Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the effect of Corporate Social Responsibility, Profitability proxied by Return On Assets (ROA), and Leverage proxied by Debt To Asset Ratio (DAR) and Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) on financial performance which is proxied by Net Profit Margin (NPM) and Return On Sales (ROS) in Property and Real Estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2017-2018. The population in this study amounted to 48 Property and Real Estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The technique used in this research is purposive sampling with criteria. Obtained a sample of 35 companies. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression, the classic assumption test, and hypothesis testing using the t test for partial and F tests for simultaneous testing. The results of this study indicate that partially the influence of CSR on financial performance that is proxied by NPM does not have a significant effect but partially significant effect on ROS. Profitability that is proxied by ROA partially has a significant effect on financial performance that is proxied by NPM but does not significantly influence ROS. Leverage proxied by DAR has a significant effect on financial performance proxied by NPM but does not significantly influence ROS, whereas partially DER has no significant effect on financial performance proxied by NPM and ROS. Simultaneously CSR, ROA, DAR, DER significantly influence financial performance which is proxied by NPM and ROS.Keywords: Corporate Social Responsibility, Profitability, Leverage, Return On Sales.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is used to determine how the influence of work discipline and work environment on work performance. In this study, there are three variables used, namely the variable work discipline and work environment which are independent variables, while work performance is the dependent variable. Whereas in this study the number of respondents was 44 employees. The data collection method is done by using a questionnaire. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that work discipline and work environment simultaneously had an effect on work performance. Work discipline affects work performance and work environment affects work performance.Keywords: Work Discipline, Work Environment, Work Performance.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study is to determine the effect of brand image, brand trust and product quality variables on brand loyalty on Samsung smartphone users. The research method used is quantitative. The population and samples used in this research are students Faculty Economics and Business of Islamic University of Malang. The sample in this research using purposive sampling technique, while the data analysis method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis.The results of this study provide empirical evidence that the variable brand image, brand trust and product quality both simultaneously and partially have a positive and significant impact on brand loyalty.

Abstract

ABSTRACT            For three years starting from the period of 2015-2017 composite stock price index experienced a fluctuation. At this time the research the author will discuss about inflation, exchange rate, the BI Rate, bonds and Corporate income tax that can be under the composite stock price index. This thesis research using this type of Explanatory Reseach study take sampling of populations by using purposive sampling technique by using two types of variables, i.e. Dependent Variable (the variable) and variables The independent (free variables).  The results from this study is variable Inflation effect significantly to JCI, the variable exchange rate do not affect significantly to JCI, the BI Rate variable significant effect against the JCI, variable bonds effect significantly to JCI, variable Corporate income tax do not affect significantly to JCI.  Key words: inflation, exchange rate, the BI Rate, bonds, Corporate income tax, the composite stock price index.

Abstract

ABSTRACT               This study aims to find out and analyze the influence of service quality and price on customer loyalty through satisfaction as an intervening variable of Cus-Cus Cafe Malang. The population and samples are Cus-Cus Cafe Malang customers, 92 people. Data collection through questionnaires. Data analysis in this study uses SPSS version 16. The sampling technique uses the explanatory research method and the data testing techniques used in this study include validity test, reliability test, normality test, path analysis, t test, and sobel test.               The results of the analysis show that service quality and prices in partial tangible, service quality have a significant effect on satisfaction and prices have no significant effect on satisfaction, service quality and prices have a direct effect on loyalty, service quality variables indirectly influence customer loyalty and satisfaction as intervening variables and prices indirectly have a non-significant effect on customer loyalty with satisfaction as an intervening variable.Keywords: Service Quality, Price, Customer Loyalty and Satisfaction.

Abstract

AbstractThis research is motivated by the rapidly growing business world, human resources can be used as well as possible in an educational institution. Educational institutions in combining the way of thinking of educators with the leadership of an institution in order to realize the goals of the organization including providing motivation for work, directing, guiding, coordinating the work of the leadership of subordinates. This study aims to determine organizational culture, motivation, work environment and to understand the influence of the work environment on the performance of educators in Senior High School 1 Malang City. This research takes quantitative research method where the source of the data used in this study is primary data where the data used is first verified and collected by researchers. In this study, primary data answers were obtained from 72 respondents who all consisted of educators in Senior High School 1 Malang City Environment. Keywords: Educational Institutions, Organizational Culture, Motivation

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research was conducted to determine the effect of Celebrity Endorse, Lifestyle and Brand Image on Purchasing Decisions on the Elzatta Hijab Brand. This research was conducted at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang, located at Jl. MT. Haryono No.193 Malang. This type of research data in the form of quantitative data, i.e. the data can be obtained through interviews, observations, discussions or observations (surveys). This research is a research that uses correlational research, and the source of the data used is primary data by distributing Likert scale cieoner to students at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang. The sample calculation in this study uses the Maholtra formula which produces 100 respondents. The results of this study are the variables Celebrity Endorse, Lifestyle and Brand Image influence simultaneously or partially on Purchasing Decisions. Keywords: celebrity endorse, lifestyle, brand image and purchasing decisions

Abstract

ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Kepemimpinan, Komitmen Organisasi, dan Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Intention To Leave Work. Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh predictor Kepemimpinan, Komitmen Organisasi dan Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Intention To Leave Work . Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini bahwa Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Intention To Leave Work, hal ini dibuktikan dari nilai koefisien variabel sebesar 0,701 dan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,000. Komitmen Organisasi berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Intention To Leave Work, hal ini dibuktikan dari nilai koefisien variabel sebesar -0,019 dan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,900. Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Intention To Leave Work, hal ini dibuktikan dari nilai koefisien variabel sebesar 0,587 dan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,000.Serta nilai signifikan Fuji0,000 < 0,05, dimana H04 diterima, yang artinya terdapat beberapa variable bebas yang memiliki kemampuan untuk menjelaskan variabel terikat (Intention To Leave Work). Kata Kunci : Kepemimpinan, Komitmen Organisasi, Kepuasan Kerja,   Intention To Leave Work

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of communication and leadership style on the performance of the UAM faculty of economics and business. The variables used in this study are performance variables (dependent variables), while the independent variables are communication and leadership style. The results of this study partially concluded that there was no influence between communication variables on the performance of the management and there was an influence between leadership style variables on the performance of the management. Key words: Performance, communication, leadership style.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to study the style of leadership, communication, and culture towards commitment to the Student Activity Unit of the Faculty of Economics and Business. While the variables used in this study are commitment variables as dependent variables, while the independent variables are leadership style, communication, and organizational culture. Data was collected through a questionnaire method with the number of samples used as respondents as many as 81 respondents. The results of this study simultaneously conclude that there is an influence between leadership style, communication and organizational culture variables on commitment and partially concludes that there is an influence between leadership style, communication and organizational culture variables on commitment. Keywords: commitment, leadership style, communication, organizational culture
