Abstract

Abstrack This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture, communication, and work discipline on employee performance at the PR Factory DD Tajinan Malang. The population in the study who were recorded as permanent employees was predominantly male with an average high school education. The analytical technique used in this research is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The influence of organizational culture, communication, and work discipline simultaneously has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the PR factory DD Tajinan Malang. Organizational culture has a partial effect on the performance of employees of PR DD Tajinan Malang factory. Communication has a significant effect on the performance of employees of PR DD Tajinan Malang factory. Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study was to find out how the influence of Good Corporate Governance on the financial performance of banks listed on the IDX in 2018-2020. The population in this study were all banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2018-2020. The sample used in this study were banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2018-2020 using the purposive sampling method, as many as 25 company. The results of the study show that: 1) There is a simultaneous effect of the board of commissioners, institutional ownership, independent commissioners, audit committee and board of directors on banking financial performance. 2) There is a partial effect of the board of commissioners on the financial performance of banks. 3) There is no partial effect of institutional ownership on banking financial performance. 4) There is partial influence of independent commissioners on banking financial performance. 5) There is no effect of the audit committee on the financial performance of banks. 6) There is a partial effect of the board of directors on the financial performance of banks.. Keyword: Good Corporate Governance, Kinerja Keuanagan, Return Aset (ROA)

Abstract

Abstract This examine goals to decide and examine the impact of Islamic management and religious subculture on employee performance thru task pleasure as an intervening at PT. bank Syariah Indonesia Malang vicinity workplace. This studies is informal associative research the usage of a quantitative approach. The pattern of this observe used a saturated pattern, particularly eployees of PT. bank Syariah Indonesia location workplace as many as 80 personnel. gathering facts using a valid and dependable questionnaire. statistics analysis became accomplished the usage of more than one regression linier analysis. Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to examine the effect of world oil prices, world gold prices and inflation on the composite stock price index on the Indonesian stock exchange. The population used in this study are companies listed on the IDX (Indonesian Stock Exchange) from the period 2018-2020. The sample selection in this study used purposive sampling technique. The number of samples used is 36 data. The sampling criteria are based on data entered on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from the period 2018-2020. The results of this study indicate that (1) World Oil Prices, World Gold Prices and Inflation simultaneously have an effect on the Composite Stock Price Index variable for the 2018-2020 period. (2) The World Oil Price partially has a significant positive effect on the Composite Stock Price Index variable for the 2018-2020 period. (3) The Gold Price partially has a negative and insignificant effect on the Composite Stock Price Index variable for the 2018-2020 period. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of service quality, location, price and promotion on the return of Kak Rose's Geprek Chicken (Case Study of FEB Unisma Students Batch 2018). The variables used in this study are. Repurchase variable (dependent variable), while the independent variables are service quality, location, price and promotion.The results of this study partially conclude that the variables of service quality, location, price and promotion have a significant influence on repurchase and simultaneously conclude that there is a significant influence between service quality, location, price and promotion variables on repeat purchases.Keywords: Service Quality, Location, Price, Promotion, Repeat Purchase

Abstract

Abstract This research was conducted at Mini Market Al-Khaibar Jl. Solar system. The type of research used is a quantitative approach. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of price, promotion and service quality, on consumer satisfaction with the Al-Khaibar Mini Market. The independent variables used are price, promotion and service quality, while the dependent variable is customer satisfaction. The sample used in this study was 91 respondents who were students of the Islamic University of Malang class 2018. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. The analytical method used is instrument test, multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test, f test, t test and determination test using SPSS computer software for data processing. The results of this study indicate that price affects consumer satisfaction, promotion affects consumer satisfaction and service quality affects consumer satisfaction and simultaneously price, promotion and service quality affect consumer satisfaction. Keywords: Price, Promotion and Service Quality on Consumer Satisfaction

Abstract

Abstract This research was conducted to determine the effect of customer ratings, customer reviews, and ease of use on buying interest in marketplace shopee (a case study in Malang city residents. This research is a quantitative study using primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires and measured using a Likert scale. The population in this study were residents of the city of Malang. The sample calculation in this study used the Malhotra formula which produced 75 respondents. The method of determining the sample was purposive sampling. The data analysis technique used SPSS 22. Abstract This study aims to analyze the effect of training and work discipline on employee performance at the city hall amongtani Batu. The population used in this study are all employees who work at the Among Tani city hall Batu in the human resources departement. The sampling technique used saturated sample technique method obtained a sample of 19 respondents. Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to examine and explain work ability, compensation, work commitment to employee performance (study on employees of CV Dewi Sri Rahma, Gempol District, Pasuruan Regency). This research is an associative research type with a quantitative approach. The method used is a questionnaire. The sampling technique used the formula from Malhotra with the calculation results of 56 samples. To solve the problem in this study using SPSS assistance with validity test, reliability test, normality test, multiple linear regression analysis, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, F test, and t test. The results showed that simultaneously the variables of work ability, compensation, and commitment to employee performance. And there is a partial influence between the variables of work ability, compensation, and commitment to performance.. Keywords: ability, compensation, commitment, employee performance.

Abstract

Abstract The culinary industry in Indonesia has developed since the early 2000s, giving rise to intense competition in the industry. The number of businesses that have sprung up has resulted in an increase in the number of similar businesses causing increasingly fierce competition. To deal with such situations and conditions, business actors are required to be quick and responsive in making decisions so that the businesses they establish can develop well. This study aims to determine how the influence of service quality, location and price on customer satisfaction, the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction, the effect of location on customer satisfaction and the effect of price on customer satisfaction.This study uses a qualitative approach. The population in this study were consumers of Kedai Teman Kopi Malang. The sample in this study was 75 respondents obtained from the results of calculations using the Slovin formula. The variables in this study are Service Quality (X1), Location (X2), Price (X3) and Consumer Satisfaction (Y). The data analysis method used is validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear analysis, hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination with the help of SPSS 20.0 software for windows.The results showed that Service Quality, Location and Price Simultaneously Affect Consumer Satisfaction. Service Quality Partially Affects Consumer Satisfaction. Location Partly Affects Consumer Satisfaction. Price Partly Affects Consumer Satisfaction. Keywords: Service Quality, Location, Price and Consumer Satisfaction
