Abstract

This study aims to describe and determine the influence of Emotional Intelligence on Employee Performance Mediated by Professionalism at the Jambi City Population and Civil Registration Office. The analytical method of analysis used is quantitative analysis. The population and research sample were all employees at the Jambi City Population and Civil Registration Office, totaling 88 respondents. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires using a Likert scale. The statistical analysis used is the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) technique with Partial Least Square (PLS) as an analytical tool, using the SmartPLS 4 program. The results of statistical analysis show that emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on professionalism, professionalism has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and emotional intelligence through professionalism as a mediating variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. So it can be concluded that professionalism functions as a link between emotional intelligence and employee performance. If employees have good emotional intelligence, then employees can manage their potential optimally so that they will produce good performance so that the stated organizational goals will be achieved.

Abstract

Employee performance in organizations is an essential aspect of managing human resources. Therefore, special attention is needed so that they are able to contribute to organizational success. This study aims to describe and determine the description and effect of organizational commitment on employee performance through work discipline as an intervening variable at the Jambi Province Maritime and Fisheries Service. The analysis method used is quantitative analysis using a Likert scale. The research population was all employees of the Jambi Provincial Maritime and Fisheries Service totaling 147 people. The number of samples in this study amounted to 60 people. Data collection techniques through questionnaires submitted to respondents. The data is processed using SmartPLS software version 4.0. The results showed that organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on work discipline, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and work discipline mediates the effect of organizational commitment on employee performance.

Abstract

PT Citra Maritime, which is a company providing inter-island cargo transportation services, ship charter services and shipping agency services, was founded on September 12 2008 in Batam City. PT Citra Maritime has a vision to become one of the best companies in Batam City that prioritizes professional service. The implementation of this internship uses survey techniques and observations on the work that has been done and finds out what are the obstacles and causes of less effective work. From this search, things were finally found that could be changed and improved so that work could be more effective. To fill in the logbook on the SIM MBKM website, photos were obtained by documentation, while organizational structure data was obtained by interviewing PT Citra Maritime's Human Resource Development. After carrying out implementation to maximize the work of the commercial division at the PT Citra Maritime office, it is hoped that the commercial division will be helped by the implementation of this internship

Abstract

Rapid technological advancements force companies to explore new platforms and strategies to gain recognition from a wider community. Faced with increasingly fierce competition, companies need to develop the right strategy and a strong brand identity to stand out and survive in this sector. Social media is a key tool for building brand identity, which is why creating a social media style guide is essential. This research employs a descriptive qualitative approach in the form of a project study. The aim is to provide clear guidelines and policies through a social media style guide, fostering consistency and building a strong brand identity on social media. The research begins by analyzing internal and external factors, followed by the creation of the social media style guide. The results demonstrate that a social media style guide can indeed increase consistency and contribute to a strong brand identity on social media platforms.

Abstract

. A teacher is a professional staff in the field of education whose job is to guide, teach, train, direct and educate the life of the nation. This research aims to see the influence of organizational culture on teacher performance with motivation as an intervening variable at SMP Negeri 21 Tanjung Jabung Timur. This research uses descriptive quantitative methods with data collection techniques using questionnaires. The population and sample in this study were 30 teachers at SMP Negeri 21 Tanjung Jabung Timur. Hypothesis testing using the SmartPLS analysis tool. The results of this research show that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance, organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on motivation, motivation has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance, organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance with motivation as an intervening variable. This proves that an organization with a strong culture will improve the quality of teacher performance, and is further strengthened by providing motivation so that teacher performance will be maximized.

