Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to obtain empirical evidence of the influence of company size, leverage, ownership concentration, auditor reputation, and chief risk officer on disclosure of Enterprise Risk Management. The population in this study is banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2018. The sampling technique is done by using purposive sampling method which produces 37 samples in 2016-2018. The data used are secondary data taken through documentation techniques which consist of annual reports of banking companies in 2016-2018. Data analysis method in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. This study proves that company size, leverage, ownership concentration, auditor reputation, and chief risk officer simultaneously have a positive effect on disclosure of Enterprise Risk Management. Partial testing shows that company size and leverage have no significant effect on disclosure of Enterprise Risk Management. The concentration of ownership, auditor's reputation, and chief risk officer significantly influences the disclosure of Enterprise Risk Management. Keywords: company size, leverage, ownership concentration, auditor reputation, and chief risk officer.

Abstract

ABSTRACT“This study aims to reveal the impact of Economic Value Added (EVA) Return On Asset (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE) and Net Profit Margin (NPM)  popupation in this study are food and beverage companies listed on the IDX at 2016-2019 period. While the sampling technique uses puposive sampling. From population, 11 companies were sampled. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that EVA and ROA have a positive and significant effect on stock price. Meanwhile, ROE and NPM have no effect on stock prices. This research uses the method Purposive Sampling for sampling. Population in research this is all food and beverages on the Indonesian Stock Exchange during 2016-2019. From Overall 15 companies as a population obtained 11 companies as samples. Based on the findings of the date analysis, it was concluded that EVA, and ROA positive effect on stock prices. Mean while ROE, and NPM did not wash affect the stock price”. Keywords: Economic Value Added (EVA), Return On Asset (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE), Net Profit Margin (NPM), and stok prices.

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study analyze the effect of debt to equity ratio (DER), cost control efficiency, and working capital turnover partially and simultaneously on the assessment of financial performance in 2015-2019. This research was conducted in the fashion creative economy sector in Malang Raya. The sample size used was 7 distribution companies in Malang Raya for the period 2015-2019.The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis show that the ratio of debt to equity ratio has a positive and insignificant effect on the company's financial performance (ROA). Efficiency of Cost Control partially has a negative and significant effect on the company's financial performance (ROA). The level of working capital turnover partially has a positive and significant effect on company performance results (ROA). Simultaneously, the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Cost Control Efficiency, and Working Capital Turnover Rate have an effect on the company's financial performance assessment (ROA) of the creative economy in the fashion sector in Malang, 2015-2019. Keywords: Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Cost Control Efficiency, Working Capital Turnover Rate, Return on Assets (ROA)

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of leadership, motivation and communication on employee performance. The purpose of this research is the employees of UD Sumber Rejaki Konang Bangkalan. The sampling method used is a saturated sampling technique. it can be concluded that leadership has no significant effect on employee performance, which partly comes from changes in motivation that affect employee performance. While the part that comes from the communication variable has an effect on employee performance. Consistent with the results of the research being tested, it proves that changes in Leadership, Motivation and Communication that are consistent with the results of tests carried out together have an impact on customer satisfaction. Keywords: Leadership, Motivation, Communication and Employee Engagement

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine how the effect of capital structure and company growth on firm value with profitability as an intervening variable case study on property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2018 to 2020. The population in this study are all property and real estate companies. registered. on the IDX for the period 2018 to 2020 with a total of 63 companies. The sampling technique used purposive sampling method obtained a sample of data from as many 43 companies. This research data collection uses the method of documentation in the annual report on the IDX. The data analysis technique in this study used path analysis with SPSS 26 software. The results showed that partially the capital structure had a negative significant effect on profitability. The company's growth has a positive significant effect on profitability. Capital structure has positive not significant effect on firm value. Company growth has positive not significant effect on firm value. Profitability has a significant positive effect on firm value. Mediation in this study is completely mediation. Profitability is able to mediate the capital structure of the firm value. Profitability is able to mediate the growth of the company to the value of the company. Keywords: Firm Value, Profitability, Capital Structure, Company's Growth

