Abstract

A strategy map is a diagram that illustrates the causal relationships between the components of a strategy. Each strategy goal made is a top-down approach, meaning that the strategy goals are made based on the approach of vision, mission, external and external conditions. The strategy map has 4 (four) perspectives that must be considered and should not be reversed in order, starting from the financial perspective, customer perspective, internal business process perspective and learning perspective and growth. The policy-making process must be top-down from top to bottom, starting from the financial goal then decreasing to the next goal. While the reciprocal process flows from the bottom up. But before determining the selection of the type of corporate-level strategy or business unit strategy it is worth reviewing how the strategy appeared or was in shape. In forming a strategy, it must focus on the vision, mission, goals and objectives, so several methods and rules can be used in the formation of the strategy. In addition to SWOT, the analysis that is considered more effective is the Balance Scorecard (BSC) method. After the formation and planning of the strategy is carried out, the next step is the process of implementing the strategy or implementing the strategy

Abstract

The teacher is an important element in the learning process. The role and function of the teacher is to educate the lives of the nation's children. The demands of the main tasks and functions of teachers to educate the nation's children become a workload for the teachers themselves. Mental workload is influenced by several factors such as internal and external factors. Internal factors, for example, excessive work demands, frustration will arise in carrying out their duties. When the teacher feels frustrated, it will have an impact on the teacher's declining performance. External factors such as the outbreak of the COVID-19 virus that hit the whole world, had a very significant impact on the world of education. Teachers and students are required to apply new patterns to the learning system. Learning from home is a new learning system that must be applied during the COVID-19 pandemic. Abstract

The development of professional competence in the face of the golden Indonesian era is absolutely necessary for the success of learning and improving the quality of education. Without the development of professionalism, the learning process and the quality of education will only go on the spot. There is no innovation, and there is no creativity and no effective learning. The educational paradigm should use a new paradigm, namely quality. Quality education is born from qualified and professional teachers. Professional teachers can influence quality education. From the discussion, it can be concluded, that: 1). Professional teachers must be prepared by a quality and standardized educational higher education institution (LPTK); 2). Professional teachers must have academic qualifications, competencies, educator certification, be physically and spiritually healthy, and have the ability to realize national education goals; 3). Professional teachers as a determining factor for quality education are teachers who meet the standards of educators and education personnel, namely the creteria of pre-service education and physical and mental feasibility, as well as in-service education
