Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze online learning based on student learning centered in universities as a review of learning in the emergency period of the covid 19 pandemic. Data collection techniques are through observation, then analyze the data that has been collected from the beginning of the study to the end of the study with data reduction techniques. , presentation of data, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that online learning based on student learning centered is carried out in the Department of Islamic Religious Education, Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training (FTIK) IAIN Metro Lampung in the second semester of class A and B in the IAD IBD ISD course using several learning models to support learning activities based on student learning centered, namely Discovery Learning, Cooperative Learning, Collaborative Learning, Small Group Discussion. The four models greatly help the student learning process which is carried out online during the COVID-19 pandemic

This study aims to determine classroom management in improving the effectiveness of the teaching and learning process. This research is a qualitative type through literature study. Abstract

Management of Islamic education, may be a word that we often know, we hear even we do, but many of us may not fully understand the meaning of the definition of islamic education management. Therefore we must see what exactly the meaning or definition of the management of Islamic educational institutions. There are various opinions that suggest about the definition of Islamic education management, therefore we need an agreement in advance what is meant by islamic education management. The development of an institution is very dependent on the management process or / management. If the management is good the institution will also develop well and vice versa. Management is a process to achieve organizational objectives by carrying out activities of 4 main functions, namely Planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling. Abstract

The age of 0-6 years children is known as the golden period where at this time the child's development is quite rapid so that at this time the environment must provide good stimulation. TKIT Insan Harapan is a PAUD institution that applies active learning strategies to increase the value of Islam in its students. Ages 4-5 in living religious values are still influenced by fantasy and emotions. Children almost all of their activities are playing exploring objects around which are certainly fun so teachers need active learning strategies to increase the value of the Islamic religion. Aspects of the development of Islamic religious values develop well, of course, with the role of teachers who provide balance through activities by carrying out learning strategies in order to achieve goals. In this study, it uses qualitative research methods, namely in collecting researcher data using observation techniques, interviews and documentation. The results showed that active learning strategies to increase the value of Islam in TKIT Insan Hrapan used picture and picture strategies, singing, true or false, storytelling and card sort and there were several supporting and inhibiting factors for learning strategies

Abstract

The feasibility of teaching is not enough to only be measured based on formal education but must also be measured based on the teacher's ability to teach and mastery of the material, master, choose and use methods, media and evaluation of learning. The ability of elementary school teachers in mastering learning materials is generally very worrying because of the sample of elementary school teachers who were asked to show their ability to master lesson materials, 70% did not master the subject matter, while only 30% mastered the subject matter. Such conditions are exacerbated by the less than optimal supervisory function of the Principal. If so far many opinions state that the professionalism of teachers in Indonesia is relatively low or inadequate, this is a result of the lack of supervision of the principal. The purpose of this school action research (PTS) is to find out the extent to which the principal's coaching through academic supervision is to improve teacher performance in the development of evaluation of learning outcomes. In this school action research (PTS) it was carried out in 3 cycles, from the results of the actions taken it was proven to be able to improve teacher performance by achieving ideal standards. From 60.45% in the first cycle, it can increase to 70.45% in the second cycle, and 77.27% in the third cycle. The results of this action research indicate that coaching through the academic supervision of the principal can improve teacher performance in the development of evaluation of learning outcomes with completeness reaching 100%.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the relational dialectic occurs to students in online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study uses a qualitative approach that emphasizes meaning rather than generalizations, and the sampling technique used is purposive sampling according to the research objectives. The results of the study show that online learning during the COVID-19 pandemic has changed student relationships dialectically which can be described in three relational situations, namely: student-to-student relationships, student-teacher relationships, and student-families relationships. All elements of dialectics occur in the three relations, namely the element of totality where there is an interdependent relationship between them, the element of contradiction which is marked by the attraction of the relationship, the element of movement where over time the relationship undergoes a process of change, and the element of praxis which is indicated by the existence of decisions. decisions and the consequences of those choices in the relationship. The most prominent element of contradiction occurs in the relationship between students and lecturers where there are different desires so that there is an attraction in their relationship

