Abstract

This study aims to predict receivables data at Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk for the 2021-2023 period using regression and clustering methods. Data analysis methods such as regression and clustering have been used to predict credit risk and receivables payment behavior. A linear regression model is applied to predict the future value of different types of receivables (Murabahah, Istishna, Multijasa, Qardh, Serent), while K-Means clustering is used to group data based on five main variables. The results of the analysis show that the linear regression model is able to predict future values with quite good accuracy, shown by the compatibility between the actual value and the predicted value. K-Means clustering produces three fairly good clusters, with a silhouette score of 0.51, which indicates adequate cluster quality. Visualization of the results of the analysis shows the distribution and patterns in the data, providing insight into the relationships between different types of receivables. This research provides a deeper understanding of the structure of receivables data and aids in decision-making based on future predictions and data grouping

Abstract

Schizophrenia has a high psychosocial burden and environmental influences cause an increase in patient mortality. Management of schizophrenia can be done using two methods, namely pharmacological therapy and non-pharmacological therapy. Positive symptoms can be controlled with pharmacological therapy using antipsychotic medication. After treatment of positive symptoms, negative symptoms are likely to persist. Antipsychotics are the primary therapy for schizophrenia sufferers. Risperidone is known to be the first line for schizophrenia sufferers because of the mild reactions it causes. The therapy received by schizophrenia patients, either monotherapy or in combination, has an effect on the symptoms that appear in the patient. This study aims to evaluate the pattern of antipsychotic therapy given in relation to the symptoms that appear after being given therapy. It is known that at the Jombang Regional Hospital Mental Health Polytechnic there are patients with various mental disorders and most of them are schizophrenic sufferers with a low level of public awareness so they do not know the symptoms they are experiencing. The inclusion criteria in this study were patients diagnosed with schizophrenia who received the antipsychotic risperidone alone or in combination with other antipsychotics in the period January-December 2021. Data analysis used the Chi-square test to see the relationship between the administration of risperidone therapy patterns and the symptoms that appeared in patients. After the analysis was carried out, the results showed that the risperidone therapy pattern had no relationship with the symptoms that appeared after therapy. This can be caused by several factors including individual factors.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to evaluate the training provided to high school chemistry teachers in Boyolali Regency for developing learning evaluation instruments, specifically focusing on creating questions in Testlet format. This study employs a Research and Development (R&D) approach, utilizing a mixed-method strategy based on the ADDIE model. Data collection was conducted through interviews, documentation, and questionnaires, with validation achieved via triangulation of sources and methods. The development process followed seven stages: identifying potential and problems, data collection, product design, design validation, product revision, trial, and final revision, involving ten chemistry teachers from the region. Analysis was conducted using the methods of Miles and Huberman. Findings indicated a significant lack of participation among chemistry teachers in question preparation training, alongside inadequate resources and challenges such as limited time, low motivation, and insufficient understanding of the training content. To address these issues, a training module was developed to enhance teachers' competencies in preparing testlet questions. The module includes an introductory section, four learning activities, and a closing segment. Validation from module experts, material experts, and potential users yielded suitability scores of 80.88%, 88%, and 92%, respectively. After limited-scale testing, the training module demonstrated an N-gain score of 0.7646, translating to a 76.46% increase in competency. The results affirm the module's effectiveness in improving the skills of high school chemistry teachers in Boyolali Regency.

Abstract

Dairy farming in West Java plays a crucial role in rural livelihoods, yet faces declining productivity due to limited feed and infrastructure. PT XYZ, a dairy processing company in Subang, encounters internal inefficiencies and external supply inconsistencies from smallholder farmers. This study aims to (1) analyze PT XYZ’s dairy supply chain using the SCOR model, (2) determine the priority weights of supply chain performance metrics, and (3) assess the efficiency of its two major suppliers KUD Larasati and KUD Parongpong using the DEA method. Data were collected via observations, interviews, literature review, and expert judgment. Performance parameters such as planning (weight 0.397), perfection (0.662), and quality (0.378) were found most critical. Efficiency analysis revealed that neither cooperative achieved consistent 100% efficiency across semesters, with issues stemming from delivery delays, inadequate infrastructure, and fluctuating milk quality. Recommendations include optimizing logistics, implementing ERP systems, and enhancing supplier coordination. Findings emphasize the need for integrated performance measurement to boost supply chain responsiveness, reduce costs, and maintain high product quality. The study highlights the importance of strategic planning and continuous evaluation to improve competitiveness and ensure sustainable milk supply chain operations.
