Abstract

AbstractThe COVID-19 pandemic began to be detected in Indonesia in March 2020, which had a negative impact on various aspects of life. Like; education, office work, business transactions to investment in the capital market. However, with all the negative impacts and limitations during the Covid-19 pandemic, it has actually increased the number of investors in the capital market. By utilizing information technology, securities companies provide facilities in accessing information about investments and transactions with the aim of making it easier for students like students to invest. With such situations and conditions, it is hoped that it will increase student interest in investing. So the reason for this research is to find out how far the influence of investment science, investment motivation, and information technology on the investment interest of FEB UNISMA students. The research technique used in this research is quantitative, with the type of research being a description of the data obtained through questionnaires. The notes obtained from the questionnaire were then processed into SPSS usage with a sample of 85 students The data obtained were then processed and tested for validity, reliability, normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, then F test and t test and R2 test using SPSS V26. The results of these observations show that investment knowledge has an impact on student investment interest, investment motivation has an impact on student investment interest, and information technology has an impact on student investment interest. Keywords:. Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research is conducted to examine the effect of Corporate Social Responsibility, Capital Structure and Liquidity of Company Values: Profitability as a Moderating Variable. The population that is used in this research are manufacturing companies which is listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange on 2015-2017. The method that is utilized in this research is the multiple linear regression analysis. In addition, the absolute residual is used for the moderating variable by using IBM SPSS Statistic 20. The results of sampling are produced by engaging the Purposive sampling and resulting in the amount of 28 Manufacturing companies which compiled the sample criteria.Based on the hypothesis testing results that is carried out, the conclusion drawn from the research are; the Corporate Social Responsibility affects significantly in a negatife way towards the company values, Capital Structure (DER) affects insignificantly towards the company values, Profitability is able to moderate the relationship between CSR and the company values whereas Profitability is unable to moderate the relationship between capital structure (DER) and Liquidity (CR) towards company values.Keywords: Corporate Social Responsibility, Capital Structure, Liquidity, Company Values and Profitability.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study is to find out how the influence of good corporate governance proxied managerial ownership on firm value with financial performance as an intervening variable. This research is a type of quantitative research. The population in this study are manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2015-1017 period. Samples were selected using non-purposive sampling. The results of the study show that good corporate governance has a significant positive effect on firm value. Good corporate governance has a significant positive effect on financial performance. Financial performance has a significant influence on company value. While good corporate governance has a significant indirect effect on firm value by using financial performance as an intervening variable.Keywords: Good Corporate Governance, Company Value, and Financial Performance.

Abstract

Abstract This research uses descriptive research method. The method of data analysis in this study uses descriptive analysis, which is an analysis used to describe the characteristics of the study, the respondents studied and the data collected. After that the discussion is done descriptively. In this study the independent variables consisted of Emotional Intelligence (X1) Spiritual Intelligence (X2), and Motivation (X3) while the dependent variable was Employee Performance (Y). To determine whether there is an influence of the independent variable there is a dependent variable, then testing the hypothesis proposed in this study. The testing method for the proposed hypothesis is tested simultaneously using the T test, F test, and testing the coefficient of determination (R2). The results of this study indicate emotional intelligence, spiritual intelligence and motivation have a significant influence on the performance of employees of PT. Abstract