Abstract

Islamic religious education is a conscious effort made by educators in order to prepare students to believe, understand, and practice Islamic teachings through guidance, teaching or training activities that have been determined to achieve the goals that have been set. The importance of Islamic religious education on the morals of students because by carrying out moral education, the development of students will develop aqidah through giving, fertilizing, developing, knowledge, habituation, and the experience of students about the religion of Islam and students can become a devout Muslim and have good character. noble and firm in faith and devotion to Allah SWT in accordance with Islamic law. Morals that must be possessed by students are: 1. Praiseworthy morals or morals, namely the moral group that should be owned by a Muslim. Maheasy character includes patient, honest, humble, generous, polite, persistent, willing to sacrifice, fair, wise, gentle and polite and trust in Allah SWT. 2 Morals towards Allah SWT, where humans are given perfection and advantages compared to other creatures. Humans are also given reason to think, feel and lust. So that we should have good morals towards Allah SWT, 3. Morals as parents, of course children become a mandate entrusted by Allah SWT to their parents. Our obligations as parents are to give a good name, slaughter the aqiqah animal on the seventh day of its birth, circumcise it, give love, provide a living, provide education, especially those related to religion and marry it to a good partner after adulthood, 4. Morals towards fellow human beings Islam teaches that humans should always maintain and develop good relations between fellow human beings including with neighbors and this obligation is considered important because it can affect the quality of one's faith.

Abstract

The Mind Mapping learning model (mind map) is a model designed to assist students in the learning process, store information in the form of subject matter received by students during learning, and help students compile the important cores of the subject matter in the form of maps, graphs as well as the use of symbols so that students more easily remember the lesson. Through the Mind Mapping learning model, students are no longer required to always take notes on the writing on the blackboard or as dictated by the teacher as a whole. Students will know the core of the problem, then make their own mind maps according to the creativity of each student. Research formulation on how to use Mind Map in History Learning. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method. The subjects of this study were students of class XI IPA 8 SMAN 2 Tasikmalaya. Instruments in this study using observation sheets, and creativity. The results of the percentage of student interest in the second meeting reached 80.64% and the percentage of student creativity was 83.87%. The average class interest in learning reached 77.29 and the average class creativity was 77.32. Meanwhile, from the observation data on the creativity of the students at the third meeting, the indicators that the researchers wanted to achieve had met the criteria

Abstract

Teacher performance assessment is a assessment of tasks and functions related to carried out in accordance with applicable regulations in order to ensure the learning process at all levels of education. This research is a qualitative method with reference to problem solving strategies. the aim of improving teacher quality in the learning process. The research subjects were teachers of SMAN 1 Karangnunggal with a total of 36 people. results Based on the research 4 teacher competencies are already high and there is an increase from the previous year. For pedagogic ability, the average obtained is 89,42% and is included in the high category. Professional personality obtained on average is 92,3% and is included in the high category. Social Competence, Social competence obtained an average of 91,7% and included in the high category. Professional competence obtained on average is 94,4% and is included in the high category. This shows that the quality of teacher quality is increasing

Abstract

This study aims to empower peer tutors in the learning of high school students to see the effectiveness of improving student learning outcomes in history subjects. The method used is the Class Action Research (PTK) method. The research was conducted on class XI social studies 3 students at SMAN 1 Karangnunggal. Data collection was carried out using tests on each lesson to determine the improvement of student learning outcomes. The results showed an increase in student learning outcomes after participating in learning by empowering peer tutors. From the results of observations, it can be seen that overall the average student learning outcome has increased. Before empowering peer tutors the average student learning outcome was only 61.5, while after empowering peer tutors it increased to 67.3 in cycle I, and increased again to 77.6 in cycle II. It was concluded that the empowerment of peer tutors can improve the learning outcomes of high school students in history subjects
