Abstract

Supervision Approach Method In Improving The Quality Of Education Curriculum At Binjai State Mts School, Supervisors or supervisors for education in Indonesia have been established through the Regulation of the Minister of National Education of the Republic of Indonesia Number 12 of 2007 concerning supervisory standards for school supervisor The ministerial regulation emphasizes the qualifications of supervisors and the competence of supervisors at each level with the hope that the education office and regional government can recruit supervisors according to the standards that have been set. Based on the observations made by the researchers, they found problems that were not running well in the principal's academic supervision system towards teachers in MTSN Binjai, so that the impact of teacher performance was not very effective in teaching students, and the attitude of teachers did not understand and did not understand the importance of academic supervision.  to develop professional teacher competencies to advance the progress of school Education Based on the above background, the formulation of the problem in this study is "How is the Supervision Approach Method in Approaching the Quality of School Education Curriculum.

Abstract: Influence of Learning Snowball Throwing Assisted Media Puppet onStudent Learning Result of Social Science Class IV SDN 01 Sidomulyo Kendal.The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the Think Pair Share modelon the theme of Subtitles 1 with the help of Poki media on the learning outcomes ofthe fifth grade students of SDN Pengaradan 02 Brebes. This type of research isquantitative with the experimental method and Pre-Experimental Design. Thesamples taken were all fifth grade students totaling 30 students using theNonprobability Sampling technique in the form of saturated sampling. Abstract

Abstract: Improving Pkn Learning Activities and Outcomes in Subject Types of Responsibilities as Citizens through the Application of the Stad Type Cooperative Learning Model for Class V Sdn 8 Selatpanjang Semester 1 Academic Year 2019/2020. Based on observations made in class V SDN SDN 8 Selat Panjang, it was found that student activity and learning outcomes were still low, especially in PPKn lessons. This study aims to improve the activities and learning outcomes of class V SDN 8 Selatpanjang students through the application of the Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) cooperative learning model. This research uses classroom action research which has stages of planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting, carried out in two cycles, each cycle carried out in two meetings. The research subjects in this study were students of the VSDN class SDN 8 Selatpanjang Semester 1 in the 2019/2020 academic year with the number of students is 15 students. The required data were obtained through observation, documentation and tests using test questions. The validity of the data was carried out by triangulation techniques. The data collected were analyzed using qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques. The results showed that PPKn learning using the Cooperative Learning type Student Teams Achievement Division ( STAD), can increase student activity and learning outcomes. The assessment of the results of the observation of learning activities also increased where in the initial conditions 5 students or 33.33% increased to 7 students or 46.67% and 100% in the second cycle, while student learning outcomes showed an increase from the average value of the initial conditions of 57.33, in cycle I the average value obtained by students was 64.00 and in cycle II the average value obtained by students was 72.67 with completeness of learning from 2 students or 13.33% increased to 6 students or 40, 00% dann 93.33% or 14 students in the last cycle. The conclusion is that the application of the STAD type cooperative learning model can improve student activity and learning outcomes in PPKn learning in VSDN 8 Selatpanjang Class Semester 1 in the 2019/2020 Academic Year. Keywords: Cooperative Learning, Learning, Activities, Results, Learning Abstrak: Meningkakan Aktivitas Dan Hasil Belajar Pkn Materi Jenis-Jenis Tanggung Jawab Sebagai Warga Masyarakat Melalui Penerapan Model Cooperative Learning Tipe Stad Siswa Kelas V Sdn 8 Selatpanjang Semester 1 Tahun Pelajaran 2019/2020. Berdasarkan observasi yang dilakukan di kelas V SDN SDN 8 Selat panjang  diketahui aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa masih rendah khususnya pada pelajaran PPKn. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa kelas V SDN 8 Selatpanjang melalui penerapan model Cooperative Learning tipe Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD). Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian tindakan kelas yang memiliki tahapan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi, dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus, setiap siklus dilakukan dalam dua pertemuan.Subjek penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VSDN SDN 8 Selatpanjang Semester 1 Tahun Pelajaran 2019/2020 dengan jumlah siswa sebanyak 15 siswa. Data yang diperlukan diperoleh melalui observasi, dokumentasi dan tes menggunakan soal-soal tes.Validitas data dilakukan dengan teknik triangulasi.Data yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan teknik analisis kualitatif dan kuantitatif.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran PPKn dengan menggunakan model Cooperative Learning tipe Student Teams AchievementDivision (STAD), dapat meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa. Penilaian hasil observasi aktivitas belajar yang juga meningkat di mana pada kondisi awal 5 siswa atau 33,33% meningkat menjadi 7 siswa atau 46,67% dan 100% pada siklus kedua, sedangkan  hasil belajar siswa menunjukkan peningkatan dari nilai rata-rata kondisi awal sebesar 57,33, pada siklus  I  nilai  rata-rata  yang  diperoleh  siswa  adalah  64,00dan pada siklus II rata-rata nilai yang diperoleh siswa adalah 72,67 dengan ketuntasan belajar dari 2 siswa atau 13,33% meningkat menjadi 6 siswa atau 40,00% dann 93,33% atau 14 siswa pada siklus terakhir. Kesimpulannya adalah penerapan penerapan model cooperative learning tipe STAD  dapat meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa pada pembelajaran PPKn di Kelas VSDN 8 Selatpanjang Semester 1 Tahun Pelajaran 2019/2020. Kata Kunci : Cooperative Learning, Pembelajaran, Aktivitas,  Hasil, Belajar

