Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of the Work Environment, Training, Motivation, and Organizational Commitment to the Performance of the Secretariat Administrative Staff of Kabupaten Malang.The population used in this study were 46 employees of the Secretariat Administrative Staff of Kabupaten Malang by utilizing the saturated sample method (census sample). The method used in this study was quantitative research method in which the data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression by using SPSS ver.16.This study proves that the variables of Work Environment, Training, Work Motivation, and Organizational Commitment simultaneously and partially have a significant effect on employee performance in the Secretariat Administrative Staff of Kabupaten. Adjusted R2 of 0.598 explains that 59.8% of employee performance in Secretariat Administrative Staff of Kabupaten Malang can be explained by the variables of Work Environment, Training, Work Motivation, and Organizational Commitment and 40.2% is caused by other variables which are not observed. Keywords: Work Environment, Training, Motivation, Organizational Commitment, Employee Performance.

Abstract

ABSTRACTPhenomena that occur at this time word of mouth, service quality, atmosphere, product quality, location, and brand equity become the main topics in the marketing world because they are able to make a major contribution to sales, so as to improve purchasing decisions.This research was conducted in D'Kovi, Turen sub-district of Malang, with the aim to analyze the effect of word of mouth, service quality, atmosphere, product quality, location, and brand equity on purchasing decisions partially or simultaneously, the variables used were word of mouth, service quality, atmosphere, product quality, location, and brand equity as independent variables, while purchasing decisions as the dependent variable. The sample used was visitors to D'Kovi, Turen sub-district, Malang district with 94 respondents using a survey method. The method used is a questionnaire. The analytical tool used is test instrument, classic assumption test, normality test, multiple linear regression test, hypothesis test and coefficient of determination test with the help of SPSS 20.0 software.The results showed that Word of Mouth (X1), Service Quality (X2), Atmosphere (X3), Product Quality (X4), Location (X5), and Brand Equity (X6) had a joint (simultaneous) effect on Purchasing Decisions (Y) in D'Kovi, Turen sub-district, Malang district. Keywords: word of mouth, service quality, atmosphere, product quality, location, brand equity and purchasing decisions

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to: (1) identify and analyze direct evidence variables, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy and the advantages of the iB Hasanah Savings product simultaneously affect customer satisfaction at PT Bank BNI Syariah Malang, (2) Know and analyze the evidence variables. direct, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy partially affect customer satisfaction at PT Bank BNI Syariah Malang, (3) Know and analyze how the advantages of iB Hasanah Savings products partially affect customer satisfaction at PT Bank BNI Syariah Malang. Population and sample of customers of PT Bank BNI Syariah Malang, amounting to 100 customers. Collecting data using a questionnaire. By using multiple linear regression analysis method. The results of this study indicate that: (1) The variables of direct evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy and superiority of the iB Hasanah Savings product simultaneously affect customer satisfaction at PT Bank BNI Syariah Malang. (2) The variables of direct evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy partially affect customer satisfaction at PT Bank BNI Syariah Malang. (3) the superiority of the iB Hasanah Savings product has a partial effect on customer satisfaction at PT Bank BNI Syariah Malang. Keywords        : Service Quality, Product Excellence and Customer Satisfaction.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to explain the influence of the quality of information systems, prices, promotions, and services to customer satisfaction of Grab services to students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Malang Islamic University. The population of this study were all students of the Faculty of Economics and Business in 2015-2017 Malang Islamic University. The sample was taken using purposive sampling method so that 93 respondents were met who met the requirements as samples. This study uses primary data and multiple linear regression analysis methods.The results showed that the variable quality of information, price, promotion, and service systems partially or simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction of Grab services to FEB students of Malang Islamic University.  Keywords: information system quality, price, promotion, service, customer satisfaction.

