Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the effect of Shopping Lifestyle, Fashion Involvement, Hedoconic Shopping Motivation, and Sales Promotion to Impulse Buying in Malang Twon Square, Olympic Garden Mall, study on the students of Faculty of Economics of Islamic University of Malang. To be able to achieve the goal used method of analysis of data of normality test, multiple linear regression, classical assumption test, F-test & t test. Data collection methods in this study using questionnaires distributed to students of the Faculty of Economics, Islamic University of Malang.Population in this research is student of Faculty of Economics from class of 2013/2014 until 2016/2017. The use of samples using nonprobability sampling technique using the method of accidental sampling with the criteria obtained 96 respondents who became the sample in this study.Based on the results of analysis and discussion, it can be concluded that simultaneously Shopping Lifestyle, Fashion Involvement, Hedoconic Shopping Motivation, and Sales Promotion significantly influence Impulse Buying. While partially Shopping Lifestyle, Fashion Involvement, Hedonic Shopping Motivation, Sales Promotion significantly influence Impulse Buying in Malang Twon Square, Olympic Garden Mall, study on students of Faculty of Economics, Islamic University of Malang .Keywords: Shopping Lifestyle, Fashion Involvement, Hedonic Shopping Motivation, and Sales Promotion, Impulse Buying.

Abstract

AbstractThe research intends to show the effect of service marketing mix conducted by CVKing Tour and Travel simultaneously and partially to the purchasing decision oftransportation services. This research was conducted at CV King Tour and Travelcompany. This research uses descriptive quantitative with sampling technique withnon probabilty sampling technique. The type of data used in the study is the timeseries with data collection procedures through the delivery of questionnaires toselected consumers as a sample. The result of data analysis and hypothesis shows thatmarketing service mix consisting of (Product, Price, Place, Promotion, Process,People, and Physical Evidence) have a positive effect on purchasing decision. Andthat shows the significant result of each marketing mix variable that is Promotion andPhysical Evidence).Keywords: Service Marketing Mix, Purchase Decision.

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study is (1) to determine the effect of emotional intelligence, organizational commitnent, organizational citizenship behavior on employee performance. (2) to determine description the effect of emotional intelligence, organizational commitment, organizational citizenship behvior on employee performance. (3) to determine effect of emotional intelligence on employee performance. (4) to determine effect of organizational commitment on employee performance. (5) to determine effect of organizational citizenship behavior on employee performance. the population in this study on PT.Bank Muamalat branch Malang sampling technique using filsafat positivisme to obtain a sample.data collection trough questionnarire distribution. Data analysis in this research using SPSS version 16.0. data analysis methods used in this study include normality test, multiple linear regression test, classic assumption test and hypothesis test.            The result of this study indicate that the effect of emotional intelligence, organizational commitnent, organizational citizenship behavior has a  positive simultaneously, the description that simultaneously on employee performance. Emotional intelligence has a positive, organizational commitment has a positive and significant, organizational citizenship behavior has a positive and significant.Keywords: Emotional Intelligence, Organizational Commitment, Organizational Citizenship Behavior, and Employee Performance.

Abstract

Abstract This research was conducted to determine the effect of Country of Origin and Word of Mouth on the decision to purchase Samsung smartphones in the Faculty of Business Economics, Islamic University of Malang. This research uses explanatory research and quantitative approaches. Malhotra theory is used to take samples, namely the number of items x 5 so that a total sample of 90 people is found.To solve the proble in this study, using the validity test, reliability test, normality test, multiple linear regression test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, classic assumption test. research using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 25. 0 The results of this study are the Country of Origin and Word of Mouth variables influence simultaneous purchasing decisions, partially the Country of Origin and Word of Mouth variables influence the Samsung Smartphone Purchasing Decisions at the Faculty of Business Economics, a Islamic University of Malang.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research was conducted to determine the effect of work motivation, organizational culture and organizational commitment on employee performance at the Agency for Personnel and Human Resources Development in Malang. The method used is quantitative. The sample used in this study was 44 employees, the method of data collection using primary and secondary data. using saturated sampling, so get 44 respondents who aim to explain the position of each variable and its influence between one variable with another variable, and the source of the data used is primary data by distributing questionnaires to employees of the BKPSDM Agency in Malang. The results of this study are the variables of work motivation, organizational culture, and organizational commitment simultaneously and partially influence employee performance. Keywords: Work motivation, organizational culture, organizational commitment, performance

