Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the effect of personality type and locus of control on employee performance simultaneously or partially. The research conducted at Cafe Kopi Studio24 Kota Malang uses a type of survey research in which there are 45 populations and the entire population can be used as a sample. Data collection techniques used in this research is by distributing questionnaires. This research method uses multiple rigression analysis using the IBM SPSS STATISTIC 25.0 Program as an analysis tool.Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the personality type variable has no effect on the performance of employees at Cafe Kopi Studio24 seen from the results of the multiple rigression analysis test which showed a significance value of 0.423> 0.05.the locus of control variable has a significance value of 0.03 <0.05 which states that the locus of control affects the performance of employees at Cafe Kopi Studio24. Keywords : personality type, locus of control and employee performance

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the work ethic and work discipline on employee performance in Pakuniran Sub-district Office, Probolinggo Regency. This type of research used explanatory research with quantitative approaches. The sample in this study were 32 permanent employees included leaders in it. The method of analysis used in this research is hypothesis testing multiple linear regression analysis using t-test and F test. and analysis procesed with SPSS software. Data collections method used were questionnaire. From this study provides result and show that it is there partial and all at once  an relationship or work effect of work  ethic and work discipline on employee performance.Keywords : work ethic and work discipline on employee performance

Abstract

Abstract This study aim stoanalyze service quality and price on the interest of returning tourists. The population of this research is visit or swho are visiting and visitors who have visited the Srikandi Polesincere ayu swimming pool in the sub-distric to foverlappingwith a total sample of 65 respondents. This research his a type of quantitative research that uses primary data and uses a questionnaire data analysis method. The questionnaire was distributed to respondents who had certain criteria to provide answers regarding the statements given by the researcher. The criteria for the sample of this research are visitors who are a tleast 5 year sold and over and visitors who have visitedor are currently visiting the Seikandi PoleTulusayu Swimming Pool, Tumpang District. To measure respondents' answers to the questionnaire using a Likert scale. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis method and the results study indicate that the quality o fservice has a positive but not significant effect and the price has a positive and significanteffect on the interest of returning to uriststo visitors to the Srikandi Pole Tulusayu Swimming Pool, Tumpang District. Keywords: qualityofservice, priceandinterest in returningtourists.

Abstract

ABSTRACTRegional financial management is carried out in an integrated system that is realized in the regional income and expenditure budget, which each knows is determined by regional regulation, this research aims to find out and analyze the influence of regional financial management based on regional revenue expenditure and regional financing on the economic performance of the district of Malang. This study uses quantitative research methods using secondary data in the form of notes or documentation and publications from the government. The population in this study is data on budget realization reports and notes on the financial statements of the Malang district government. According to the existing population, sample was chosen by using purposive sampling, namely the target report of the target and realization of the APBD within eight years (2009-2016) and the PDRB value in eight years (2009-2016). The results of this study indicate that regional income has a negative and insignificant impact on economic performance, regional spending has a positive and significant influence on economic performance. Regional financing has a negative and significant impact on regional economic performance.Keywords: regional income, regional expenditure, regional financing, economic performance

Abstract

AbstrackThe purpose of this to analyze and explain the influence of leadership style, human relations, and work discipline on employee performance at the Department of Cooperatives and Micro Enterprises Sumenep Regency. The dependent variable in this study is employee performance, there are 3 independents used, namely leadership style, human relations, and work discipline. The population in this study were employees of the Department of Cooperatives and Micro Enterprises, Sumenep Regency. The sample in this study was taken as a whole. The data collection method used is the distribution of questionnaires to the respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of the study stated that simultaneously the variables of leadership style, human relations, and work discipline had a significant effect on employee performance. While partially human relations have a significant effect on employee performance, but leadership style and work discipline have no significant effect on employee performance. Keywords: leadership style, human relations, work discipline and employee performance

