Abstract

This study examines the correlation between individual characteristics, work factors, and the severity of lower back pain complaints among workers in the macaroni industry in Malang Regency. The study's background encompasses the notion that individual characteristics and work factors may serve as risk factors for lower back pain complaints. Everyone in the workplace must apply occupational health and safety to achieve the highest level of physical, mental, and social health through preventive and curative measures against work-related health disorders. This study uses a quantitative approach with the cross-sectional method and the chi-square test to determine the relationship between independent variables and dependent variables. The results of the analysis show that individual characteristics such as age, BMI, and education have a significant relationship with lower back pain complaints, while gender is not significant. Work factors such as length of service also show a significant relationship with lower back pain complaints, while length of service does not show a significant relationship

Abstract

Implementation of Agreed-upon Procedures (AUP) carried out by KAP Adi and Deki in detecting fraud in the PT SDI goods and services procurement process, there were several shortcomings and obstacles that occurred, including the implementation time exceeding the target so that the implementation process was not optimal. The aim of this research is to evaluate the results of the implementation of Agreed-upon Procedures by KAP Adi and Deki, to prepare recommendations for Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for implementing procedures. Without clear SOPs, consistency, compliance and efficiency in audit implementation can be disrupted. Therefore, the existence of this SOP recommendation can help the implementation of the Agreed-upon Procedure carried out by KAP Adi and Deki so that it can run effectively and in accordance with applicable standards, namely Related Service Standards (SJT) 4400, namely International Standard on Related Services (ISRS) 4400.

Abstract

This research addresses the challenges students face in understanding the concept of trigonometric comparison. This problem is often considered as one of the weak areas in mathematics learning. The purpose of this research is to identify the influence of students' confidence level can affect problem solving ability related to trigonometry material for a research study on high school students. The research used descriptive qualitative method through in-depth interviews to analyze the exam results with the students who became the research subjects and observed the students as they solved trigonometry problems. This study concluded that: 1) students who have high self-confidence can fulfill the criteria according to the indicators of problem solving ability according to Polya's indicators, namely being able to understand the problem, being able to make a plan, completing the plan and being able to look at the answer again. 2) students who have moderate self-confidence can meet the criteria according to Polya's problem solving ability indicators, namely being able to understand the problem, can make a plan, complete the plan, but have not been able to see all the answers, and 3) students who have low self-confidence have difficulty understanding, unable to plan, and complete the solution plan and cannot see all the answers.

Abstract

Customer loyalty will be established if they purchase or use services repeatedly and refer the service to their colleagues. Based on this, the quality of a product and excellent service simultaneously influence customer satisfaction. To achieve this goal, marketing 4.0 is needed. Marketing 4.0 can combine offline and online interactions to make it easier for customers to choose health service facilities. The aim of this research is to determine whether the use of marketing 4.0 can increase customer loyalty with customer satisfaction and customer decisions as a mediator. This type of research is qualytative with a cross-sectional approach. This research was carried out at the Niki Diagnostic Center in Denpasar City, sampling using a purposive sampling method with a total of 110 samples, with data collection through questionnaires and data analysis using Partial Least Square (PLS). The research results show that customer loyalty can be mediated by customer decisions using Marketing 4.0 strategies. It is hoped that future researchers can add other variables to increase customer loyalty.

Abstract

Understanding tolerance and multiculturalism within Indonesia's diverse society is crucial in social science education. Social science learning should reflect real societal conditions, making it important to connect material content to students' environments. Utilizing the biography of Tjong A Fie, a significant figure in Medan, serves as an effective resource in this context. This study employed a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental method at Al-Ulum Integrated Islamic Junior High School. Using random sampling, class VIII C was chosen as the experimental group, while class VIII E served as the control group. The treatment, conducted over three sessions, yielded positive results. The experimental class, using Tjong A Fie's biography, demonstrated significant improvement in multicultural understanding and tolerance, with a p-value of 0.000 < 0.005. The t-test results indicated t counts > t table, confirming the hypothesis that Tjong A Fie's biography positively impacts students' understanding of tolerance and multiculturalism. Additionally, the data showed normality and homogeneity, reinforcing these findings. The comparative analysis of pretest and posttest results revealed a significant difference between the control and experimental classes, with the control class averaging 71.00 and the experimental class averaging 85.5. This study underscores the effectiveness of incorporating Tjong A Fie's biography into social science curricula to enhance students' multicultural and tolerance understanding.

Abstract

This paper aims to determine the moderating role of political CSR in shaping a company's CSR strategies towards achieving organizational sustainability. Using a qualitative approach and case study design with a content analysis method derived through a combination of interactive and documentative analysis models. The analysis reveals that in the case of CSR programs implemented by upstream oil and gas companies on Madura Island, a strong influence of political interests significantly weakens the relationship between the company's CSR strategy and organizational sustainability.

Abstract

In this digital era, data has become one of the most valuable assets for all companies. Data mining is a method that can be used to explore knowledge. The current research aims to analyze CV customer satisfaction. Green Publisher Indonesia by applying data mining techniques using the k-means clustering method. In this research, data will be collected regarding customer preferences and levels of satisfaction through sources such as online surveys. The data will be analyzed into the rapidminer 5.3 system using the k-means clustering algorithm. The research material used is customer data that has been obtained within a certain period by providing an Online Questionnaire (Google Form). In this research, researchers used one of the methods in Data Mining, namely the K-Means Clustering method. The results of the clustering execution using K-Means Clustering were 163 data resulting in 2 clusters with details of cluster 0 as 131 data or 80.36% and cluster 1 as 32 data or 19.64%.  The results of the analysis show that there is a significant difference in the level of satisfaction between the two clusters.

Abstract

This study discusses the implementation and analysis of network performance using multi-area OSPF (Open Shortest Path First) with the application of Virtual Link and GRE Tunnel. OSPF is a dynamic routing protocol that is often used in large networks due to its ability to find the shortest path quickly and efficiently. However, on large networks, the use of OSPF in a single area can increase routing overhead and slow down convergence times. Therefore, multi-area OSPF is a solution by limiting the spread of routing information only to related areas. This study uses an experimental method with the PNETLab simulator running five Cisco routers. The test was carried out by measuring QoS parameters such as throughput, packet loss, jitter according to TIPHON standards and OSPF convergence time using iPerf3 and Wireshark software. The results show that multi-area OSPF with Virtual Link has a more stable performance than GRE Tunnel in terms of jitter and convergence time, namely the average convergence time of Virtual Link is 24.1166 seconds while GRE Tunnel is 28.6144 seconds. Nonetheless, GRE Tunnel shows lower packet loss at large data sizes. This study provides practical guidance for network professionals in optimizing multi-area OSPF configurations.
