Abstract

ABSTRACT This study discusses product attributes and halal labels as moderating variables. The sample in this study was wardah facial cleansing consumers. To collect data by asking questions to customers who visit House Of Beauty Malang, to analyze data using validity test, reliability test, normality test, moderated regression analysis (MRA) and t test statistics, in the trial use SPSS Version 16.0. Abstract  This Study Aims To Determine The Effect Of Service Quality, The Effect Of Ease Of Application, And The Effect Of Fleet Numbers Partially And Simultaneously On Consumer Decisions In Choosing Online Motorcycle Taxi Services (Studies On Grabbike Consumers At Islamic University Of Malang. Population And Sample Are Grabbike Consumers At Islamic University Of Malang Data Analysis In This Study Uses SPSS Version 20. AbstractThe purpose of this study is to know and analyze the effect of BrandImage, Price and product quality simultaneously and partially to the decision tobuy Honda motor case study on the owner of Honda motorcycle in Arjasa Village,Arjasa District. The sampling technique using purposive sampling is theconsideration of certain criteria. Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research was conducted to determine the effect of price, promotion and service quality on Grab service purchase decisions. This research was conducted in the village of Pakis jajar Malang Regency. This type of research uses quantitative data, i.e. the data can be obtained through, observation or downward direct spaciousness, and data sources used are primary data and secondary data. The sample calculation in this study uses the Slovin formula which produces 93 respondents. Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Brand awareness, Brand Association, Perceived quality, Brand loyalty on purchasing decisions for Iphone smartphones in medical students of the Islamic University of Malang. This study uses quantitative research, namely by using a questionnaire to 100 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression. It was found that Brand awareness had a positive effect on purchasing decisions. Brand Association has a positive effect on purchasing decisions. Perceived quality has a positive effect on purchasing decisions. Lastly, Brand loyalty has a positive effect on purchasing decisions. Keywords: Brand awareness, Brand Association, Perceived quality, Brand loyalty, Purchasing Decisions

Abstract

Abstract Humans are one of the important elements needed in an organization. Even a company or organization cannot run if there are no humans in it, even though the factors have been met, the company still requires the role of humans so that the company's performance runs effectively and efficiently. company or organization. PT. The Nugraha Ekakurir route or better known as JNE is a private courier and logistics service company that has been developing in Indonesia for a long time. The sample in this study included 56 respondent at JNE Surabaya.In this study, the researcher used a quantitative descriptive research method in which the researcher distributed questionnaires to analyze the results of the respondents' answers and then tested them to get answers to the formulated hypotheses. Based on the research that has been done by the researcher, a result is obtained, where simultaneously the work environment, work discipline, and job satisfaction have a significant effect on the level of employee performance in the main office of JNE Surabaya. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of Influencer, Content Marketing and Customer Experience to Purchase Intention on Brand Roughneck 1991 variable for FEB students at the Islamic University of Malang. The type of research used is quantitative research with questionnaire distribution method. The sample in this study were 90 respondents and data processing using the SPSS computer program. This study has met the requirements of validity and reliability. The data analysis used in this study is the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination analysis. The variables used in this study are the Purchase Intention (the dependent variable), while the independent variables are Influencer, Content Marketing and Customer Experience. The results of this study conclude that the variables of Influencer, Content Marketing and Customer Experience have an effect both simultaneously and partially on Purchase Intention. Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this research are: 1) to find out the Sales Growth (SG) and how it affects to the company’s stock prices of food and beverage companies 2) to understand the influence of Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) towards the company’s stock prices of food and beverage companies 3) to discover the impact of Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) towards company’s stock prices of food and beverage companies.The population of this research are food and beverages companies that listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018. The method that is used to analyze by the multiple linear regression test with a t-test as the hypothesis tester. The result of this research has proved that the Sales Growth (SG) has brought a positive influence and not significantly while the Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) also has a positive impact and significant. However, the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) has a negative influence and not significantly.Keywords : Stock Price, Sales Growth (SG), Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR), and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER).

Abstract

Abstract Companies with good management should realize that the nature of employees as human beings has needs to be fulfilled. From the desire to meet basic needs, to the effort to meet secondary needs. Lack of attention to the needs and desires of employees will have a bad impact on the company itself so that it will result in the level of employee loyalty decreasing. If a manager is wrong in determining the leadership style for his employees, it will have an impact on decreasing employee loyalty, this will affect the growth of Turnover Intention in a company. Abstract

ABSTRACT This study is intended to determine the motives and roles of women in working towards performance. The population of this study was a female company at The Grand Palace Hotel Malang with a sample of 32 people, and a sample called a census sample. This research uses quantitative descriptive method, analysis in this method uses tabulation data. In the analysis, considering cultural, economic and educational motives greatly influences women in the company. Motives provide encouragement for women in the world of work specifically for employees of The Grand Palace Hotel, with the motive will provide encouragement for women who have good performance at work. Not only to make a living but also to improve their profession. In the role of the world of work, women will have several roles, namely productive roles, domestic roles, and social roles. The role includes the role of women in the world of work and women who act as housewives. Having this role is not an easy thing, but because it has a motive that supports women who have good performance at work and can manage the household well.