ABSTRACK             This study aims to determine how corporate turnaround is assessed in Indonesian stock exchange manufacturing companies in 2014-2018. In this study, the variables used to measure corporate turnaround are logistic regression analysis consisting of downsizing, free assets, and company size. Based on data from the Indonesia Stock Exchange, there are 15 manufacturing companies in the automotive sector. And of that total, there are only 13 manufacturing companies that match the criteria or qualify as the research sample. In determining this sample, researchers used a purpose sampling method, namely determining the sample with certain criteria. The results of this study prove that downsizing (DZ), free assets (FA), and company size simultaneously affect corporate turnaround. Downsizing (DZ) has a significant positive effect on corporate turnaround. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect and analyze the effect of visibility, credibility, attraction, power and purchasing decisions simultaneously and partially on the purchase decision of Tora Bika Kopi Susu. The population in this study was in the santri pesantren of Al Hikam Malang students. The sample used in this study was 93 respondents. The sampling technique to determine the sample to be used in this study uses non probability sampling, namely purposive sampling. Purposive sampling is a limiting method of sampling a person's special characteristics which provides information that is more focused and in accordance with what the researcher wants. Analysis was carried out using questionnaires. The results of this study indicate Visibility / X1 (006), Credibility / X2 (001), Attraction / X3 (000), Power / X4 (000) show partially the results (t test) have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. While simultaneous results (f test) on the table obtained F in the count of 36,653 and a probability of 0,000. Because sig F count <5% (0,000 <0,05), shows simultaneously significant effect on purchasing decisions. Keywords: Visibility, Credibility, Attraction, Power and purchasing decisions

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of fiscal decentralization, fiscal stress on economic growth with financial performance as an intervening variable. The data analysis method used in this research is quantitative data analysis using path analysis. The data used is secondary data. The secondary data in this study are financial reports in the province of Bali during the COVID-19 pandemic.The results of this study indicate that the variable of fiscal decentralization has no significant negative effect on financial performance. Fiscal stress variable has no significant positive effect on financial performance. Fiscal decentralization variable has no significant positive effect on economic growth. Fiscal stress variable has a positive and significant effect on economic growth. The financial performance variable has a positive and significant effect on economic growth. The variable of Fiscal Decentralization on Economic Growth has no effect so that Financial Performance cannot mediate Fiscal Decentralization on Economic Growth. Meanwhile, Fiscal Stress on Economic Growth has no effect so that Financial Performance cannot mediate Fiscal Stress on Economic Growth in Cities/Regencies in Bali Province in 2014-2020. Keywords: Fiscal Decentralization, Fiscal Stress, Financial Performance, Economic Growth.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to examine and explain the effect of career development, competence, and motivation on employee performance at PT Cubiespot Pilar Data Nusantara in Pasuruan City. This research is an associative research type with a quantitative approach. The method used is multiple linear regression. The sampling technique of this research is using purposive sampling technique. Purposive sampling is a data sampling technique based on certain considerations. If the subject is less than 100, it is better to take all of them. On the other hand, if the subject is greater than 100, it can be taken between 10-15% or 20-25%. From this explanation, the researcher took 35 samples of all respondents. To solve the problem in this study using SPSS assistance with validity test, reliability test, instrument test, multiple linear regression analysis, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, F test, and t test. The results showed that simultaneously the variables of the influence of career development, competence, and motivation had an effect on employee performance. And there is a partial influence between the variables of career development, competence, and motivation on employee performance. Keywords: Career Development, Competence, Motivation, Employee Performance

Abstract

 Abstract The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of communication and organizational structure on the performance of HimaProdi Unisma Management. The type of research used is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The sample in this study amounted to 53 respondents with the technique used in this study purposive sampling. The results showed that the results of the f test of communication and organizational structure simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on performance. From the results of the t-test analysis, it is known that the communication variable has a positive and significant effect on performance and the organizational structure variable has a positive and significant effect on performance.  Keywords: communication, organizational structure, performance

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this research is to find out and explain the influence of store atmosphere, viral marketing and physical evidence on consumer buying interest at the Om Kopi café in Malang City. This research uses a quantitative approach with explanatory research. Sampling in this study was 105 respondents who were UNISMA students class of 2019, the method of data collection used a purposive sampling technique which had certain criteria. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis with the help of the IBM SPSS 26 program. The results of this study indicate that store atmosphere, viral marketing and physical evidence simultaneously have a significant effect on consumer buying interest. The store atmosphere variable has a significant effect on consumer buying interest, viral marketing has no significant effect on consumer buying interest, and physical evidence has a significant effect on consumer buying interest. Keywords: Store Atmosphere, Viral Marketing, Physical Evidence, Buying Interest
