Abstract

This research discusses the ideology and doctrine of *The Ideology And Doctrine Of Muhammadiyah*, which is reflected in the Muqaddimah of the Muhammadiyah Articles of Association (MADM), the Principles of Muhammadiyah Beliefs and Ideals (MKCH), and the Personality of Muhammadiyah as the foundation of the da'wah and reform movement. This study is important for understanding the identity, direction of struggle, and contribution of Muhammadiyah to the life of the people and the nation. The purpose of this research is to analyze the concept of Muhammadiyah ideology and its relevance in facing contemporary developments. This study employed a qualitative approach with a descriptive-analytical method. Data were obtained through a literature review of Muhammadiyah’s official documents, such as the Articles of Association, MKCH, as well as scholarly works related to Muhammadiyah’s thoughts and movement. Data analysis was conducted using content analysis techniques to examine the ideological values contained in the documents. The results of the study show that the Muqaddimah of the Muhammadiyah Articles of Association affirms monotheism as the theological foundation of the struggle, MKCH emphasizes the orientation of da'wah amar ma'ruf nahi munkar and tajdid, while the Personality of Muhammadiyah serves as a moral and ideological guideline for all members of the organization. These values form the identity of Muhammadiyah as a progressive, rational Islamic movement oriented toward the benefit of the people. Thus, Muhammadiyah ideology remains relevant in responding to social, scientific, and national challenges in the modern era.

Abstract

Contemporary health development in Indonesia demands a paradigmatic shift from curative-centric focus toward strengthening promotive and preventive measures through regional-based approaches. This article aims to analyze the implementation of Healthy Cities (KKS) and formulate a strategic integration model into the National Health Transformation agenda. Utilizing a descriptive-analytical design with a literature-based policy study method, this research evaluated national policy documents, regional reports from Boyolali Regency and South Tangerang City, and Scopus-indexed international literature. Analysis indicates that while KKS has contributed to improved sanitation access and Green Open Space (RTH), implementation remains fragmented due to weak intersectoral policy coherence and limited performance indicators. As a solution, this study proposes "5 Pillars of Integration" encompassing intersectoral governance, healthy environment, healthy lifestyle behavior, promotive-preventive systems, and community participation. This synthesis demonstrates that KKS must be positioned as an upstream platform supporting the success of Pillar 1 (Primary Care) and Pillar 5 (Health Resilience) in health transformation. In conclusion, strengthening KKS through multi-level governance frameworks is crucial for creating resilient and sustainable health systems at the local level.

Abstract

This condition affects the way the younger generation, especially Indigenous Papuan students, interpret their identity as part of the Indonesian nation. On the one hand, there is a historical narrative of inequality and marginalization that has developed in society, while on the other hand, the state seeks to strengthen national integration through education. This study aims to analyze the role of the Patriot Program in shaping student nationalism at SMAIT Peradaban Al Izzah in Sorong City. This study uses a qualitative approach with an ethnographic design in education. The data in this study were collected through several techniques, namely observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The results of the study show that the Patriot Program has an important role in shaping the nationalism of Indigenous Papuan students at SMAIT Peradaban Al Izzah in Sorong City through three main mechanisms: as an agent of socialization of national values that is dialogical and inclusive; as a medium of cross-ethnic interaction that encourages cooperation, reduces prejudice, and increases empathy between Papuan and non-Papuan students; and as a means of identity construction that allows the simultaneous integration of Papuan and Indonesian identities. These findings also show the relevance of Ernest Renan’s theory of nationalism, especially the concept of the nation as a “daily plebiscite,” which emphasizes the sustained will to live together. However, in the Papuan context, the theory needs to be complemented by a critical perspective that considers the factors of economic and political inequality in the process of forming nationalism.

Abstract

The high frequency of traffic accidents in the land transportation sector, especially those involving intercity and interprovincial buses (AKAP), indicates that the safety aspect of passenger transportation is still a significant problem. This study aims to analyze the factors that contribute to the risk of accidents for AKAP bus drivers at the Jatijajar Type a Terminal, Depok. A quantitative approach is used with the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method to test the multidimensional relationship between driving behavior, drivers' mental and physical condition, company management, government regulations, environment and traffic, and vehicle factors to accident risk. The SEM-PLS analysis revealed that five factors significantly influenced the accident, collectively explaining 59.8% of the total variance in AKAP bus accidents. Mental and Physical Condition factors were the strongest predictors (coefficient = 0.302), followed by Risky Driving Behavior (0.273), Environment and Traffic (0.222), Company Management (-0.227), and Government Regulation (-0.194). Vehicle factors did not show a significant influence. Based on these findings, two priority strategies validated by experts were formulated: (1) Transformation of the driving profession through standardization of competencies and vocational education, and (2) Restructuring of wage and incentive systems to improve driver welfare and eliminate economic pressures that trigger risky behavior. This study provides a theoretical contribution by comprehensively modeling the factors of AKAP bus accidents and providing strategic recommendations that can be used as a reference for the government and bus operators in formulating more targeted policies to improve road transportation safety