Abstract

This study will explore the Google Jamboard learning method during covid-19 during online learning, showing that the perception of students and lecturers regarding the most effective application when online learning is using Google Jamboard?. The purpose of this study is to see learning media that can support student success based on the teaching and learning process as an effective form of activity in order to achieve the desired goals, it is hoped that learning media will become a mediator which is one of the tools in the teaching and learning process. The expected result after the implementation of this research is to increase the knowledge and understanding of students and lecturers in Indonesian language courses. This study will look at the effect of using Google Jamboard on the effectiveness of the learning process in Indonesian language courses in the elementary school teacher education study program at Battuta University. After the results of this study, in the future, students and lecturers during online learning, lecturers will certainly find it easier to provide Indonesian language course material to students by using Google Jamboard.

Abstract

Abstrak : Upaya Meningkatkan Aktivitas Belajar IPA Melalui Metode Contextual Teaching And Learning Di Kelas V SD Negeri No. 190 Kotanopan Kecamatan Kotanopan. Berdasarkan hasil test pra siklus hanya 7 siswa (31,8%) yang memperoleh nilai 70 ke atas (tuntas). Sedangkan 15 siswa yang lain (68,2%) mendapat nilai dibawah 70 (tidak tuntas). Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana penggunaan metode tersebut dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada materi memahami Rangka Manusia di Kelas V SD Negeri No. 190 Kotanopan Kecamatan Kotanopan Kabupaten Mandailing Natal. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 22 orang, 13 perempuan dan 9 laki-laki. Pada siklus I presentase ketuntasan belajar 54,5% dan ketuntasan kelas 62,5%. Pada siklus II diperoleh presentase ketuntasan belajar 100% dan ketuntasan kelas 85,9%. Aktivitas belajar IPA siswa pada siklus I sebesar 61,9%, sedangakan pada siklus II sebesar 74,5%. Nilai rata-rata pada siklus I sebesar 65 dan pada siklus II menjadi 77,3.Kata Kunci : Contextual Teaching and Learning, Mata Pelajaran IPA, Aktivitas Siswa dan Hasil Nilai Belajar

Abstract

Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini yaitu, rendahnya hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran korespondensi. Penelitian ini bertujuan agar mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran Blended Learning terhadap hasil belajar pada mata pelajaran Korespondensi SMK Negeri 6 Medan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode eksperimen. Teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu Cluster Sampling. Kelas X AP 1 dengan jumlah 36 peserta didik sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas X AP 2 dengan jumlah 36 peserta didik sebagai kelas kontrol. Instrumen tes yang digunakan yaitu pre-test dan post-test. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan yaitu analisa statistik dengan Kolmogorov-Smirnov dan Shapiro-Wilk untuk pengolahan data menggunakan uji normalitas, uji homogenitas dan pengujian hipotesis dengan uji-t. Pengolahan data menggunakan Microsoft Excel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) terdapat pengaruh yang positif serta signifikan model pembelajaran Blended Learning berbasis aplikasi Google Classroom terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Korespondensi kelas X. Hal ini terbukti melalui perhitungan Microsoft Excel dengan ketentuan  dan nilai signifikansi 0,001 < 0,05, (2) terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar siswa menggunakan model Blended Learning berbasis aplikasi Google Classroom lebih meningkat dibandingkan hasil belajar kelas yang diterapkan model pembelajaran konvensional. Dapat dilihat pada perhitungan persentase peningkatan hasil belajar menggambarkan hasil belajar pada mata pelajaran korespondensi mengalami peningkatan sebesar 36% atas penggunaan model Blended Learning, dan penggunaan model konvensional sebesar 28%.

Abstract

Abstract : Implementation Of Cycle Learning Model In Efforts To Increase Student Competency Understand Text Procedures In Class VII-J SMPN 1 Sidikalang. This study aims to look at student learning outcomes and student activities while working in class groups on procedural text material by applying Learning Cycle learning model. This type of research is a classroom action research (PTK) conducted with two cycles. The subjects of this study were taken in class VII-J SMP Negeri 1 Sidikalang with 33 students.. Student learning outcomes by applying Learning Cycle learning model. In the first cycle of 70.9 with a complete classical 69% and in the second cycle of 88.5 with a complete classical of 87%, it shows thoroughly individual and class according to the Indonesian KKM.Keywords: Learning Cycle Learning Model, Learning Outcomes, Student Learning Activities. .Abstrak : Implementasi Model Learning Cycle Dalam Upaya Meningkatkan Kompetensi Siswa Memahami Teks Prosedur di Kelas VII-J SMPN 1 Sidikalang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) yang dilakukan dengan dua siklus. Subjek penelitian ini diambil di kelas VII-J SMP Negeri 1 Sidikalang dengan jumlah siswa 33 orang. Hasil belajar siswa dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran Learning Cycle. Pada Siklus I sebesar 70,9 dengan tuntas klasikal sebesar 69% dan pada siklus II sebesar 88,5 dengan tuntas klasikal sebesar 87%, ini menunjukkan tuntas secara individu dan kelas sesuai KKM Bahasa Indonesia.Kata Kunci : Model Pembelajaran Learning Cycle, Hasil Belajar, Aktivitas Belajar Siswa.

