Abstract

Abtract This study aims to determine the effect of employee engagement and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) on job satisfaction. The population in this research is an employee of  angrumba madiun regency. The sample used is as many as 36 employees. Data was taken by using a questionnaire method. The data analysis method used is simple regression analysis with the help of SPSS software version 14 (Statistical Products and Service Solutions version 14). The test data used is a partial hypothesis test (t). The results showed that partially employee engagement variable (sig = 0.048) and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) (sig = 0.001) had an effect on job satisfaction. Keywords: Employee Engagement, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) And Job Satisfaction

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to find out how the effect of the profitability ratio on the value of the case study company on the food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2020. The population in this study are all food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2018-2020 period with a total of 31 food and beverage sub-sector companies. Sampling technique using purposive sampling method obtained a sample of data as many as 16 companies in the food and beverage sub-sector. This research data collection method uses the method of data documentation listed in the annual report at IDX. The data analysis technique in this study used panel data regression with software eviews 9. The results showed that the net profit margin (NPM) had a negative and insignificant effect on firm value. The results showed that return on assets (ROA) had a negative and insignificant effect on firm value. The results show that return on equity (ROE) has a positive and significant effect on firm value.Keywords : Price to Book Value, Net Profit Margin, Return On Asset, dan Return On Equity.

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of Service Quality and Product Quality on Purchasing Decisions (Study at the Singgah Room Café in Malang). The approach used in this study is an associative approach. The population in this study were Consumers of the Malang City Shelter Café. A total of 100 people while the sample in this study used Nonprobability Sampling/Sampling saturation, namely all populations were used as a sample of 100 Consumers of the Malang Singgah Room Café. Data collection techniques in this study used interview techniques, documentation studies, observations, and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques in this study used Multiple Linear Regression Tests, Hypothesis Tests (T Test and F Test), and the Coefficient of Determination. The results of this study prove that the direct influence of service quality affects purchasing decisions and product quality does not affect purchasing decisions (study at the Singgah Room Café in Malang). Keywords: Service Quality, Product Quality, Purchasing Decisions

Abstract

ABSTRACT            This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of prices, advertisements and sales promotions simultaneously and partially on consumer buying interest in Lazada E-Commerce. The method used is purposive sampling technique which is the technique of determining the sample with consideration of certain criteria. The analytical technique used is quantitative descriptive using a Likert scale, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination and also through f test and  t test using the SPSS program.Based on the results of data analysis simultaneously shows that the influence of price variables, advertising and sales promotion has a significant influence on consumer buying interest in Lazada E-Commerce. While partially the price and advertising variables have no significant effect on consumer buying interest. And for sales promotion variables have a significant influence on buying interest in Lazada E-Commerce. Keywords: Price, advertising, sales promotion, buying interest

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of entrepreneurship education, resilience and motivation on interest in entrepreneurship. The object of this research is students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang with a total sample of 81 students. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and data analysis tools. Based on the results of a partial research analysis, brand ambassador has a significant effect on buying decision. While partially brand ambassador has a significant effect on buying decision. Abstract

Abstract This study holds back nothing productivity, liquidity, and capital construction on firm worth in the Food and Drink Sub-Area Assembling Organizations Recorded on the Indonesia Stock Trade in 2017-2020. The general population in this study are all Food and Refreshment Sub-Areas Recorded on the Indonesia Stock Trade in 2017-2020 with a sum of 31 organizations. Testing procedure utilizing purposive inspecting technique got information tests upwards of 15 financial organizations. The strategy for information assortment in this examination utilizes the technique for information documentation recorded in the yearly report (IDX). The information investigation method in this study utilized different direct relapse with SPSS ver 16 programming. The outcomes showed that all the while productivity, liquidity, and capital construction affected firm worth. To some degree, productivity significantly affects firm worth. Abstract

ABSTRACKThe purpose of this study is to examine: 1) The influence of the taxpayers' awareness of individual taxpayer compliance. 2) The influence of the service of tax authorities on taxpayer compliance of individual taxpayers. 3) The influence of tax amnesty on individual taxpayer compliance. This research is descriptive research with quantitative approach with primary data. The population of this study is individual taxpayers of non-employee which are registered in tax service office Pratama Malang Selatan. Determination of the sample is done by incidental sampling method, with total of respondents of 100 taxpayers and method of data collection using questionnaires.Based on the results of the analysis, it can be seen that : 1) Taxpayer awareness has a significant positive impact on non-employee taxpayer compliance. 2) Fiscal services have a significant positive impact on non-employee taxpayer compliance. 3) Tax amnesty has a significant positive impact on non-employee taxpayer compliance. Keywords: Tax compliance, The taxpayer awareness, The service tax authorities and Tax Amnesty and Non-Employee Individual Taxpayers.

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of promotion, product quality and service quality on purchase intention at Brand Visval. The research method used is a quantitative method using a questionnaire as a data collection tool. The population in this study were all UNISMA management students class of 2020 who used products from the Visval brand. The number of samples is 100 respondents, using nonprobability sampling technique with purposive sampling. the variable used in this study is Purchase Intention (the dependent variable), while the independent variables are Promotion, Product Quality and Service Quality. This research has met the requirements of validity and reliability. The data analysis used in this study is the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing and analysis of the coefficient of determination. The results of this study can be concluded that the variables Promotion, Product Quality and Service Quality affect Purchase Intention. Keywords: Promotion, Product Quality, Service Quality, Purchase Interest.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this research is to recognize the direct influence of the variable Celebrity Endorser on Purchase Intention, there is a direct influence of Celebrity Endorser on Purchase Intention, there is a direct influence on Brand Image on the Purchase intention, and there is an indirect influence of Celebrity Endorser against Purchase intention through the Brand Image as the intervening variables on Cosmetic Products. This study used a qualitative approach. The population and sample used in this study were Wardah cosmetics users at the Kurnia Probolinggo shop. The sampling technique uses accidental sampling technique. Meanwhile, the analytical method used in this study is path analysis.                           The results of this study provide empirical evidence that there is a direct influence of Celebrity Endorser on Purchase Intention, there is a direct influence of Celebrity Endorser on Purchase Intention, there is a direct influence of Brand Image on Purchase intention, and there are indirect effects of Celebrity Endorser on Purchase intention through Brand Image as a variable intervening. Kata Kunci : Celebrity Endorser, Purchase intention, Brand Image

Abstract

ABSTRACKThis study examines and analyzes the effect of fashion involvement and lifestyle shopping partially or simultaneously. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Fashion Involvement on impulse buying, the influence of shopping lifestyle on impulse buying and the effect of fashion involvement and Shopping Lifestyle on Impulse Buying of fashion shopee products, a case study of students from the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education at Malang Islamic University. The sampling technique used in this study was convenience sampling with the criteria of students aged 19 to 24 years old and making unplanned purchases on shopee fashion products. with the number of respondents set was 60 people. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the research results, partial fashion involvement has a significant effect on impulse buying, and the shopping lifestyle variable has a significant effect on impulse buying. From the simultaneous test results, the variables fashion involvement and shopping lifestyle have a significant effect on impulse buying..Keywords : Fashion Involvement, Shopping Lifestyle, Impulse Buying.