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to analyze the effect of brand awareness and perceived quality simultaneously on purchasing decisions, analyze the effect of brand awareness on purchasing decisions, analyze the effect of perceived quality on purchasing decisions. The data collection method used a questionnaire with a sample size of 75 respondents who were taken using purposive sampling technique. Data analysis uses validity test, reliability test, normality test, classic assumption test (multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression and hypothesis test (F test and t test). The results showed that: brand awareness and perceived quality had a significant effect simultaneously on purchasing decisions, brand awareness had a significant effect on purchasing decisions, perceived quality had a significant effect on purchasing decisions.   Keywords: brand awareness, perceived quality, purchasing decisions

Abstract

ABSTRACT                The purpose of this study is to describe the supervision, job satisfaction, work environment, and employee performance and to know the effect of supervision, job satisfaction, work environment on the performance of employees partially or simultaneously. This research method using quantitative method. This research type is explanatory research.               The sample of this research is employees of KL Express Tidar Malang by using saturated sampling, that is 35 respondents. Methods of data collection using questionnaires. The method of analysis used in this study is multiple regression analysis with SPSS 14.0 for windows.               The results of this study indicate that: (1) There is a positive and significant influence of Supervision on Employee Performance KL Express Tidar Malang. (2) There is influence of Working Tack on employees of KL Express Tidar Malang. (3) There is positive influence and significant Working Environment to Employee Performance KL Express Tidar Malang. Keywords: Supervision, Job Satisfaction, Work Environment and Employee Performance.

Abstract

ABSTRACKThe purpose of this research is to know Dividend per Share (DPS), NetProfit Margin (NPM) and Return on Equity (ROE) on Stock Price. Population inthis research is all Manufacturing Industry Company which listed in IndonesiaStock Exchange period 2012-2015. Technique of sampling in this research usingpurposive sampling of 31 corporations. Analytical techniques in this study usingmultiple linear regression.The results showed that partially Dividend per Share (DPS) and Net ProfitMargin (NPM) have a positive and significant effect on stock prices. Return onEquity (ROE) has a positive and insignificant effect on stock prices. Whilesimultaneously Dividend per Share, Net Profit Margin and Return on Equityberpruh against Stock Price. The result of Adjusted R2 shows that Dividend perShare, Net Profit Margin and Return on Equity contribution amounted to 43.5%against Stock Price.Keywords: Dividend per Share (DPS), Net Profit Margin (NPM) and Return onEquity (ROE) on Stock Price.

Abstract

ABSTRACT:This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of organizational career management, individual career management and career commitment to HR employees. Respondents in this study were employees of PT PG Rajawali1 Unit PG Krebet Baru Malang. The research sample consisted of 61 HR Employees selected by the survey method. This type of research uses quantitative research with data collection methods used are distributing questionnaires and interviews. Data analysis using multiple linier regression analysis with the help of SPSS 14,0  for windows software.The results showed that partially organizational career management variables and individual career management had an effect on the positive direction of employee career effectiveness while the career commitment variable had a negative influence on the career effectiveness of employess of PT PG Rajawali 1 Unit PG Krebet Baru Malang. And simultaneously the organizational career management variables, individual career management and career commitment positively influence the career effectiveness of employess of PT PG Rajawali 1 Unit PG Krebet Baru Malang.Keywords: organizational career management, individual career management and career commitment, career effectiveness.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to analyze the influence of celebrity endorse which consists of visibility, credibility, attraction and power towards the brand image of Pond's face soap energy charge. The method used in this study is quantitative with a sample selection of 74 users of Pond's face soap energy charge. The technique used in sample selection is purposive sampling, Data collection uses a questionnaire with a Likert scale.Analysis of the data used in this study is the analysis of linear regression tests using SPSS tools. Based on this study, states that the credibility variable has a significant effect on brand image (p-value 0,000 <0,05) and attraction variable have a significant effect on brand image (p-value 0,009 <0,05) while the visibility variable has no significant effect on brand image (p-value 0.621 <0.05) and the power variable does not significantly influence the brand image (p-value 0.726 <0.05). The simultaneous variables of visibility, credibility, attraction and power have a significant effect on brand image (p-value 0,000 <0,05). The coefficient of determination (R2) with a gain of 0.584. Thus it can be concluded that the influence of independent variables is 58%. Keywords : Celebrity Endorse, Brand Image, Pond’s Men Energy Charge.
