Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the effect of brand equity, reference groups and brand preferences simultaneously and partially on the decision to choose a management study program at FEB Unisma. The population using management students of FEB Unisma TA class 18/19 & TA 19/20 known numbers are recorded at the Education Ministry as many as 6,412 students. Determination of the research sample using purposive sampling techniques that have been calculated using the Slovin formula totaling 99 respondents. Analysis using multiple linear regression models. The results of this study indicate that brand awareness is partially significant influence on decision making, brand association partially influences decision making, impression of brand quality partially on decision making, brand loyalty partially on decision making, reference group partially on decision making, and Brand preference partially influences significantly on the decision of choosing. Simultaneously the results of this study are brand awareness, brand association, brand quality impression, brand loyalty, reference groups and brand preferences significantly influence the decision to choose a management study program at FEB Unisma. Keywords: brand awareness, brand association, brand quality impression, brand loyalty, reference groups, brand preferences and decision to choose

Abstract

The puspose of this study was yo analyze the influence of funding murabahah, mudharabah, musyarakah, and rahn (pawning) of gold toward net profit of PT Bank Syariah Mandiri (BSM), Tbk. This research is a case study with the object of research of PT Bank Syariah Mandiri (BSM), Tbk. The accumulation data using documentation method whit collect the financial statements in 2012-2015, while the method of analysis using multiple regression analysis. The results of this research that murabahah funding positive effect and significant towards net profit, mudharabah funding positive effect and not significant towards net profit, musyarakah funding negative effect and significant towards net profit, and rahn (pawning) of gold funding positive effect and significant towards net profit.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research was aimed to investigate the influence of location, price andproduct diversity to the decision of the purchase of Mall Dinoyo City MalangConsumers The population in this research is Consumers of Mall Dinoyo CityMalang in the last month Mei-July 2017. Sample taken by using the methodaccidental sampling in order to obtain 97 of respondents who qualified in thesample .This research using the primary data and multiple regression analysismethod.The result of this research shows that the variable of location has positiveand significant effect to the decision of the purchase , the variable price haspositive and significant effect to the decision of the purchase, and variable ofproduct diversity has positive and insignificant effect to the decision of thepurchase .Simultaneously variable location, price , and product diversity havesignificant influence to the decision of the purchase .Keywords:Location, Price, Product Diversity, Decision Of The Purchase.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of prices, promotions, and dissatisfaction with the decision to move the brand to the Telkomsel simcard in boarding students of Dinoyo Village, Malang City. The variables used in this study are brand switching variable as the dependent variable, while the independent variables are price and promotion, and the intervening variable is dissatisfaction. Data was collected through a questionnaire method with the number of samples used as respondents as many as 94 respondents. The results of this study are prices and promotions that have a direct effect on brand movements in Telkomsel cellular card consumers. Prices and promotions have a direct effect on dissatisfaction with Telkomsel cellular card consumers. Dissatisfaction has a direct effect on brand movement on Telkomsel cellular card consumers. Prices and promotions have an indirect effect on brand transfers to Telkomsel cellular card consumers. Keywords: brand switching, price, promotion, dissatisfaction

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study is (1) to determine the effect of liquidity on debt policy (2) to determine the effect of profitability on debt policy (3) to determine the effect of income tax on debt policy.The population in this study are property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2014-2018 period of 45 companies. In this study using a sampling technique with purposive sampling technique to obtain a sample of 15 property and real estate companies. Analysis of the data used in this study using SPSS version 16. For data analysis methods used in this study include normality test, multiple linear regression test, classic assumption test and hypothesis test. The results of this study indicate that liquidity has a significant effect on debt policy, profitability has a significant negative effect on debt policy while income tax have a significant effect on debt policy. Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to compare the model prediction of bankruptcy in a company mining in the coal sector using the tool of bankruptcy prediction method is Altman's Z-Score, Springate, and Zmijweski on the industry of coal mining which listed in Indonesia stock exchange years 2017-2019, as well as to know the most accurate prediction of all three models of the bankruptcy. In this study, using 12 of a sample of companies from 22 populations on the company in the coal sector which is listing in BEI. make sample with certain criteria. the data used in the day this use the financial statements published on the stock exchange. the technique in comparing bankruptcy prediction models by using analysis of kruskal wallis. of the day this results in that there is a significant difference in predicting bankruptcy between 3 the model the results obtained sig of 0.000. the results rank the highest, namely the method of Altman Z-Score values obtained rank 75,97 the second is Zmijweski values obtained rank 46,39, and the third is Springate value rank 41,14.Keywoard: Bankruptcy, Prediction Models,Financial Statement

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of leadership, motivation and work discipline on employee performance in UPT overlapping water resources management Tumpang. There are 51 employees in this organization so in this study the sample was taken using the census method because respondents were all employees in the organization. For statistical analysis tools use multiple linear regression analysis. From the statistical results obtained using multiple regression analysts that leadership has a calculated t value greater than t table (2,011) of 2.947, motivation of 3.034, work discipline of 3.342 and the results of the F test showed 16.636. This shows that leadership has a significant positive effect on performance, motivation has a significant positive effect on performance, work discipline has a significant positive effect on performance while simultaneously leadership, motivation and work discipline have a significant positive effect on the performance of UPT overlapping water resources management Tumpang employees. Key words: leadership, motivation, discipline of work and the employee performance.

Abstract

 AbstractAbstract               The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality and brand image on repurchasing interest with perceived value as an intervening variable. The population and sample in the study were GrabExpress users in Lowokwaru District with respondents as many as 100 people. Data collection by distributing questionnaires. Data analysis in this study used SPSS version 16. The sampling technique used purposive sampling method and the data testing techniques used in this study included validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test and path.                The results of this study state that service quality and brand image have a significant positive effect on perceived value, service quality and brand image have a significant effect on repurchase interest, perception of value not positive which cannot mediate service quality to repurchase interest while perceived value has positive effect towards repurchasing interest that can mediate brand image Keywords: Service Quality, Brand Image, Repurchase Interest, and Value Perception

Abstract

Abstrack            This study aims to determine the effect of independent variables namely brand equity, attractiveness of advertising and word of mouth on the dependent variable, namely the purchasing decision at Matahari Departement Store Malang Town Square. The sample in this study was 95 consumers using purposive sampling method. The research instrument uses a questionnaire and is analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis.The result of this study indicate that brand equity variables, the attractiveness of advertising and word of mouth simultaneously and partially have an influence on purchasing decisions. Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research aims to analyze differences abnormal returns and stock trading liquidity between before and after reverse stock split in 2014-2019 on the Bursa Efek Indonesia. This research uses descriptive statistical analysis methods. This type of research is historical research using the event study approach method. The observation period of the research will last for 11 days, which includes 5 days before reverse stock split and 5 days after reverse stock split. The population in this research are companies listed on the IDX 2014-2019 with a sample of 7 companies. The results of the research using Paired Sample T-test showed that there were no differences in results between abnormal return and stock trading liquidity before reverse stock and after reverse stock split. This happens because the reverse stock split is considered not to contain signals and information that cam trigger a reaction on the capital market, so that there is difference in conditions between before and after reverse stock. Keywords: Abnormal Return, Stock Trading Liquidity, Reverse Stock Split.
