Abstract

The car rental business in Indonesia is one kind of industry that can survive in the midst of the problems that exist even though it has experienced a decline in small cities to big cities as well. One of them is the Trans Fleet of Indonesia, North Jakarta, which is able to get out of the crisis of the Covid-19 pandemic to the present day. This research aims to identify and analyze the impact of Tangible and Empathy on consumer satisfaction with the object of research on consumers PT. Trans Armada Indonesia, North Jakarta. The study uses a quantitative approach with a questionnaire of 138 respondents using the SPSS Version 25 analytical tool. The results in this study showed that Tangible and Empathy influenced consumer satisfaction by 66.1% obtained from R Square results and the remaining 33.9% Consumer Satisfaction was affected by other variables not described in the study.

Abstract

At PT. MYS BAKTI CIBITUNG, a company that specializes in the transportation industry, the purpose of this study was to determine the degree to which workload and work stress directly affect inclusion turnover intentions. An approach to descriptive quantitative data analysis is used. There are 56 employees in the population under investigation in this study. Saturated sampling is the method of data collection employed, in which every member of the population is selected as a sample.. The data analysis results demonstrate that the workload hypothesis 1 is reasonable. The study's findings demonstrate a strong positive relationship between workload and the desire to switch jobs, which is supported by a t-statistic value of 7.866 that is higher than the figure of 1.96 and has a p-value of 0.0000. The second hypothesis, which demonstrated that work-related stress has a significant positive influence on employee turnover desires, was deemed acceptable. Based on a t-statistic value of 6,426 this conclusion has been drawn. surpassed the 1.96 threshold, with a p-value of 0.000.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the influence of leadership style, work supervision, and working environment toward the employees’ performance in the Civil Registry Service Office of South Tapanuli Regency. Quantitative method and approach are used together with statistical analysis via SPSS version 26. The population of this research consists of 45 employees working at the Civil Registry Service Office of South Tapanuli Regency. Probability Sampling is done through saturated census; due to the fact that the total population is less than 100 persons. The results show that leadership style has partially positive and significant influences toward the employees’ performance with an amount of tcount > ttable (3,126 > 2,01954), work supervision has positive and significant influences toward the employees’ performance with an amount of tcount > ttable (3,758 > 2,01954), and working environment has positive and significant influences toward the employees’ performance with an amount of tcount > ttable (4,759 > 2,01954). Moreover, the leadership style, work supervision, and working environment simultaneously have positive and significant influences toward the South Tapanuli Regency’s Civil Registry Service Office employees with an amount of fcount > ftable (160,475 > 2,83). The research results show that partially and simultaneously, H1 is accepted; meanwhile H0 is denied. In addition, the coefficient of determination value is 91,6%; with a residual of 8,4% from other independent variable that is purposely left out from this research.

