Abstract

ABSTRACTTarget of this research is to know and analyse influence quality of serviceto loyalty. To know and analyse influence quality of service to satisfaction. Toknow and analyse influence satisfaction to loyalty. To know and analyse influencequality of service to loyalty through satisfaction as variable of intervening.This study type is survey. This research done in customer RamayanaDepartment Store Mall Dinoyo City Malang. Population in this research is allcustomer which have bought in Ramayana Department Store Mall DinoyoMalang in February 2017 counted 1348 customer. research sampel amount to 93responder with sampling technique purposive sampling.Result of research show there are direct influence is quality service toloyalty customer Ramayana Department Store Mall Dinoyo Malang. There aredirect influence is quality of service to satisfaction of customer RamayanaDepartment Store Mall Dinoyo Malang. There are direct influence satisfaction toloyalty customer Ramayana Department Store Mall Dinoyo Malang. Abstract

AbstractThis research is conducted to examine the effect of firm size, leverage and profitability on the firm value in banking campanies listed on the Indonesia stock exchange in 2015-2017.The population used in this study is the banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2015-2016. The sampling method is puposive sampling according to predetermined criteria. The number of samples is 30 companies. The data in this study used multiple linear regression, classical assumptions and hyphotesis testing.The result of this study indicate that firm size has negative significant effect on firm value, leverage has positive and insignificant effect on firm value and profitability has positive significant effect on firm value. Abstract

AbstractThis research was conducted at the Village Unit Cooperative Pakis Malang Regency. The is aim of this research was for test and reasearching influence of transformational leadership style, compensation and organizational culture on the work productivity of employees of the Desa Pakis Unit Cooperative in Malang Regency.The variables used are transformational leadership style, compensation and organizational culture as an independent variable, while employee productivity is the dependent variable. The sample used in this study was 37 employees of the Desa Pakis Village Cooperative Unit in Malang Regency. The study uses descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistics. Data collection method by collecting primary data. The test use test instrument testing, classical assumption test, normalitys tests, multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination tests using multiple regression analysis using SPSS 24.0.The results research that the transformational leadership style variables and organizational culture did not influence significantly the work productivity of the Pakis Village Unit Cooperative employees of Malang Regency, while the compensation variable had a significant effect on the work productivity of the Pakis Village Unit Cooperative Employees of Malang Regency. Keywords: Transformational Leadership Style, Compensation, Organizational Culture and Employee Work Productivity

Abstract

ABSTRACT   This research was conducted at UD. Lestari Eco the village of Sembung Tulungagung. The purpose of this study was to knowing and analyze the effect of Price, Product Quality, Distribution Channels, Brand Image, Brand Trust and Promotion on Purchasing Decisions Rambak Lestari Eco Crackers the village of Sembung Tulungagung.The variables used are Price, Product Quality, Distribution Channels, Brand Image, Brand Trust and Promotion as independent variables, while the Purchasing Decisions variable is the dependent variable. The sample used in this study was 100 cunsumers at Lestari Eco Tulungagung uses the purposive sampling method. Data collection methods by collecting primary data. The analysis used includes instrument testing, classic assumption tests, normality tests, multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination tests using multiple regression analysis using SPSS 17.0 for Windows software.The results showed that the variable Price, Product Quality, Distribution Channels, Brand Image, Brand Trust and Promotion had a simultaneous significant effect on the Purchasing Decision. Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of variables on emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on nurse performance. The research method used is quantitative. The population and sample used in this study were Ardimulyo Singosari Kab.Malang Public Health Center Nurses. This sampling technique is all nurses, amounting to 35 so that it is worth taking overall so that this research is also called census research, while the data analysis method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis.The results of this study provide empirical evidence that the variables of emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence both simultaneously and partially have a positive and significant effect on nurse performance. Keywords: emotional intelligence, spiritual intelligence, nurse performance

