Abstract

This study was conducted using a data collection method in the form of a questionnaire distributed to 86 customers and prospective customers of BMT Mitra Khazanah Palembang. Then, a quantitative analysis was carried out on the data obtained. The quantitative analysis includes testing data instruments, descriptive statistics, classical assumption tests (normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, and autocorrelation tests), simple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing (determination coefficient (Adjusted R Square) and T test). The results of this study indicate that marketing strategies partially have a significant positive effect on public interest, with a t-count value of 5.719> t-table 1.663 and a significance of 0.000 <α = 0.05. The Adjusted R Square value is 0.272, which means that 27.2% of public interest can be explained by the independent variables in the study.

Abstract

This study aims to examine how much influence digital marketing and product quality have on purchasing decisions with brand awareness as an intervening variable in consumers of Nanggalo Sudut Kopi, Pesisir Selatan. Data collection methods through surveys and circulating questionnaires, with a population of 9,000 consumers per year 2023 with a sample of 100 respondents obtained from Slovin. The analysis method used is Structutal Equation Modeling (SEM) using SmarttPLS. The research results obtained where there is an insignificant positive effect of Digital Marketing on Brand awareness. There is a significant positive effect of product quality on brand awareness. There is a positive and significant effect of digital marketing on Purchasing Decisions. There is a negative and insignificant effect of brand awareness on purchasing decisions. There is a positive and insignificant effect of product quality on purchasing decisions. There is a positive and insignificant effect of digital marketing on purchasing decisions through brand awareness. There is a positive and insignificant effect of product quality on purchasing decisions through brand awareness.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the simultaneous and partial effect of Advertising, Price and Brand Image on Cigarette Purchase Decisions at Herbal PT. Tridaya Sinergi Indonesia. The research method used in this study is to use quantitative research methods. Respondents in this study were consumers of PT. Tridaya Sinergi Indonesia as many as 100 people. The type of data used in this study is primary data obtained through questionnaires. The data testing technique used in this study uses the validity test, reliability test and classic assumption test. Data analysis in this study used multiple regression analysis using SPSS software version 25. The results of the study show that advertising, price and brand image simultaneously have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Advertising partially has a significant effect on the Purchase Decision. Price partially has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Brand Image partially has a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions.

Abstract

The advancement of information technology and the internet has enabled the emergence of various online ticket booking platforms, providing users with a convenient and efficient way to purchase flight tickets. This research aims to analyze and determine the extent of the influence of online ticket prices and service quality on the ticket purchasing decisions for Garuda Indonesia. This study employs a quantitative method with data collection techniques obtained directly through observation, documentation, and questionnaire distribution, targeting 200 undergraduate students in the Yogyakarta province from December 2023 to January 2024. The t-test results indicate that the ticket price variable (HT) has a significant impact on the ticket purchasing decision (KPM) for Garuda Indonesia among students in Yogyakarta, as evidenced by a t-value of 2.026 with a significance value (Sig.) of 0.044. The partial test results also show that service quality (KPY) has a very significant impact on the ticket purchasing decision (KPM) for Garuda Indonesia among students in Yogyakarta, with a t-value of 6.448 and a significance value (Sig.) of 0.000. The findings reveal that both ticket price and service quality significantly influence the ticket purchasing decisions for Garuda Indonesia, with service quality having a greater impact.

Abstract

Terminal Service Officer (TSO) is a unit that is tasked with carrying out supervision/inspection of operational support facilities provided by airport managers to maintain smooth operations and comfort of terminal service users. Often the operational mobility of service users in the airport check-in area ishampered due to irregular passenger check-in queues, passengers who sit carelessly in the check-in area which results in inhibited mobility at I Gusti Ngurah Rai Airport Bali. This study aims to find out the role and factors that affect the effectiveness of TSO in ensuring smooth operations in the check-in area. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The data used are primary and secondary data. Primary data was obtained from observations and interviews, while secondary data came from the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) of terminal service officers, and photographs related to the problem being studied. The data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. To test the validity of the data, triangulation techniques were used. The results of this study show the role of TSO on the smooth operation of the check-in area, namely by conducting supervision in all check-in areas, so that there is no congestion or delay and coordinating with airlines and other units to ensure that each check-in process runs smoothly. Factors that affect the effectiveness of Terminal Service Officers (TSOs) in ensuring smooth operations in the check-in area are communication and cooperation, facilities, and human resources. Where of these three factors, dominant human resources affect effectiveness, because the lack of human resources in the TSO unit can cause difficulties in monitoring the landside area, especially when peak hours are occurring. If obstacles are found that can interfere with the smooth operation, TSO officers will take action to handle these obstacles.