Abstract

Leadership style is a method used by leaders to interact with their subordinates. Work motivation is the encouragement to direct subordinates to work productively to realize the goals that have been set. This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of the village head's leadership style on the work motivation of village officials in Lendang Nangka Village, Masbagik District, East Lombok Regency. This research is a type of quantitative descriptive research, namely research that describes research variables using a quantitative approach, namely research in which the population in this research is the Lendang Nangka Village Apparatus of 20 people. The sample in this study used a non-probability saturated sampling technique. The sample in this study was 20 people. Data collection uses a questionnaire method. The questionnaire method was used to obtain respondents' responses regarding the Leadership Style variable and Work Motivation variable. The data analysis used to test the hypothesis in this research was using Simple Linear Regression analysis contained in the SPSS v.20 program. The results of this research are that the Village Head's Leadership Style significantly influences the Work Motivation of Village Officials with a positive coefficient, which explains that there is a directly proportional relationship between the two variables. With a Regression Coefficient for the Leadership Style Variable (X) of 0.417 with a sig value of 0.001, it illustrates that the Village Head's Leadership Style has a positive and significant influence on the Work Motivation of Village Officials, meaning that by implementing a good Village Head Leadership Style it will increase the work motivation of village officials in working. , so that the performance of village officials increases.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the mediating role of consumer trust in the influence of electronic word of mouth and promotions on purchasing decisions with brand image as an intervening variable for Emina products in Solo Raya. The population in this study were Emina product users in Solo Raya and the total sample in the Ink research was 96 respondents. The variables used in this research are electronic word of mouth, promotions, purchasing decisions and brand image. The data used in this research is primary data. The data collection method used was a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is Structual Equation Modeling-apartial Least Square (SEM-PLS) and uses the SmartPLS 4.0 program. The results of this research show that brand image has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, electronic word of mouth has a positive and significant effect on brand image, electronic word of mouth has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, promotion has a positive and significant effect on brand image, promotions have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, brand image is able to mediate the influence of electronic word of mouth on purchasing decisions, brand image is not able to mediate the influence of promotions on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and price on customer satisfaction of CV. Tirta Semesta Indonesia. This study uses quantitative research methods. The population in this study were customers at CV. Tirta Semesta Indonesia and the number of samples in this study were 83 respondents using purposive sampling technique. The variables used in this study are service quality, price and customer satisfaction. The data used in this study are primary data. The data collection method used is a questionnaire through G-Form. The results of this study indicate that service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, and price has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, and service quality and price simultaneously (together) affect customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of training, career development and level of welfare on employee performance employees at the Central Bureau of Statistics Sukoharjo Regency. The method used in sampling is a saturated sample with a total of all respondents were 40 employees. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires directly. The analysis technique used was SPSS 25. The results showed that: (1) Training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Central Bureau of Statistics of Sukoharjo Regency with the results of the t count hypothesis of 3.216 and a significant value of 0.003 <0.05 (2) Career Development has a positive effect and significant to employee performance at the Central Bureau of Statistics of Sukoharjo Regency with the results obtained t count of 2.355 and a significant value of 0.024 <0.05, (4) Training and Career Development on employee performance employees at the Central Bureau of Statistics of Sukoharjo Regency with the results obtained f count of 439.010 and a significant value of 0.000 < 0,05.

Abstract

This study aims to empirically assess the impact of Non-Performing Loans (NPL) and Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) on Profitability (ROA) for banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2014 to 2023. The research employs purposive sampling, resulting in a sample of 7 companies with 10 years of data. The study uses a quantitative approach with secondary data, analyzing panel data through E-views software version 12.0. Methods include multiple linear regression, classical assumption tests, panel data regression analysis, coefficient of determination, T-tests, and F-tests. The findings indicate that, individually, Non-Performing Loans (NPL) have a significant negative effect on Return On Assets (ROA), while Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) significantly impacts Return On Assets (ROA). Additionally, both Non-Performing Loans (NPL) and Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) have a significant combined effect on Return On Assets (ROA).

Abstract

This study examines the impact of implementing social media marketing and e-commerce strategies on customer retention at Kahiji Coffee & Dinner in Bandung. Using a mixed quantitative and qualitative method, this research analyzes the effectiveness of digital marketing strategies in increasing engagement rates and retaining customers. The results show a significant increase in engagement rate, reaching 5.5% (exceeding the 2.3% target) and a customer retention rate of 69%. The implemented strategies include social media optimization, creative content creation, use of paid advertising, and e-commerce enhancement. This research provides valuable insights for SMEs in optimizing digital marketing strategies in the food and beverage industry.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and determine how financial performance using financial ratios based on the two pont system method for three periods from 2021 - 2023 and show the position of strengths and weaknesses of the factors that influence it. The object of this research is a distributor company of cooking ingredients and processed cakes, namely PT ISP. This research data, researchers took primary data with quantitative descriptive research type. Techniques in data collection are obtained from documentation studies of financial statements consisting of ROI, NPM, and TATO. The results of this study indicate that the financial performance of PT ISP cannot be said to be good because the resulting ROI percentage has decreased continuously. This decrease in ROI is influenced by the decreasing values of NPM and TATO. In addition, it is influenced by the amount of total assets compared to the net profit earned by the company.
