Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze and describe the effect of price, product quality, and service quality on purchasing decisions on e-commerce shopee (study of 2018 class of economic and business faculty students). The population in this study were undergraduate students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang Batch 2018 both from the Management study program as many as 518 students, Accounting as many as 275 students, and Sharia Banking as many as 106 with a total of 899 people. Then 90 people were taken from this number using the slovin formula. The variables used in this research are purchasing decision variables (dependent variable), while the independent variables are price, product quality, and service quality.The results of this study conclude that there is a positive and significant influence between price, product quality, and service quality variables on purchasing decisions and simultaneously concludes that there is an influence between price, product quality, and service quality variables on purchasing decisions. Keywords: Purchase Decision, Price, Product Quality, Service Quality

Abstract

Abstract This research was conducted at the Dinoyo Pesenkopi Kedai in Dinoyo Village. The type of research used is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of location, price and menu diversity on purchasing decisions. The independent variables used are location, price and menu variety, while the dependent variable is purchasing decisions. The sample used in this study were 100 respondents who were customers of Kedai Pesenkopi Dinoyo in Dinoyo Village. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The analytical method used is the instrument test, multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test, determination test, f test and t test using SPSS 16.0 computer software for data processing. The results of this study indicate that location affects purchasing decisions, price affects purchasing decisions and menu diversity affects purchasing decisions. location, price and variety of menus simultaneously affect purchasing decisions. Keywords: Location, Price and Menu Diversity and Purchase Decision.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research aims to know the relationship of Investment Opportunity Set, Firm Size and profitability against the dividend policy. The type of research used is explanatory research. The data used are secondary data, obtained with the technique of documentation from website BEI. The population which becomes the object of this study is that companies in the manufacturing sector were listed on the Indonesia stock exchange period 2016-2017. The selection of the sample using the technique of purposive sampling, so obtained 55 companies. Technique of data analysis in this study uses the test of normality, test the assumptions of classical, linear multiple regression test and test hypotheses. Measuring instrument used Investment Opportunity Set is a Book to Market Equity, for Firm Size using gauge total assets, and to measure the profitability of using Return On Equity, while tools measure used to gauge the Policy Dividend is a Dividend Payout Ratio. The results showed that: (1) Investment Opportunity Set of positive effect significantly to dividend policy, (2) Firm Size effect positively not significantly to dividend policy, while (3) The negative effect was not significant profitability against the dividend policy. Abstract

AbstrakThis study aims to determine the influence of organizational culture, work environment, and leadership style on employee performance. The analytical method used in this study is using the SPSS program which consists of several classical assumptions, normality, multiple linear analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that organizational culture variables do not affect employee performance, work environment variables affect employee performance, and leadership style variables affect employee performance. Organizational culture variables, work environment, and leadership style simultaneously or simultaneously influence employee performance Kantor Dinas Sosial Kota Bima.  Keywords: Employee Performance, Organizational Culture, Work Environment, and Leadership Style.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the extent of the relationship between Hedonic Shopping Motivation and Price Discount with Impulse Buying in Malang Town Square consumers, a study on students of the faculty of Economics and Business Islamic University of Malang Class of 2017.The type of research used explanatory research. The population in this study amounted to 848 students. The sampling method in this study used purposive sampling and obtained a sample of 89 respondents.The data collection method was using google form which was distributed to students of the Faculty of Economic and Business Islamic University of Malang according to the sampling criteria. To find out the result of this study using the instrument test, normality test, classical assumption test, multiple linier regression analysis, F test, t test, and coefficient of determination test. The result shows that, Hedonic Shopping Motivation and Price Discount simultaneously have  a significant positive  effect on Impulse Buying, Hedonic Shopping Motivation has a significant positive effect on Impulse Buying, and Price Discount has a significant positive effect on Impulse Buying in Malang Town Square Costumers, a studi on students FEB Unisma Class of 2017. Keyword : Hedonic Shopping Motivation, Price Discount, Impulse Buying