Abstract

Soekarno-Hatta Airport is the main gateway for international and domestic air travel in Indonesia. As one of the busiest airports in Southeast Asia, Soekarno-Hatta Airport handles more than 60 million passengers per year (Soekarno-Hatta Airport Authority, 2023). According to the operational management theory by Suryanto (2020), efficiency in managing all operational processes, including ramp handling, is crucial to ensure smooth and punctual flights. With high traffic volume, the main challenge is to maintain On Time Performance (OTP) to minimize flight delays. This study aims to determine the implementation of ramp handling tasks during pre-flight activities, as well as to determine the obstacles experienced by Ramp Handling officers in pre-flight activities at Soekarno Hatta Cengkareng International Airport and to determine how efforts are made by PT Gapura Angkasa in improving the quality of On Time Performance (OTP) at Soekarno Hatta International Airport, Cengkareng. This study uses a qualitative method, namely through interviews, observations, and documentation of ramp handling personnel units, this study was conducted for 1 month at Soekarno Hatta International Airport The results of this study are that ramp handling officers at Soekarno-Hatta Cengkareng International Airport are responsible for checking the readiness of ground equipment, flight documents, and coordinating with the ground crew team. The use of checklists ensures that all pre-flight steps are carried out correctly and efficiently, which is important for smooth boarding and loading.

Abstract

Tjilik Riwut Palangka Raya Airport is one of the main gateways in Central Kalimantan province. In 2023, the airport will serve around 40,000 passengers, indicating an increase in aviation activity that requires high efficiency in facility management. Helicopters at Tjilik Riwut Airport have an important role in various operations, including medical evacuation, goods delivery and government missions. Currently, helicopters only land in regular commercial aircraft parking areas, which are not specifically designed for helicopter needs. This can cause a buildup of activity, disrupting flight schedules. This research aims to analyze the needs and benefits of building a Helicopter Stand at Tjilik Riwut Airport, as well as assessing its impact on the smooth running of flights. This research uses qualitative methods and the types of data used are primary data and secondary data. The data collection techniques used in this research are observation, interviews and documentation. By using analytical techniques in the form of data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. Testing the validity of the data used in this research is technical triangulation and source triangulation. The results of this research show that the helicopter stand facilities at Tjilik Riwut Airport are currently not fully adequate, it is necessary to reorganize the area to ensure clearer separation between helicopters and commercial aircraft in order to reduce the potential for accidents and avoid the potential for overlapping with other aircraft in the parking stand area.

Abstract

Consumer shopping styles continue to evolve along with technological advances, allowing them to shop easily via smartphones from home. The rapid growth in the e-commerce sector has created intense competition, prompting platforms to adopt various digital promotional features such as live streaming, flash sales, and product reviews to attract consumers. This study aims to explore how these three features influence fashion product purchasing decisions on e-commerce. SPSS version 27.0 was used in this study for data analysis using multiple linear regression and quantitative analysis techniques. Purposive sampling, a non-probability sampling approach, was used for the sampling process, and Google Form was used to distribute online questionnaires using a Likert scale for data collection. The results of this study indicate that live streaming has an effect on purchase satisfaction, flash sales have no effect on purchase decisions and product reviews have an effect on purchase decisions and, live streaming, flash sales and product reviews have a simultaneous effect on purchase decisions. Suggestions for further research include adding other variables not examined in this study and respondents in a wider area than in South Jakarta and a larger sample size.

Abstract

This study examines the implementation of digital transformation in small businesses through a case study of RM Tapin Rasa, a traditional restaurant leveraging TikTok as a marketing platform to enhance customer appeal. In the digital era, social media platforms like TikTok play a crucial role in consumer-oriented marketing strategies. With a "pull" approach, RM Tapin Rasa uses engaging content to foster close interactions with customers and strengthen brand awareness. Through this strategy, traditional businesses can maintain their local and unique aspects while using technology to reach a broader audience. Promotions on TikTok by @rm_tapin_rasa demonstrate that digital transformation need not sacrifice traditional values; rather, it can integrate them to bolster competitive advantage. This study also applies SWOT analysis to evaluate the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and challenges RM Tapin Rasa faces in using TikTok as a marketing tool. Findings reveal the importance of consumer-focused innovation for small businesses to remain relevant amidst rapid digital shifts, providing a model for effective technology adoption for other SMEs.

Abstract

In the era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0, digital technology has become an important factor in the banking industry, including the increasing use of digital services such as mobile banking and e-wallets. This study aims to analyze the influence of financial literacy and digital literacy on students' preferences in using digital banks. Given the rapid growth of digital banks in Indonesia, it is important to understand the factors that influence students' preferences, especially financial literacy and digital literacy skills. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method involving students from several universities in Indonesia. The data were analyzed using regression analysis to see the influence of financial literacy and digital literacy variables on digital bank preferences. The results of the study show that both financial literacy and digital literacy have a significant influence on students' preferences in choosing digital banks, with digital literacy having a greater influence. These findings provide important implications for financial institutions in designing appropriate marketing strategies for the student segment.