Abstract

This research uses a bibliometric approach from international publication data accessed from the Google Scholar database which can be accessed via Harzing's Publish or Perish. Data collection was carried out by searching publications on Google Scholar regarding international trade and its coercion for responsible business with the keywords "international trade and its coercion for responsible business", with the category of article titles of 1000 journals and abstracts of 1000 journals. VosViewer software will be used to analyze the collected data. This software allows the creation and visualization of bibliometric maps displaying articles and other publications. The crucial role played by Social Enterprises (SE) in addressing social and environmental challenges. SE, as a hybrid organization connecting the volunteer and business sectors, becomes an important tool in helping organizations and developing strategies to achieve social goals. This article highlights the importance of understanding business models, with the Business Model Canvas (BMC) and Social Enterprise Model Canvas (SEMC) being effective tools in helping SEs develop strategies that are responsive to the challenges they face. With a multidimensional approach to mission values and objectives, as well as a deep understanding of stakeholders, SEMC is a strong instrument in facilitating sustainable growth and positive impact for SE. Through a holistic approach to business strategy and governance, SE can play a significant role in creating innovative solutions to social and environmental problems

Abstract

Human resources are central and important in shaping the achievement of goals in a company. Factors that affect employee performance include work discipline and work motivation. This research was conducted at PD Artha Sanggraha Shell Gas Station Business Unit Fatmawati, South Jakarta. The study aims to determine the effect of work discipline on employee performance, and work motivation on employee performance. This research uses a quantitative descriptive method and is conducted by observation, questionnaire and interview methods. From the results of the study, it shows that work discipline on employee performance is known to have a significant value of 0.00 <0.05, it is known that the t count value is 6.349> t table 1.67655 and a significant value of 0.00 <0.05 the hypothesis is stated to have a significant effect between work discipline on employee performance. From the results of the study, it shows that work motivation on employee performance is known to have a significant value of 0.00 <0.05, it is known that the value of t count 4.598> t tabel 1.67655 and a significant value of 0.00 <0.05 the hypothesis is stated to have a significant effect between work motivation on employee performance. From the results of the study, it shows that work discipline and work motivation on employee performance are known to be 0.00 < 0.05 and the value of F count 248.294 > F tabel 3.187 with a significant 0.00> 0.05, this statement means that all independent variables of work discipline and work motivation together affect the dependent variable of employee performance is accepted.

Abstract

The purpose of this final project is to enhance the effectiveness of digital advertising implementation strategies, create structured guidelines and measurement systems for advertising, and produce landing pages and ad content to support digital advertising at Sutarman Dental Care. The approach used to write the final project report is through in-depth interviews with Sutarman Dental Care partners. This project was carried out from November 28, 2023, to June 18, 2024. The results of the project show that optimizing digital advertising at Sutarman Dental Care, supported by the implementation of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and the creation of landing pages, can increase the level of customer consideration at Sutarman Dental Care. These findings are in line with customer consideration theory, where potential customers seek more information about services before making a purchase decision. These potential customers are called prospects. Informative and relevant ad content and landing pages have proven to be effective in attracting and educating prospects, thereby driving brand engagement and considering Sutarman Dental Care as a primary choice.

Abstract

The banking sector is expanding quickly in this period of globalization and intensifying corporate competition. Building the loyalty of new customers and keeping hold of existing ones are two important components of successful banking. Thus, it is critical to conduct research on the variables that affect client loyalty if banks are to remain viable and expand. In this particular context, it has been acknowledged that customer pleasure, trust, and service quality play a significant role in fostering client loyaltyThe aim of this research is to determine and investigate how customer loyalty is impacted by quality, trust, and service satisfaction. Customers of KSPPS BMT Dinar Barokah Jumapolo who have completed service transactions at the cooperative made up the study's population. Abstract

Brand image is very important to increase sales of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs). By satisfying consumers, companies will make them loyal to the product. A deep understanding of the market and its behavior will facilitate efforts to satisfy consumers, because marketers will have insight into consumer buying interest in a product and their perception of the company's products compared to competitors' products. In addition, marketers want customers to be loyal to the company's products, so they will also try to understand other factors that influence the decision to buy or repurchase. The problem at UD. Parna Ulos, sales are decreasing. To handle this problem, this study aims to examine how the variables of selfie marketing (X1), Value co-creation (X2), Customer satisfaction (Z), and increasing brand image (Y) influence each other. This study uses questionnaires and interviews as tools to collect data, and uses the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) data processing method with the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach and the assistance of Statistical and Service Solution (SPSS) software. This study is expected to produce a structural model and be able to identify the influence on the proposed hypothesis.