Abstract

Abstract: Increase Courage to Ask Students Through Group Counseling Services by Cross-Writing Writing in Class IX Middle School. The purpose of this study is to increase the activity of asking students in learning through the use of group guidance by cross-writing writing. The research was carried out first with the guidance of ordinary groups in accordance with existing theories. Then the group guidance was modified by writing down the words and sentences to be spoken, then the results of the writing were read by other group members, while the client who had problems reading the results of other group members. The subjects of this study were 8th grade students of SMP Negeri 6 Percut Sei Tuan as many as 8 people consisting of 4 people and 4 women. The results of his research are by using cross-reading and writing can achieve the purpose of group guidance, which is to train students (who are group members) to dare to speak in public.Keywords: Courage to Ask, Cross-Reading, Group Guidance.Abstrak: Meningkatkan Keberanian Bertanya Siswa Melalui Layanan Bimbingan Kelompok Dengan Cara Tulis Baca Silang di Kelas IX SMP. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan keaktifan bertanya siswa dalam belajar melalui penggunaan bimbingan kelompok dengan cara tulis baca silang.  Pelaksanaan penelitian ini dilakukan tersebih dahulu dengan bimbingan kelompok biasa sesuai dengan teori yang ada. Kemudian dilakukan modifikasi bimbingan kelompok yaitu dengan menuliskan kata-kata dan kalimat yang akan diucapkannya, kernudian hasil tulisannya dibacakan anggota kelompok lain, sedangkan klien yang bermasalah membacakan hasil tulisan anggota kelompok lain. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IX-3 SMP Negeri 6 Percut Sei Tuan sebanyak 8 orang yang terdiri dan 4 orang laki-laki dan 4 orang perempuan. Hasil penelitiannya adalah dengan rnenggunakan tulis baca secara bersilang dapat mencapai tujuan bimbingan kelompok yang dilakukan, yaitu dapat melatih siswa (yang menjadi anggota kelompok) untuk berani berbicara di depan umum. Kata Kunci: Keberanian Bertanya, Tulis Baca Silang, Bimbingan Kelompok.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze in depth the performance of academic supervision carried out by school principals in improving teacher performance at SMP N 13 Binjai. The research method uses qualitative data collection techniques, observations, interviews and conclusions. The results of the study show that in planning for academic supervision, information is obtained that principals always give authority to teachers in appreciating their innovations in teaching. The principal also made a visit to the teacher's room. The point is to directly check the state of teacher development in preparing administration. Supervision of the implementation of supervision by the principal in this covid situation uses the sigum application where with this application teachers will be given the convenience of uploading data and increasing the use of science and technology. Supervision activities that will be carried out by the school principal are well prepared. The implementation of academic supervision by the principal does not reduce the principal's assessment as a supervisory supervisor to assist teachers in improving teacher performance. Coaching and training is one of the forms provided by the principal which is the embodiment not to judge teachers but rather to direct the skills of teachers to be more able to innovate. Preparation of the syllabus, prota, prosem, lesson plans to the preparation of effective teaching hours. In addition, the principal provides direction to teachers in the form of motivation to teachers, where this is able to provide encouragement to develop teacher performance in their respective competencies. The role of the principal to provide input, ideas or forms of reprimand is a good attitude to achieve educational progress at SMP N 13 Binjai. Academic supervision that has been carried out by the principal has gone through many stages, such as direct coaching with face-to-face and online (in a network). The principal also provides more maximum direction at the end of the evaluation. Because there will be deficiencies in the learning process. These deficiencies are used to process and analyze the evaluation results. Based on the results of interviews and observations that provide guidance on learning evaluation as a form of follow-up. This guidance is direct by the supervisor and principal at the time the evaluation takes place. If the principal and the supervisory team find teachers who have difficulties in carrying out learning evaluations, the team will try to overcome them.

Abstract

Abstrak : Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Mind Mapping Berbantu MediaDiorama Terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa Pembelajaran Tematik Kelas IV SDMuhamadiyah 01 Pekalongan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh model mind mapping berbantu media diorama terhadap hasil belajar siswa pembelajaran tematik kelas IV SD Muhamadiyah 01 Pekalongan.Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dalam bentuk One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Populasi penelitian ini adalah semua siswa kelas IV SD Muhamadiyah 01 KandangPanjang Pekalongan yang berjumlah 40 siswa yang terdiri dari 19 siswa laki-laki dan 21 siswa perempuan. Data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh melalui tes, observasi, dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa model mind mapping berbantu media diorama berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar siswa pembelajaran tematik kelas IV SD Muhamadiyah 01.