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the effect of product quality, lifestyle, and atmosphere on consumer loyalty with customer satisfaction as an intervention which is located on Jl. Tenes No.14, Kauman, Klojen District, Malang City, East Java. The method used is quantitative research that aims to explain the position of each variable and its influence between one variable and another. The main method used is by distributing Likert scale questionnaires to respondents who have visited or purchased products at My Kopi-O Indonesian Bistro Malang City. The sample calculation in this study used the Malhotra formula which resulted in 80 respondents. The results of this study, the atmosphere variable has a significant effect on consumer loyalty through customer satisfaction. Keyword : Product Quality, Life style, atmosfer and customer statisfaction

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine whether Economic Value Added, Market Value Added and Tobin's Q partially and simultaneously affect stock prices. This research was conducted in the banking industry registered with LQ-45 for the period February-July 2021 with a total of 6 companies and 6 samples of financial statements. The type of research used is quantitative research. The data analysis method in this study used statistical analysis with the SPSS program. The results showed that the Economic Value Added (EVA) had a significant and positive effect on the LQ-45 Stock Price, the Market Value Added (MVA) had no significant effect on the LQ-45 stock price, Tobins'Q had no significant effect on the LQ-45 Stock Price. The contribution in this study can be an evaluation for potential investors who want to invest in banking sector stocks to be able to understand, find out what factors affect stock prices in banking. Keyword: Economic Value Added (EVA), Market Value Added (MVA), Tobins'Q and LQ-45 stock price

Abstract

ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini adalah Untuk menganalisis perbedaan yang terjadipada kinerja keuangan Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk. Sebelum dan selamamenggunakan sms banking jika ditinjau dari rasio yang terkait dengan tujuanpenggunaan sms banking. Dengan mengambil laporan keuangan Bank RakyatIndonesia yang diperoleh dari http://bri.co.id dan http://bi.go.id tiga tahunsebelum menggunakan sms banking (2004,2005,2006) dan tiga tahun selamamenggunakan sms banking (2008,2009,2010), hasil penelitian menunjukkan tidakadanya perbedaan yang signifikan antara kinerja keuangan Bank Rakyat Indonesiasebelum dan selama menggunakan sms banking jika ditinjau dari rasio yangterkait dengan tujuan penggunaan sms banking. Hal ini dikarenakan kurangmenyebar luasnya layanan sms banking dikalangan masyarakat, dan kurangcanggihnya penggunaan sms itu sendiri.Kata kunci : DPK, FBI, ROA, Laborcost, Efisiensi Operasional,NPL.

Abstract

AbstractThe creative economy sector is a sector that have the most impact due to in Covid-19 pandemic, namely msmes. Several factors limit msmes in Indonesia, one of which is that people must use the income they earn. It affects financial decisions that are useful in everyday life. Many factors can be obstacles faced by msmes in Indonesia. The purpose of this study was to determine the financial management bevahior of msme actors. This research uses a quantitative approach method with non-probability sampling method. The population used is 150. The data analysis method uses the smartpls program by testing the validity and reliability of the construct, outer model and inner model. The results of the study concluded that financial attitudes had a significant and positive direct effect on locus of control. Pengetahuan Keuangan and financial self-efficacy have an insignificant and direct positive effect on locus of control. Financial attitudes have a significant and direct positive effect on financial management bevahior. Financial knowledge, financial self-efficacy and locus of control have an insignificant and direct positive effect on financial management bevahior. Locus of control is not able to mediate the influence of financial attitudes, financial knowledge and financial self-efficacy on financial management bevahior in fashion sub-sector smes in Malang in 2021.Keywords: Financial Self Efficacy, Locus Of Control, Financial Management Bevahior

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to find out how the effect of managerial ownership which is proxied by managerial ownership on the profitability and performance of this research stock is a type of quantitative research. The population take in this study is the consumer goods manufacturing sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2016-1018 period. The sample was selected using purposive sampling with data from 39 companies but from 39 companies there were 14 companies whose financial data were incomplete which did not match the variables in the researchers, only 21 companies were selected as samples. The results of showed that good corporate governance has a significant negative effect on profitability. managerial ownership has a significant positive effect on stock performance. Keywords: managerial ownership, profitability, and stock performance
