Abstract

Abstract Cafe is a place to relax and can buy some foods and drinks that are identical to tables and chairs. This study aims to determine the order of consumer preferences regarding the combination of attributes and attribute levels in choosing a cafe in Malang City. This research was conducted on 96 respondents who visited or who had visited a cafe. This research method uses conjoint analysis with a sampling technique that is purposive sampling and the type of research is quantitative descriptive. There are six attributes used in this study, each with three attribute levels. The results of this study obtained the order of attribute combinations and attribute levels regarding consumer preferences in choosing cafes in Malang City, namely the price of Rp. 10,000-Rp. 15,000, location close to residence, outdoor cafe atmosphere, wifi facilities, responsive service, and products with menu sizes that match the price. Keywords: Consumer Preference, Cafe, Conjoint Analysis

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research was conducted at Bank BRI Office of Cash Unisma, Malang. This study aims to analyze the effect of core service quality and service quality peripherals to customer satisfaction simultaneously and partially. Independent variables from this research are core service quality and peripheral service quality, and customer satisfaction variable as dependent variable. The sample used is 98 respondents. Data collection method used is questionnaire. The analysis used is Analysis multiple linear by using IBM SPSS Statistic 20. The results showed that the quality of core service and of peripheral service quality simultaneously affect the customer satisfaction of Bank BRI Unisma Cash Office, core service quality and peripheral service quality significantly influence partially to customer satisfaction of Bank BRI Office of Cash UnismaKeyword : Core Service Quality, Peripheral Service Quality, Customer Satisfaction

Abstract

 ABSTRACT       This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of organizational commitment, organiztional culture , and role conflict on the performance of UD. Pandang Laut employees both partially and jointly. The population and sample are all 40 production management employees. Data collection through questionnaires and interviews. Data analysis in this study used SPSS version 16. The sampling technique using census methods and data testing techniques used in this study included validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, and testing the research hypothesis.       The results of the analysis show that partially organizational commitent has a significant positive effect on employee performance while organizational culture, has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance, and role conflict has a negative effect on employee performance. And together show that Organizational commitment, , Organizational Culture and Role Conflict no significantly influence employee performance. Keywords: Organizational Commitment, Organizational Culture, Role Conflict and Employee Performance.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research was conducted for knowing how much the effect of leadership style, communication, and work environment to the performance of PT. PP. Properti, Tbk Project Begawan Malang Employees. In order to know how much the effect of independent variables toward dependent variable either partially or stimultaneously, this research was conducted with several methods in data examining. The result was that leadership style, communication, and work environment had stimultaneously a directly proportional and gave positive effect and the most significant effect of those three variables toward employees performance was communication. It can be showed from the value of two other variables which were lower. While independent variable showed a directly proportional and gave positive and significant effects, except leadership style (X1).  Keywords: Leadership Style, Communication, Work Environment, and Employee Performance.

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Regional Original Revenue, Balancing Funds, and Capital Expenditures on Economic Growth. The variables used in this study are Regional Original Revenue (x1), Balancing Funds (x2), Capital Expenditures (x3) and Economic Growth (y). The population and sample in this study were all provinces in Indonesia in 2018 as many as 34 provinces. This research uses explanatory research type. Data testing techniques used in this study are multiple linear regression testing techniques. The results of the analysis of this study indicate that Regional Original Revenue has a positive effect on Economic Growth, while the other two variables such as the Balancing Fund negative affect Economic Growth, and Capital Expenditures also negative affect Economic Growth.Keywords : Regional Original Revenue, Balancing Funds, Capital Expenditures, Economic Growth.

Abstract

ABSTRACKThis study was conducted to analyze the impact of leadership style, motivation, work environment, and discipline on employee performance at BPBD Kota Batu. The sample for this study was 50 employees of the Batu City BPBD. The method used in this study was multiple linear regression with key data analyzed using the SPSS For Windows application. Based on the results of the research and discussion in the previous chapter, the conclusions of the simultaneous tests show that different leadership styles, motivations, work environments, and work disciplines affect employee performance. I am. Partial test results show that leadership style, motivation, work environment, and discipline variables influence employee performance. Keywords: Leadership style variables, motivation, work environment, discipline and work performance of employees

Abstract

ABSTRAKSI Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Labat-1, Arus Kas, dan ROA dalam memprediksi Laba yang akan datang. Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh predictor Laba (Labat-1), arus kas dan ROA terhadap laba yang akan datang (Labat). Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini bahwa Labat-1 berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Labat, hal ini dibuktikan dari nilai koefisien variabel sebesar 0,837 dan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,001. Arus Kas berpengaruh negative dansignifikan terhadap Labat, hal ini dibuktikan dari nilai koefisien variabel sebesar -0,312 dan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,029. ROA berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Labat, hal ini dibuktikan dari nilai koefisien variabel sebesar 0,767 dan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,111.Serta nilai signifikan Fuji 0,000 < 0,05, dimana H04 diterima, yang artinya terdapat beberapa variable bebas yang memiliki kemampuan untuk menjelaskan variable terikat ( Laba yang akan datang).Kata Kunci :Labat-1, Arus Kas, ROA dan Laba Yang Akan Datang

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to identify the influence of DER and TATO on firm value (case study of automotive sector companies listed on the IDX in 2016-2019). The analytical method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis which includes classical assumption test analysis and hypothesis testing. The population in this study were 15 companies in the automotive sector listed on the IDX in 2016-2019. In this study, the sample used a purposive sampling method, in order to obtain 10 companies that meet the criteria in the automotive sector companies. The results of this study indicate that (1) Debt to equity ratio and total asset turnover simultaneously have a positive effect on price to book value. (2) The ratio of debt to partial equity has no effect on book price to value. (3) Partially total asset turnover has a positive effect on price book to value. Keywords: Total asset turnover, price to book value, debt to equity ratio

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine and analyze the influence of Peer Environment, Viral Marketing and Online Customer Reviews on Impulse buying behavior online at Shopee. The population in this study is the 2018 batch of students, Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang who have purchased products at Shopee. The data collection method in this study used a questionnaire with a total sample of 100 respondents. The independent variables in this study are Peer Environment, Viral Marketing and Online Customer Reviews and the dependent variable is the Impulsive Purchase Decision. The analytical method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis and processed using SPSS 25. The results of this study simultaneously show that Peer Environment, Viral Marketing and Online Customer Reviews have a positive and significant effect on Impulse buying behavior. Partially, Peer Environment and Online Customer Reviews have a significant effect on Impulsive Purchase Decisions, while Viral Marketing has no effect on Impulse buying behavior. Keywords: Peer Environment, Viral Marketing, Online Customer Reviews, Impulsive Buying Behavior.

Abstract

 Abstract This reseach was conducted with the aim of analizing the influence of the work environtment, organizational culture and work dicipline on employee performance at PT HERO Supermarket Tbk, Giant Ekstra Kebonsari Malang City.The population used in thi study were all employes of Giant Ekstra Kebonsari, which the total is 41 employees in September to Januari 2018. The sample used is the entire population called saturated samples. The method used is multiple linear regresion analysis with hipothesis testing using the t test and F test.The results of this study produce answers that have been processed that thesimultaneously the work environtment, organizational culture and work dicipline affect employee performance and anwerd . Work environtment does not affect employee performance partially and not answerd the  . Organizational culture deos not partially affect employee performance and not answerd the . And work discipline influences employee performance partially anwerd . Keywords : work environtment, organizational culture, work dicipline, employee performance.