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of Working Capital to Total Assets (WCTA), Current Liability to Inventory (CLI), Operating Income to Total Liabilities (OITL), and Gross Profit Margin (GPM) on earnings growth. Data obtained by using purposive sampling method with the criteria of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) and consistently existed during the study period (2013 to 2016)The results of the analysis show that the data used in this study have met the classical assumptions, which include: no multicollinearity, no autocorrelation, no  heteroscedasticity, and data distributed normally. Data analysis techniques in this study used regression analysis. The four variables used in this study (WCTA, CLI, OITL, and GPM) together had an effect on earnings growth. The predictive ability of the four variables simultaneously is 27.3%. Keywords: Working Capital to Total Assets (WCTA), Current Liability to Inventory (CLI), Operating Income to Total Liabilities (OITL), and Gross Profit Margin (GPM) and profit growth.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the effect of Government Ownership, Leverage, Profitability, and Company Growth, on Dividend Policy. The population in this study were as many as 20 state-owned companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2017. The data used is secondary data from the IDX Financial Reports issued. Samples that meet the criteria standards are 10 BUMN companies. The analysis technique used is linear regression analysis using the SPSS application. The results of the study show partially that government ownership has a negative and significant influence on dividend policy. In this study also found that leverage has a negative and not significant effect on dividend policy. Other variables namely Profitability have a positive and not significant effect on dividend policy. Stimulatively, Government Ownership, Leverage and Profitability have a significant effect on dividend policy. Keywords : Government ownwership, Leverage, Profitability, and Dividend policy.

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of service quality, product quality, price and location towards customer loyalty through customer satisfaction as intervening variabel. This research used quantitative methods by collecting the data through questionnaires. The populations in this study were Kedai Singgah coffee shop customers which located at Bendungan Sutami Road, Sumbersari, Lowokwaru, Malang. The sampling technique used accidental sampling. The sample were 93 respondents with a questionnaire collection technique. The data analysis technique in this study used descriptive analysis techniques, tracking analysis and hypothesis testing.The results of this study indicate that the first hypothesis tested service quality; product quality, price and location which directly affect customers’ satisfaction based on the results of the tests that have been carried out that service quality, product quality, price and location affect customers’ satisfaction. The second hypothesis examines the relationship of service quality, product quality, price and location directly affect customers’ loyalty. The third hypothesis examines the relationship of customer satisfaction directly affecting customers’ loyalty. The fourth hypothesis examines the relationship of service quality, product quality, price and location indirectly affect customers’ loyalty through customer satisfaction as the intervening variable. Keywords: Service Quality, Product Quality, Price, Location, Customer Satisfaction, Customer Loyalty

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to describe gender, workload, work motivation and employee performance of PT. Bringin Gigantara KC Surabaya, knowing the effect of gender, workload, work motivation on employee performance. This research was conducted at PT. Bringin Gigantara KC Surabaya with a sample size of 50 respondents.The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis. Descriptive analysis results show that the employees of PT. Bringin Gigantara perceives agreeing on all research variables namely gender, workload, work motivation and employee performance. Gender has a significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Bringin Gigantara. Workload has a significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Bringin Gigantara. Work motivation has a significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Bringin Gigantara. gender, workload, and work motivation simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance of the employees of PT. Abstract

AbstractThis research aims to test the effect of Return On Assets (ROA), Return On Equity Ratio (ROE), Net Profit Margin (NPM), and Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) on Profit Growth in Banking Companies in 2016-2019. This research uses quantitative research methods. The population used is all banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the research period. The selection of samples is determined by purposive sampling to obtain as many as 12 companies. The results showed that ROA had a positive and significant effect on profit growth, ROE had a negative and insignificant effect on NPM profit growth had a positive and insignificant effect on profit growth, and DPR had a negative and insignificant effect on profit growth. The results of this study using the t test showed that ROA, ROE, NPM, and DPR partially affected profit growth. The coefficient of determination show that the variables ROA, ROE, NPM, and DPR partially affect the 32.1% Profit Growth. Keywords: Return On Assets (ROA), Return On Equity Ratio (ROE), Net Profit Margin (NPM), and Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR), Profit Growth.