Abstract

Implementation of Health Operational Assistance Fund (BOK) at the Pasundan Health Center, Samarinda City under the guidance of Prof. Dr.H.Masjaya, M.Si as supervisor I and Daryono, M.Si., Ph.D as supervisor II. This study aims to examine the implementation of the Health Operational Assistance Fund (BOK) at the Pasundan Health Center in Samarinda City and identify supporting and inhibiting factors in its implementation. The research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and document analysis. The results of the study show that the implementation of the BOK Fund has not been optimal. The budget absorption for the 2021-2024 period did not reach 100% and the implementation of activities is still constrained by administrative aspects, limited human resources, and ineffective reporting and evaluation systems. Supporting factors are in the form of clear regulations and implementation commitments, while inhibiting factors include disbursement delays, coordination that has not been maximized, and high workload. This study emphasizes the need to improve the quality of planning, coordination effectiveness, and strengthening utilization and evaluation to increase the effectiveness of the use of BOK Funds in supporting basic health services.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of non-physical work environment and job satisfaction on teachers’ work discipline at public junior high schools in Cirebon City. The study used a quantitative method with an associative research design. The population included all public junior high school teachers in Cirebon City, and a sample of 90 teachers was determined using the Slovin formula combined with purposive sampling. Data were gathered via questionnaires and analyzed through multiple linear regression using SPSS version 29. The findings show that the non-physical work environment positively and significantly influences teachers’ work discipline, and job satisfaction also has a positive and significant impact on teachers’ work discipline. Furthermore, the non-physical work environment and job satisfaction jointly contribute significantly to teachers’ work discipline within a regression model. The coefficient of determination (R Square) of 0.616 indicates that 61.6% of the variation in teachers’ work discipline can be explained by the non-physical work environment and job satisfaction, while the remaining 38.4% is influenced by other factors outside this study. These findings suggest that improving teachers’ work discipline requires not only formal rules and monitoring systems but also a supportive non-physical work environment and a high level of job satisfaction. Therefore, schools should focus on enhancing these aspects to strengthen teachers’ work discipline sustainably.

Abstract

Background: As the rapid growth of digital technology intensified social problems, among them cyberbullying, it has become a very pressing issue in modern society. Objective: This study investigated how 3 Nen A Gumi, a television drama from Japan, depicts and highlights criticism of cyberbullying. Methods: By means of qualitative research within John Fiske's semiotic framework, there were worked out three different levels of codes: reality, representation, and ideology. With regard to the reality level, cyberbullying is indicated through the appearances, behaviors, and emotional expressions of characters. Results: In representation, the means include camera techniques, narrative conflicts, and dialogues. At the ideological level, these show individualism in the drama, where egoism, poor empathy, and weak self-control are highlighted. Conclusion: The findings show that 3 Nen A Gumi condemns not only digital crimes but also broader social issues like youth vulnerability and family disorganization, compounded by the slow response of educational institutions. At last, the drama becomes both entertainment and almost a reflection of society inspiring collective awareness, empathy, and shared responsibility towards cyberbullying.

Abstract

Electronic Nicotine Delivery Systems (ENDS) have been used over the last decade as substitutes for conventional cigarettes. The delivery of active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) using these devices has been reported in the literature; however, many puffs are required to achieve a therapeutic dose. This study aimed to deliver and measure bromhexine hydrochloride (BRM) as an API via inhalation using an e-liquid formulation. The e-liquid was obtained by trapping the aerosol and measuring the concentration using high-performance liquid chromatography–mass spectrometry (HPLC-MS) in multiple reaction monitoring (MRM) mode. Our study demonstrated that five puffs accumulated 3.3156 ng/mL of BRM, and the efficiency of the ENDS device was calculated to be 99.8%. In addition, computational simulations were performed, resulting in a binding affinity of BRM of −7.3 kcal mol⁻¹, compared with −8.1 kcal mol⁻¹ for salbutamol. Nevertheless, BRM formed a hydrogen bond between the amine group and Ser204, π-alkyl bonds with Ala200 and Val114, and alkyl interactions with Phe289 and Phe290. However, the BRM interaction with the protein did not form a stable complex in the dynamic simulation, although it may act as an allosteric modulator or partial agonist. The results of this study corroborate previous findings that ENDS technology may offer broad innovations for inhaled medicines.

Abstract

Cultural heritage refers to objects, buildings, structures, sites, and areas — both on land and in water — that have been designated as Cultural Heritage, are material in nature, and need to be preserved. The determination of Cultural Heritage carries significant meaning within the Indonesian legal system, as it represents an active legal measure taken by the state to protect cultural heritage that is important for history, science, education, religion, and culture. This research aims to analyse the elements of negligence by regional governments in designating cultural heritage as Cultural Heritage, and to identify the legal implications and losses caused by such negligence. This research uses a normative juridical approach, examining legal norms, regulations, and doctrines, as well as a case analysis of Medan District Court Decision Number 756/Pdt.G/2020/PN Mdn concerning Medan Merdeka Square. The determination of Cultural Heritage is the obligation of the regional government (Regent/Mayor) after receiving recommendations from the Cultural Heritage Expert Team. Without an official determination, a cultural heritage object is in a legally vulnerable condition, as it lacks a clear protection status, creating opportunities for theft, destruction, transfer, conversion, demolition, or use contrary to its historical value and the public interest. Government negligence in designation constitutes an unlawful act and violates constitutional obligations and the General Principles of Good Governance, particularly with regard to legal certainty and the protection of the public interest.

Abstract

Employee performance is a critical factor in determining organizational success, particularly in educational institutions where teacher and staff performance directly impacts the quality of educational services and public trust. However, performance variations among employees at the Darul Fikri Foundation in Makassar indicate that performance is not yet fully optimal and consistent, suggesting the need to examine broader organizational factors beyond individual capabilities. This research aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture on employee performance with collectivism as a mediating variable at the Darul Fikri Foundation in Makassar. The research approach uses a quantitative method with regression-based data analysis techniques and mediation tests to examine the direct and indirect relationships between variables. The results show that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and has a strong influence on collectivism. Collectivism is also proven to have a positive influence on employee performance and acts as a mediating variable in the relationship between organizational culture and performance. These findings indicate that organizational cultural values that emphasize togetherness, cooperation, and collective responsibility can increase employee collective orientation, which ultimately has an impact on improved performance. Thus, strengthening a consistent organizational culture oriented towards collective values is an important factor in creating optimal and sustainable employee performance, especially in the context of educational institutions.
