Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine and analyze the influence of Service Quality, Price, Company Image on Satisfaction of Gojek Malang Customers. Knowing and analyzing the effect of Consumer Satisfaction on Consumer Loyalty of Gojek Malang. Knowing and analyzing the influence of Service Quality, Price, Company Image on Consumer Loyalty of Gojek Malang. Knowing and analyzing the influence of Service Quality, Price, Company Image on Consumer Loyalty through Satisfaction of Gojek Malang Customers. The population of this study were Gojek users in FEB UNISMA 2018 in the amount of 238, while the sample was 70 customers. Data analysis using Path analysis.The results of the study show that Service Quality has a direct effect on loyalty. While the price and corporate image do not affect consumer loyalty. Satisfaction directly affects Consumer Loyalty. satisfaction is able to mediate the relationship of the influence of service quality on loyalty, but satisfaction is not able to mediate the influence of price and corporate image on consumer loyalty.Keywords: Service Quality, Price, and Corporate Image, Loyalty, Satisfaction

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the effect of the work environment and work motivations on employee performance at Royal English Malang. The population of this study were all Royal English Malang employees, amounting to 32 employees. Data analysis method used in this research is quantitative analysis method.Researchers in this case used questionnaire media and primary data. The questionnaire used in this study is a direct and closed questionnaire, where the questionnaire is directly given to respondents and respondents can choose one of the alternative answers that are available. Based on the results of the study it can be seen that the work environment and work motivation significantly influence employee performance at Royal English Malang.Keywords: Work environment, Work Motivation, Performance

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this research is to determine the comparability in predicting potential bankruptcy using the Altman Z-Score, Springate, and Zmijewski methods and the accuracy of the three methods.The method in this research is purposive sampling with criteria needed by researchers to be able to obtain sample. Samples obtained from the BEI for the period 2017 to 2019 were 17 companies. The data used are secondary data.The results of data analysis showed that there were differences in the results of bankruptcy predictions between the Altman Z-Score, Springate, and Zmijewski methods. From the results that the Zmijewski method is the method that has highest accuray rate 64,71%Keywords: Bankruptcy, Altman Z-Score method, Springate method,and Zmijewski method

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to describe work ethics, work experience, work culture and work performance of employees of PT. Garam (Persero), to determine the effect of work ethics, work experience, work culture on employee performance. This research was conducted at PT. Garam (Persero) with a sample size of 69 respondents. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of descriptive analysis show that the employees of PT. Garam (Persero) agreed on all research variables, namely work ethics, work experience, work culture and work performance. Work ethics have a significant effect on the work performance of employees of PT. Garam (Persero). Work experience has no significant effect on the work performance of employees of PT. Garam (Persero). Work culture has a significant effect on the work performance of employees of PT. Garam (Persero). Work ethics, work experience, and work culture simultaneously have a significant effect on the work performance of employees of PT. Abstract

AbstractThis reserach is an explanatory study which aims to examine and analyze the influence of leadership style, spiritual intelligence and organizational structure on the performance of the employees of  PT Madura United Pamekasan. The population in the study were employees of PT Madura United Pamekasan and the sample of this study used a saturated sample technique with a total of 40 employees. The data analysis method used in this research is descriptive analysis, instrument test, normality test, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of this study found a conclusion, namely that partially leadership style affects employee performance, spiritual intelligence has no positive effect on employee performance, organizational structure has no positive effect on employee performance, while simultaneously leadership style, spiritual intelligence and organizational structure have a positive effect on employee performance.  Keywords : Leadership style, spiritual intelligence, organizational structure, employee perfoemance

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to analyze the effect of job satisfaction, motivation and workenvironment on employee performance. Questionnaires are used as an insrument for obtainingdata. The analysis tool used is SPSS with multiple linear regression approach. The object ofthis research is Employee of Manpower Office of Jombang Regency, with population of 30Employees. Based on multiple linear regression test, job satisfaction variable has an effect onemployee performance variable. Variable of motivation have an effect on employeeperformance variable. And work environment variables on employee performance. From theresults of this study to increase the promotion given to all employees by way of employeesknow all the promotional requirements provided by superiors to establish an openness with soall employees have the same rights to pursue the campaign. The fulfillment of individualactualization of each employee has not been fulfilled well to improve it by the fulfillment of allthe quality and capacity owned by every employee of the workforce of Jombang regency, theworking atmosphere of the employees has not fully able to concentrate well on the noisesituation that exist in the environment where they work because the location of the serviceLabor is in the middle of the city.Keywords: Job satisfaction, Motivation, Work environment, and Employee Performance.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe aim of this research was to know the influence of asset growth, funding decision, dividend policy, and the level of inflation to the grade of company in period 2014-2016. The population that used in this research were property and real estate which have listed on Stock Exchange. The subject of the research was determined through purposive sampling. Based on 48 companies, it obtained 11 companies which shared dividend for 4 years sequent. The data analysis that used in this research was multiple linear regression.The findings of the research showed that asset growth, funding decision, and dividend policy was positive significant to the grade of company, meanwhile, the level of inflation was not significant or negative to the grade of company. Keywords: The grade of company, asset growth, funding decision, dividend policy, the level of inflation.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to study how to announce dividends on stock prices on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, using a sample of LQ45 companies which are divided into 22 companies that distribute up dividends and 23 companies that distribute up dividends. The research period is 15 days before the announcement and 15 days are announced. The method used is an event study to see stock price movements, with abnormal returns when the dividend announcement rises and falls after the ex-dividend date. The results of this study indicate that dividend announcements go up investors give a negative reaction on the contrary on dividend announcements down investors positively assess when the company makes dividend announcements after the ex-dividend date.Keywords: Dividend Announcement; Stock Price; Abnormal Return

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study to determine and analyze the influence of Leadership, Work environmen, and Motivation on the performance of cifil servants in the social service of Situbondo Regency. The population used in this study were all empolyees of the Social Service Office of Situbondo Regency with a sample of 35 employees whilw the data collection distributed questionnaires. This study uses data analysis, a) validity test b)reliability test c) normality test d) multicollinearity test e) heterocedasticity f) multiple linear analysis g) hypotesis testing. This study uses a saturated sampling technique or with an explanation(census).The results showed that partially there was no significant effect between leadership on employee performance, the work environment did not have a significant effect on employee performance and Motivation had a significant effect on empolyee performance at the Social service of Situbondo Regency. While the simultaneous test result show that Leadership, Work Environment, and Motivation significant effect towards the performance of cifil servants in the Social of Situbondo Regency.   Keywords : Leadership, Work Environment, Motivation, and Performance

Abstract

Abstract Ichimoku Kinko Hyo and moving Average Convergence Divergence on the movement of individual stock prices in the print media advertising service company.The population of this study consisted of 19 companies of advertising print media sub sector listed on the Indonesia. Stock Exchange in the daily stock price value. The samples used were 5 samples that met the criteria in research starting in2017-2019. The analytical method used was the stationarity test, correlation test and wax charts using Ichimoku Kinko Hyo and Moving Average Convergence Divergence.The results of the study show that research using the ichimoku kiknko hyo indicator and Diverging  Moving Average Conversion can be used to study the development of individual stock prices in advertising print media sub-service companies.Keywords : Ichimoku Kinko Hyo, Moving