Abstract

ABSTRACK             The purpose of this research is to examine the effect of CAMELS and Bank size ratio against Non Performing Loan (NPL) at BUMN (Badan Usaha Milik Negara) Bank in Indonesia. Study on BUMN (Badan Usaha Milik Negara) Bank who publish their financial statements in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2011 to 2016. The population in this research is BUMN Bank in Indonesia and not a sharia business unit. The research is using 4 BUMN Bank as the sample and also using purposive sampling technique method.The analysis is done by using Regression Model and Classical Assumption. Based on the results of the simultaneous analysis of the results that the independent variables or CAMELS and Bank Size ratios both have a very good effect on the dependent variable of Non performing Loan (NPL) at BUMN Bank in Indonesia, the result of this research is supported by research conducted by Barus (2016 ), Putri (2017) and Vireyto (2017). Partially that CAMELS Ratio is CAR, NIM, LDR, IRRR does not have good effect to NPL but only KAP and NPM ratio which have good effect to NPL, while the variable Bank Size is very good effect on the variable NPL. It means that the larger the size of a company the greater the transaction sales, assets owned, and market capitalization. This research is supported by research conducted by Putra (2015), Dewi and Ramatha (2015). Keywords :CAMELS Ratio, Bank Size and Non Performing Loan (NPL).

Abstract

This research conducted to analyze the effect of Oil Prices, Gold Price, Interest Rate, and the Circulation of Money toward Composite stock price index or IHSG in Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX). The research used time period for about five years, start from 2011 and ends in 2015. The kind of the data which is used in the research is data time series that belongs to Composite stock price index or IHSG in Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX). The research is using secondary data. The methodology of analyzing data is doubled regression. Based on the analysis it can be concluded that a) The Oil Prices has no effect toward IHSG. b) Gold Price has effect toward IHSG. d) Interest Rate has no effect in IHSG. d) The circulation of money has no effect in IHSG.

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study was to analyze the differences in the performance of Islamic banks before and during the Covid-19 pandemic. The Islamic banks studied in this study are Islamic banks registered with the OJK. There are three variables used in this study, namely Operational Expenses to Operational Income (BOPO), Return On Assets (ROA), and Financing To Deposit Ratio (FDR). This study uses the Paired Sample T-test analysis method to show the results of a paired data study, namely data before the Covid-19 pandemic and during the Covid-19 pandemic. The results of this study indicate that there is no difference in the BOPO of Islamic banks before the Covid-19 pandemic and during the Covid-19 pandemic. There is no difference in the ROA of Islamic banks before the Covid-19 pandemic and during the Covid-19 pandemic. There are differences in the FDR of Islamic banks before the Covid-19 pandemic and during the Covid-19 pandemic. Key Words: BOPO, ROA, FDR

Abstract

 AbstractThis study aims to describe the variables of Organizational Culture, Work Environment, Job Satisfaction and Employee Performance of PT. Blambangan Foodpackers Indonesia (BFPI), to determine the influence of the variables of Organizational Culture, Work Environment and Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance. This research was conducted at PT. Blambangan Foodpackers Indonesia (BFPI) with a sample size of 73 respondents. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis. Descriptive analysis results show that employees of PT. Blambangan Foodpackers Indonesia (BFPI) agreed on all research variables, namely Organizational Culture, Work Environment, Job Satisfaction and Employee Performance. Organizational Culture and Job Satisfaction have a significant effect on Employee Performance. The work environment has no significant effect on employee performance. Organizational Culture, Work Environment and Job Satisfaction simultaneously have a significant effect on Employee Performance at PT. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of student competence on readiness to enter the world of work in the 4.0 era. The sample used in this study was 91 students. The data analysis method used in this research is quantitative data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. Testing the data used is simultaneous hypothesis testing (F) and partial hypothesis testing (t). The results showed that simultaneously (F test) the variables Knowledge, Attitudes and Skills had a positive and significant effect on Job Readiness and based on the results of a partial test (t test) the Knowledge variable had a positive and significant effect on work readiness, the Attitude variable had a positive and insignificant effect on Job readiness and Skills variables have a positive and significant effect on Job Readiness. Keywords: Knowledge, Attitude, Skills, and Work Readiness
