting, positioning, marketing mix. The most effective marketing strategy is to use social media and word of mouth promotion. because visitors will look for a cozie place through social media and from visitors who have visited.

Abstract

A company is always looking for the minimum raw materials (price) and looking for the maximum gain (profit). Companies cannot stand alone, companies coexist through other components, one of which is a good level of production. Often there is a misalignment between the product made and the desired product. The purpose of writing this thesis is to see the level of a product, to apply a level control system, and to see the factors that cause defective products. This research was applied at the company PT Titani Alam Semesta, for 30 days from February 06 - March 06, 2023. This research utilizes the quota sampling method by randomly sampling a total of 1000 kilograms of export-type shrimp crackers within 1 hour and will later be processed by utilizing the P control map. The check sheet results show the number of defective cracker products totaling 300 kilograms of shrimp crackers, Central Line Analysis (CL) of 0.01, the calculation gain (UCL) of 0.019, and the calculation gain (LCL) of 0.001. Based on the research applied regarding the analysis of the application of Statistical Quality Control in minimizing the total defective products at the company PT. Titani Alam Semesta Gresik, a conclusion can be drawn that there is still a need for a good level of improvement so that the level of production can increase and can produce good products.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of subjective norms, perceptions of behavioral control, religiosity, and attitudes on Muslim consumers' purchase intentions on food from MUI-certified Japanese restaurants. The population in this study refers to all Muslim people in Indonesia who know Japan restaurant food is halal certified by the MUI with a total sample of 170 respondents and 42 respondents for the pre-test. The sampling method in this study used a non-probability sampling method with purposive sampling and convenience sampling because sampling was carried out by taking subjects based on certain criteria not based on strata, random or region and distributed based on the convenience of the researcher. This study uses a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires using Google forms online through social media such as WhatsApp, Line and Instagram. This study uses structural equation model analysis or SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) which is processed using SmartPLS software. The results of data analysis in this study indicate that subjective norms and perceptions of behavioral control have a positive and significant effect on purchase intentions. Religiosity has a positive and significant effect on attitudes. And there is no influence between religiosity and attitude towards purchase intention.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine (1) the effect of leadership style variable on employee performance PT. Assalaam Niaga Utama; (2) the effect of work environment variable on employee performance PT. Assalaam Niaga Utama; (3) the effect of leadership style and work environment partially and simultaneously on employee performance PT. Assalaam Niaga Utama. The population in this research was all employee of PT. Assalaam Niaga Utama as many as 154 employees with 62 employees are used research sample. This research used proportionate stratified random sampling technique to find the research sample. The research method used the correlational quantitative method with data collection techniques used questionnaires. Data analysis techniques used multiple linear regression analysis techniques with software IBM SPSS20.0 program for window. The result of the analysis show that’s leadership style and work environment has positive and significant simultaneously of employee performance of 37,3% with the value of Fhitung (17,584) > Ftabel (3,15). Leadership style has positive and significant of employee performance with the value of thitung (2,564) > ttabel (2,001). Work environment has positive and significant of employee performance with the value of thitung (2,263) > ttabel (2,001).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality and price perceptions on purchase decision motorcycle at PT. Adira. The method used is a case study, data obtainwed through questionnaires to the number of potential customers who are interested or not to buy a used motorcycle. Withdrawal of samples using purposive sampling technique and the method of analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis method, so the results of the regression equation are as follows: Y = 6.608 + 0.118X1 + 0.627 X2 From the research results show that product quality, price perceptions and purchasing decisions are included in the classification Very good. Simultaneously product quality and price perceptions have a significant effect on purchasing decisions for PT. Adira City of Tasikmalaya. Partially the product quality variable has a significant effect on the decision to buy a used motorbike from PT. Adira Tasikmalaya, as well as the price perception variable has a significant effect on the decision to buy a used motorbike from PT. Adira Tasikmalaya.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the strategies used in developing creativity in entrepreneurship education through 4P theory education in order to create reliable entrepenuers. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method by utilizing qualitative information or data which is described descriptively with the intention of exploring a phenomenon or social reality. The variables used in this research are strategy, creativity development, entrepreneur, 4P theory education, dan entrepreneurship education. The result of this study are by using learning strategies through 4P theory education and developing creativity, reliable entrepreneure can be created.

Abstract

Returnis one of the factors that motivates investors to engage and also is a reward for the courage of investors in taking risks on the investments they make. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect“Return on Equity”,“Current Ratio”,price earning ratio,“Debt to Equity Ratio” and total assets turnover on stock returns in companies included in the LQ-45 index on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2016-2021 period. The population in this study are companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2016-2021 period. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling. Empirical findings prove that the NPL ratio factors affect firm value, while other factors namely; Company growth (FG), CAR, Loans (LDR), BOPO, DPK Growth (DG) and profitability partially do not affect the value of the company (Tobin's Q), but affect the value of the company (Tobin's Q) together.