Abstract

ABSTRACTPhenomenon of Handphone touch screen in Indonesia become a requirement not only as complement of life style, but as requirement in assisting everyday activity like in have business and support activity of lecturing. Therefore, decision of purchasing of consumer to product of handphone touch screen very require to be paid attention from factor facet of eksternal because by research, hence evaluation pasca purchasing happened. Target this research is to know influence cultural, social class, reference group and family by simultan and parsial to decision purchasing of handphone touch screen environment Student of Faculty Economics Islamic University of Malang. Result of research indicate that cultural variable, social class, reference group, family have an effect on by simultan to decision purchasing of handphone touch screen Samsung brand. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of product diversity, price, promotion, location and service on purchasing decisions for consumers of Supermarket Minimarket 89 Probolinggo City. The sample in this study amounted to 120 respondents who were consumers of 89 supermarkets in Probolinggo City. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The data used in the study used primary and secondary data. The method used is data analysis by using validity, reliability, normality, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis test, f test, t test and coefficient of determination with the IBM statistical SPSS version 25 program. Abstract

ABSTRACT                The purpose of this study is to describe the supervision, job satisfaction, work environment, and employee performance and to know the effect of supervision, job satisfaction, work environment on the performance of employees partially or simultaneously. This research method using quantitative method. This research type is explanatory research.               The sample of this research is employees of KL Express Tidar Malang by using saturated sampling, that is 35 respondents. Methods of data collection using questionnaires. The method of analysis used in this study is multiple regression analysis with SPSS 14.0 for windows.               The results of this study indicate that: (1) There is a positive and significant influence of Supervision on Employee Performance KL Express Tidar Malang. (2) There is influence of Working Tack on employees of KL Express Tidar Malang. (3) There is positive influence and significant Working Environment to Employee Performance KL Express Tidar Malang. Keywords: Supervision, Job Satisfaction, Work Environment and Employee Performance.

Abstract

Abstractrelationship between on customer loyalty Ultras Malang. This research uses a study method on Ultras Malang customers where data is obtained by distributing questionnaires to Ultras Malang customers in Malang city which are selected by purposive sampling. Determination of the number of samples using the Maholtra formula and the results obtained were 105 respondents. The analytical method used in this research is instrument test (validity test, reliability), normality test, classical assumption test (multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test), multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing (F test and t test), processing the coefficient of determination test. data using SPSS 23. The results of this study indicate that Social Media Marketing, brand awareness, brand image and brand trust simultaneously affect customer loyalty partially Social Media Marketing affects customer loyalty, brand awareness partially affects customer loyalty, brand image partially partial effect on customer loyalty customer loyalty, brand trust partially does not affect customer loyalty.Keywords : social media marketing, brand awareness, brand image, brand trust

Abstract

AbstractThis research was conducted at the Minimarket Klungkung District, Klungkung Regency, Bali. The type of research chosen is explanatory research with quantitative methods. The purpose of this study is to see the impact of store atmosphere, product diversity and service quality on buying interest. The independent variables used are store atmosphere, item diversity, and service quality, while the dependent variable is buying interest. The sample used in this study were 90 participants who were buyers in Klungkung District, Klungkung Regency, Bali. With a questionnaire as data collection. The evaluation method used is the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, instrument test, determination test, t test and f test using SPSS 16.0 computer software for data processing. The results of this study state that product diversity, service quality and store atmosphere partially affect buying interest and product diversity, store atmosphere and service quality simultaneously affect buying interest. Keywords: Product Diversity, Service Quality, Store Atmosphere and Buying Interest.

Abstract

AbstractThis research was conducted to determine the effect of discounts, promotions and service quality on purchasing decisions on consumers using BO Production photo services. Which is located at Jl. Gajayana alley 1 No.760, Merjosari District, Malang City, East Java. The method used is explanatory research that aims to explain the position of each variable and its influence between one variable with another variable, and the source of the data used is primary data by distributing Likert scale ciliaries to consumers using BO Production photo services. The sample calculation in this study uses the Slovin formula which produces 80 respondents. The results of this study are the variables of discount, promotion and service quality simultaneously influence and service quality partially affect purchasing decisions.Keywords: discounts, promotions, service quality and purchasing decisions