Abstract

Abstract Investment in the capital market is a big attraction for investors, because they have the hope of optimal profits. An investor is generally led to always follow market developments or market prices. An investor should not only see the net profit generated by the company but also analyze the financial statements. At the beginning of 2017, the basic and chemical industry sector on the Indonesia Stock Exchange managed to record a fairly high growth. This growth was supported by stocks originating from several sub-sectors including the pulp and paper sub-sector, animal feed sub-sector, and also the chemical sub-sector. Although in 2020, the average performance of issuers decreased due to the COVID-19 pandemic, but in the last month of March 2021, the basic and chemical industry sector rose to 2.39%. this will attract investors' desire to invest in manufacturing companies whose sources of growth are increasing Keywords: Inflation, Exchange Rate, Interest Rate and The Composite Stock Price Index

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to describe service quality, employee performance, community satisfaction and analyze the effect of service quality, employee performance on community satisfaction in Wadeng Village, Sidayu District, Gresik Regency. This research belongs to the type of explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The method of data collection in this study was done by accidental sampling technique and the distribution of online questionnaires. In determining the number of samples, this study uses the theory of Slovin. The sample used in this study were 65 respondents who were residents of Wadeng Village who provided services from November to December 2021, Petiyin and Brak. To solve the problem in this research, using validity test, reliability test, normality test, classical assumption test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression test, f test, and t test the research uses multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 21. The results of this study indicate that the Service Quality and Employee Performance Variables have a positive and significant influence on the community.. Keywords: Quality Of Service And Employee Performance Influence On Community Satisfaction

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the effect of certification on the performance of teachers in the learning process, knowing the influence of teacher welfare on teacher performance in the learning process. The location of this research is at Jl. Pesantren III Mojosari Kepanjen Malang post code 65163, Mojosari Village, Kepanjen District, Malang Regency. Samples taken as many as 32 respondents. Data collection methods used were questionnaires and interviews. Data analysis method used is quantitative method that is by using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results of this study indicate that the certification has a positive influence on teacher performance in the learning process at Miftahul Huda Kepanjen foundation, teacher welfare has a positive influence on teacher performance in the learning process at Yayasan Miftahul Huda Kepanjen.Keywords: Certification, teacher welfare, teacher performance in learning process.

Abstract

AbstrakReturn is the result obtained from an investment. Stock returns are influenced byvarious factors such as the ratio of liquidity, leverage, activity and profitability. The purposeof this study was to determine the effect of the ratio of liquidity, leverage, activity andprofitability, on stock returns on service company Sub Sector Property and Real Estate.Sampling method in this research was purposive sampling and acquired 11 observationaldata as the sample. The data used in this research was secondary data. The data analysistechnique used was multiple linear regression using SPSS 20.0.Analysis method used in this research is descriptive statistics, classical assumptiontest and multiple regression analysis and t test. The results showed that the increase of stockreturns in the Company that entered the list of studies with the assumption that the variableCurrent Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Total Asset Turnover (TATO), and Returnon Equity (ROE) did not change. For Current Ratio (CR) variable has positive andinsignificant effect on stock return, Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) variable has negative effectand not significant to stock return, Total Asset Turnover (TATO), variable has negative andinsignificant effect on stock return while Return on Equity (ROE) variable has positive andsignificant influence to stock return in service company Sub Sector Property and Real Estate.Keywords : Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Total Asset Turnover (TATO),Return on Equity (ROE).

Abstract

AbstractVillage Government realizes Apparatus competencies through training, is still less effective and efficient. One reason is that the Apparatus does not understand their respective duties. The purpose of the study was to determine the competency development of Village Apparatus in the Sidodadi Village office. The research method uses a type of qualitative research, with data sources: primary data and secondary data. Then the technique of collecting data, observation, interviews and documentation. While the information determination technique is purposive sampling. The informants were the head of village, village secretary, Head of government affairs, head of government affairs, and head of general affairs. Then the data is analyzed by data reduction, data presentation and data verification. To test the validity of the data using triangulation techniques. The results of the study indicate that the Sidodadi village government in developing competencies is internal. Provide an understandings of administrative skills. Obstacle constraints, among others, senior human resources and inappropriate leadership policies. Keyword: development, competency
