Abstract

ABSTARCTThis study aims to determine the effect of changes in operating cash flow and accounting profit partially and simultaneously on stock returns in LQ-45 companies listed on the stock exchange in 2071-2019. The method used is purposive sampling with a population of 45 companies and the sample used is 15 company data. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression. The result of this study indicate that partally operating cash flow has a positive and not significant effect on stock return on LQ-45 companies on the Stock Exchange in 2017-2019 and accounting profit have a positive and not significant effect on Stock Exchange in 20117-2019. Abstract

ABSTRACTThe objective of this research is and analyze of Working Capital Management, Firm age, Firm size On Profitability in the manufacture company that is listed at the Indonesian Stock Exchange in period 2015 – 2017. Data analysis that is used in this research is double linier regression. This research take manufacture company that is listed at The Indonesian Stock Exchange in period 2015 – 2017 as population of this research, purposive sampling metode become data collecting technique. The result of this research showed that cash conversion circle (CCC) influence negative significantly on Profitability (ROA), it is proven by t statistic = -2,692 (0,008 < 0,05). Partially, firm age has significant positive influence on Profitability (ROA), it is Proven by t statistic = 2,292 (0,023 < 0,005). Meanwhile, Firm Size affect on Profitability (ROA) positive significantly, it is proven by t statistic = 4,201 (0,000 < 0,05).

Abstract

ABSTRACK Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah explanatory research. Sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu pembeli impulse buying di Hypermart Matos Malang yaitu sebanyak 100 responden. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan aplikasi SPSS 19.0 for Windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Discount, Exterior, General Interior,Store Layout dan Interior Display berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap impulsebuying dengan tinggal sig. 0.000. Namun Discount, Exterior, General Interior,Store Layout tidak berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap impulse buying. Kata Kunci : Discount, Exterior, General Interior, Store Layout, Interior Display dan Impulse Buying

Abstract

ABSTRAC This research was conducted to analyze the Effect of Capital Structure, Return on Equity (ROE) and Earning per share (EPS) on Corporate Income Tax (PPh). The sample in this study is a manufacturing company in 2015-2017 which is included in the consumer goods industry sub-sector. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression with SPSS 20 software for windows. The results of the sampling using the purposive sampling method resulted that the consumption goods manufacturing sub-sector companies listed consecutively on the IDX in 2015-2017 and fulfilled the sample criteria were 23 companies. Based on the results of hypothesis testing that has been done, it is concluded that simultaneously Capital Structure, Return on Equity (ROE) and Earning per share (EPS) affect the Corporate Income Tax (PPh). The variables Debt To Asset Ratio, Debt To Equity Ratio and, Return on Equity affect the Corporate Income Tax (PPh). While the variable Earning per share partially does not affect the Corporate Income Tax (PPh). Keywords : Capital Structure, Return on Equity (ROE) and Earning per share (EPS) of Corporate Income Tax (PPh).

Abstract

ABSTRACTSince the development of internet technology which is a network system that has become one of the facilities for companies to market a product or service to consumers. With social media that is heard today is no stranger, the growth of the internet is increasingly widespread and more and more are using it so that through internet sites such as Facebook, Istagram and other social media easily an information is quickly conveyed via the internet or can be called electronic word of mouth (e-wom) includes paralayang tourism information which is now one of the trends on social media.The spread of information carried out by tourism objects on social media with a delivery process that is elegantly designed so that someone's decision to visit tourism is created. After that, providing a pleasant service with a variety of products that are in line with the market so that customers will be satisfied with what is seen on social media and indirectly the customer will communicate with others by discussing electronic word of mouth, destination image, tourist satisfaction, and destination loyalty. The results of the study provide electronic word of mouth information, destination image, and tourist satisfaction have a significant positive effect on destination loyalty, and the destination image mediates the effect of electronic word of mouth on destination loyalty, and tourist satisfaction mediates the effect of electronic word of mouth on destination loyalty.Keywords: Electronic word of mouth, destination image, tourist satisfaction, Destination loyalty

Abstract

Abstract  This study aims to find out and analyze the influence of leadership style, work motivation and work discipline on the performance of the malang city environment office staff. The population in this study amounted to 207 and the sample taken amounted to 69 respondents. Data collection through questionnaire distribution. Data analysis in this study used spss version 16. The sampling technique uses quantitative methods and the data testing techniques used are validity test, class assumption reliability test, multiple linear regression test and hypothesis test. The analysis shows that leadership style, work motivation and work discipline simultaneously have an influence on employee performance, partially leadership style and work motivation have no effect, but work discipline has an influence on employee performance of employees of the office of the city of malang. Keywords: Leadership Style, Motivation, Work Discipline And Performance

Abstract

Abstract This study analyze the Word Of Mouth, Destination image and destination branding of Revisiting Interest in Tuban White Sand The beach Tour either simultaneously or partially. This research uses an explanatory research type with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were visitors from the White Sand Beach Tourism. Samples taken were 73 respondents. The sampling technique used was snowball. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis processed with SPSS 16.0 software. The data collection method used was a questionnaire. The results showed that the Reviews, destination images, destination branding at the same time had a significant effect on Visiting Interest. And Word Of Mouth has a partially significant effect on interest in visiting. Meanwhile, Destination Image has no partially significant effect on Returning Interest. Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study was to determine the effect of understanding tax regulations, tax socialization, and tax sanctions on individual taxpayer compliance with creative economy actors in the blended culinary and fashion sub-sector in Malang Regency. Determination of the sample in this study using purposive sampling technique, so that the number of samples can be determined as many as 40 respondents who meet the criteria. The analytical tool used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the understanding of tax regulations, tax socialization, and tax sanctions simultaneously had a significant effect on taxpayer compliance with the mixed creative economy actors of the fashion and culinary sub-sectors in Malang district. The variable of understanding tax regulations has a significant and positive effect on individual taxpayer compliance of creative economy actors in the blended culinary and fashion sub-sector in Malang Regency. The tax socialization variable has a significant and positive effect on individual taxpayer compliance of creative economy actors in the blended culinary and fashion sub-sector in Malang Regency. Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this research is to analyze and explain the influence of store atmosphere, prices, product variations, and promotions on retail store purchasing decisions during the COVID-19 pandemic at the mini market Alfamart in Malang City. The sample in this study were 100 respondents. With the Incidental Sampling technique, the collection of samples met by the researcher by chance, if the person is considered to meet the criteria and is suitable to be used as a data source. By using multiple linear regression analysis, and the results showed the influence of store atmosphere, price, product variations, and promotions had a significant effect on purchasing decisions. The method used in data processing uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis tools through the IBM SPSS 16 application program (statistics of product and service solutions). Keywords: store Atmosphere, Prices, Product Variations, Promotions, and Purchasing Decisions

Abstract

AbstractBasic of this research is to see the visual aspect of working capital and fixed asset investment on profitability measured using net profit margin (NPM) at PT Astra International Tbk for the period 2015 to 2019. This research uses explanatory research method, in this study using the method purposive sampling namely the determination of the sample with certain criteria as for the population in this study is all data from PT Astra International Tbk's financial statements from 2015 to 2019 so that the samples obtained in the form of financial position reports and income statements per quarter from 2015 to 2019. There are also analytical techniques used, namely multiple linear regression analysis, namely with research data in the form of secondary data. This research shows that working capital has no significant influence, whereas asset investment has a significant effect on profitability. Simultaneously working capital and fixed asset investment have a positive effect on profitability. Keywords: Working Capital, Fixed Asset Investment, NPM (Net Profit Margin) and Profitability
