Abstract

ABSTRACTThe study aims to determine the effect of leadership, motivation, work environment on the performance of employees of the Village Office of Dau Subdistrict, Malang Regency. Data collection is done by the method of documentation, questionnaires and interviews. The population in this study were all village office employees in Kec. Dau Kab. Malang, a total of 110 with samples using total sample techniques using the Slovin formula, so that the total obtained is 52 people. This study uses quantitative analysis. While the test equipment used is the instrument test, normality, classic assumption, multiple regression analysis using the SPSS version 16.0 program. the results of this study indicate that the instrument used is valid and reliable, also the data obtained is normally distributed using the One sample Kolmogrov Smirnov table value of 0.141. As well as free data from Multicollinearity and Heteroscedasticity. The multiple linear regression results show that the independent variables have a positive effect on the dependent variable, also supported by a significant partial test (t test) which is generated by 0.000 (X1), 0.041 (X2), 0.005 (X3) with a standard of significance 0, 05. thus indicating that good leadership, motivation in employees, a good work environment will affect the performance of employees at the Village office in Dau District, Malang Regency.  Kata kunci : Kompensasi, Motivasi, Komitmen terhadap Kinerja Karyawan

Abstract

Abstract The COVID-19 pandemic has resulted in the industrial sector being one of the affected, due to the large number of people working from home. This study aims to determine the effect of tax aggressiveness, return on assets and size on the corporate social responsibility of companies affected by COVID-19, especially the basic and chemical industries on the IDX for the 2017-2019 period. A quantitative approach was chosen in this study. This study obtained the results: (1) tax aggressiveness, return on assets and size affect CSR simultaneously. (2) Tax aggressiveness partially has no significant effect on corporate social responsibility. (3) Return on assets has no significant effect on corporate social responsibility. (4) Size has a significant effect on corporate social responsibility. Therefore, the higher the disclosure of tax aggressiveness, return on assets and size, the higher the corporate social responsibility given. Conversely, the lower the level of disclosure of tax aggressiveness, return on assets and size, the lower the corporate social responsibility provided by the company.  Keywords : Tax Aggressiveness, Return On Assets, Size, Corporate Social Responsibility

Abstract

Abstract            This study aims to determine the effect of corporate governance structure, on the financial performance of the company. The population in this research is food and beverage companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in the year 2013-2015 as many as 20 companies. The sample in this research using purposive sampling technique as many as 18 companies. Data analysis method used in this research is multiple linear regression.             The results of this study indicate that there is a significant correlation between managerial, institutional, independent commissioners and audit committees that affect the performance of food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Partially Test results show that stakeholders are insignificant to company performance (sig 0,469), institutional institutions significant to financial performance (sig 0,010), independent commissioner is not significant to financial performance (0,976) and audit committee significant to financial performance (0,029). Keywords: good corporate governance, managerial ownership, accounting firm, independent commissioner, and audit committee.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to test and analyze the Effect of Social Security, Work Discipline and Organizational Commitment on Productivity of Production Section Employees at PT. INDONESIA BIOTECH GUARANTEE Probolinggo City both partially and simultaneously. In this study the population amounted to 40 employees and all were taken as samples. “Data collection through questionnaires, data analysis in this study using SPSS version 25. The sampling technique uses quantitative methods, while the data testing techniques used in this study include validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, and testing the research hypothesis”. The results of the analysis show that partially or simultaneously social security, work discipline and organizational commitment have a positive and significant effect on employee productivity at PT. Abstract

AbstractThe Research amis tosee the effect of in-store displays, bonus pack and sales person against the impuls buying with the emotional response as an intervening variable. The population of this study is all of the konsumer alfamart kotalama branchto a total of 4,500. Sampling is take nusing the accidental sampling with a total sample of 100. Research is using a path analysis model. In this Research shows that in-store displays, bonus pack, and sales person have a direct bearing on impuls buying. In-store displays, bonus pack, and sales person person directly affect the emotional response. Emotiona l respons directly affects impuls buying. Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to examine and analyze the partial influence of tourism motivation on visiting decisions, the partial influence of destination image on visiting decisions, and the simultaneous influence of tourism motivation, destination image on visiting decisions. The population of the study were students of the Islamic University of Malang class of 2016 who had visited the Angkut Batu Museum whose numbers were unknown, so the sample calculation using the Malhotra method resulted in 100 samples. The data analysis technique used instrument test, normality test, multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test, and hypothesis test using SPSS 25.0 multiple regression analysis. Abstract

AbstractThis resarch aims to examine the effect of work environment, incentives and work motivation on employee performance at PT. Liliyana Rama Jaya in Gresik Regency. The population in this study were employees of PT. Liliyana Rama Jaya in Gresik Regency who works in all divisions such as skipper, operational staff and admin staff. The sampling technique used saturated sampling with a sample size of 42 respondents who worked at PT. Liliyana Rama Jaya in Gresik Regency in all divisions. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis with IBM SPSS 25 application tools (statistical product and service solutions). Based on testing using the F test analysis, the results showed that there was a significant influence between the X variable (work environment, incentives and work motivation) simultaneously to the Y variable (Employee Performance) PT. Liliyana Rama Jaya in Gresik Regency. and t-test analysis of the research results showed that work environment variables significantly influence the performance of employees of PT. Liliyana Rama Jaya in Gresik Regency with a significance value of 0.013 <0.05, incentives have a significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Liliyana Rama Jaya in Gresik Regency with a significance value of 0.018 <0.05, and work motivation has a significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to describe trust, security and convenience and customer satisfaction and to determine the effect of trust, security and convenience on customer satisfaction simultaneously or partially. This study uses quantitative methods. This type of research is explanatory research.The population of this study were students of FEB Islamic University of Malang using snowball sampling as many as 85 respondents. The data collection method used a questionnaire. The analytical method used in this study was multiple regression analysis with SPSS 20 for windows.The results of this study indicate that: (1) There is a positive and significant effect of trust on customer satisfaction at J&T Express. (2) There is a positive and significant effect of security on customer satisfaction at J&T Express. (3) There is a positive and significant effect of convenience on customer satisfaction at J&T Express. Keywords: Trust, Security, Ease and Customer Satisfaction

Abstract

ABSTRACTBanks are financial institutions whose business activities are to raise funds from the publicand redistribute the funds to the community and provide other bank services. Profitability as one of the references in measuring the amount of profit becomes so important to know whether the company has run its business efficiently. The purpose of this study is to find out the factors that affect the profitability of banks at commercial banks going public. The population in this study were 43 banks listed on the Stock Exchange. The sample in this study were 31 banks. The data analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of multiple linear regression analysis are NIM and BOPO have a positive and significant effect on ROA, LDR and CAR has a not significant positive effect on ROA, NPL has a significant negative effect on ROA.keywords: ROA, NIM, BOPO, CAR, LDR, dan NPL.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the effect of organizational commitment and leadership style on turnover intention in Coffee Shop Kopi Studio24. This research was conducted in Malang City which included 48 employees and several managers as respondents. This study uses a type of survey research that all employees can be sampled. The analytical method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis with hypothesis testing using t test and f test and processed using SPSS 16.0 to analyze several hypotheses.The results of this study indicate that Organizational Commitment has no effect on turnover Intention. Leadership style has a significant effect on turnover intention.Keywords: Organizational Commitment, leadership style and Turnover Intention
