Abstract

Abstract The phenomenon in today's era makes it a challenge for business people. In running a business, business people need to continue to observe and track changing trends. This is because changes in trends that are always changing along with the times have a significant impact on the profits of consumer purchases. This has an influence on their behavior in choosing the shoes they will buy or which they consider the most appropriate and can actually meet their needs and desires. Quality shoes at competitive prices are the main way to win the marketing competition. In this case, Ventela shoes will apply the method by understanding the consumer decision-making process. Data analysis in this study consisted of instrument testing, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and coefficient of determination test. The results of this study indicate that based on the results of the t-test there is a partial influence between product quality, price, and promotion variables on the decision to purchase Ventela shoes. The technique used in sampling is purposive sampling technique so that the data obtained by the researcher is directly by distributing questionnaires to respondents who have been determined with certain criteria, namely VENTELA Store consumers. The conclusion of this study aims to determine whether the variables of Product Quality, Price and Promotion affect the Decision to Purchase Ventela Shoes at the Sport Station Dinoyo Store. Keywords : Influence, Product Quality, Price, Promotion, Shoes.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this research is to determine the effect of capital structure, liquidity and profitability on the value of food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the period 2015-2017. The independent variables in this study are capital structure, liquidity and profitability while the dependent variable is firm value. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression. The results of sampling using Purposive sampling and that meets the criteria sample of 14 manufacturing companies obtained by searching for and collecting annual report data obtained from the website. To overcome the problem in this study is to use the normality test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression test and hypothesis test. Based on the results of testing hypotheses conducted, it can be concluded that the capital structure (DER) has no significant negative effect on firm value, Liquidity (CR) has a significant positive effect on firm value and Profitability (ROE) has a positive influence. and does not have a significant effect on the value of the food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies in the period 2015-2017.Keywords: company value, capital structure, liquidity, profitability

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research was conducted at a branch company of PT. Niramas Pandaan Sejahtera Pasuruan Regency. The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the influence of leadership style, organizational culture and organizational commitment on the performance of the branch employees of PT. Niramas Pandaan Sejahtera, Pasuruan Regency, East Java 67156. The population in this study were all employees of the branch of PT. Niramas Pandaan Sejahtera, totaling 65 employees. The sampling technique in this study used saturated samples. And the analysis used includes instrument testing, normality test, multiple regression analysis, classical assumption test, and hypothesis testing.         The results showed that the variable organizational culture and organizational commitment did not have a significant effect on the performance of the branch employees of PT. Niramas Pandaan Sejahtera Pasuruan Regency, while the variable of leadership style has a significant effect on the performance of the branch employees of PT. Abstract

ABSTRACTThe research is to describe the style of the democratic leadership, motivation and performance of the Executive Board as well as to know the influence of democratic leadership style, motivation and performance of the Executive Board partially, This research method using the method quantitative. This research type is explanatory research. The sample of this research is the caretaker of the UAM FEB Islamic University of Malang by using sampling of saturated, i.e. as many as 70 respondents. Method of data collection using the questionnaire. Methods of analysis used in the study of multiple regression analysis SPSS 14.0 for windows. The results of this research indicate that: (1) there is a significant and positive influence of democratic leadership style against the performance of UAM FEB Islamic University of Malang. (2) there is significant motivation and a positive influence on performance UAM FEM Islamic University of Malang.Keywords: Democratic leadership Styles, motivation and performance of the Executive Board.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of work stress, occupational safety and health on employee performance at PT. Etta Indotama Yogyakarta. The sample used in this study were 80 production employees. The data analysis method used in this research is quantitative data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. The data testing used is simultaneous hypothesis testing (F) and partial hypothesis testing (t). The results showed that simultaneously the independent variable had a significant effect on the dependent viable. Based on the partial test results, the variables work stress, occupational safety and health have a significant effect on the performance of the employees of PT Etta Indotama Yogyakarta. Keywords: Job Stress, Work Safety, Occupational Health and Employee Performance

Abstract

ABSTRACTAssets management is needed to set management of assets companies that in line with  the goal of the company which is to get maximum profits with minimum costs. This study was conducted to determine the effect of assets management measured with Inventory Turnover Ratio ( ITO ), Fixed Asset Turnover Ratio ( FATO ) and the total Asset Turnover Ratio ( TATO ) Towards performance of the financial measured with Return On Asset Ratio ( ROA ) The population and sampel in this study is the manufacturer company in industrial sector and consumption goods subsector food and beverages listed on the stock exchanges of indonesia during 2016-2018. Its technique is purposive sampling. There are 17 companies in accordance with the criteria of the research. Its method in the data collection uses documentation that in the form of its financial report of the company. Its analysis is double regressing  with test hypothesis partial and simultan. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine and analyze the effect price, promotion, and location over customer satisfaction. The population in this study are Café Bukan Main Coffee. The data collection method in this study used a questionnaire with a sample of 90 respondents. The independent variable in this study is the price, promotion, and location and the dependent variable is the customer satisfaction. The analytical method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis and processed using SPSS 26. The results of this study simultaneously show that the price, promotion, and location has a positive effect and significance on customer satisfaction. Partially, price, promotion, and location have a positive effect and significance on customer satisfaction. Keywords: Financial Literacy Financial Education In The Family, Self-Control And Financial Management.

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study was to determine and explain the effect of product quality, customer bonding and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty (a case study on Clodia Outfit customers). The population in this study were customers who had made a purchase at Clodia Outfit. The sample used the Malhotra theory so that 90 respondents were obtained according to the criteria, the research method used purposive sampling with a quantitative approach. This study uses primary data and multiple linear regression analysis methods.The results showed that simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on product quality, customer bonding and customer satisfaction variables on customer loyalty. And partially the product quality variable has no and no significant effect on customer loyalty, the customer bonding variable has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty and the customer satisfaction variable has no and no significant effect on customer loyalty. Keywords: Product Quality, Customer Bonding, Customer Satisfaction, Customer Loyalty

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the Effect of Product Quality and Customer Satisfaction on Electronic Word Of Mouth (E-Wom) on Joyism Fashion Online Shop in Instragram. The population in this study took from data obtained from Joyism Malang online shop customers in April-May. Sampling in this study was92 respondents. The analytical method used is purposive sampling technique. The results in this study indicate that product quality variables have a positive and significant effect on E-WOM (Electronic Word Of Mouth). It can be seen that the calculated value is 9,791 with a significant value of 0,000. Product quality variables have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction that the t- count value is 2.955 with a significant value of 0,000. Customer satisfaction variables have a positive and significant effect on E-WOM (Electronic Word Of Mouth) that the t-count value is 4.211 with a significant value of 0.000. Customer satisfaction  variable  (Z)  can  mediate  between  product  quality  variables  (X) against E-WOM (Y) showing the results of one-tailed probability or probability on product quality 0.00377462 <0.05.   Keyword: Product Quality, Electronic Word Of Mouth (E-WOM), CustomerSatisfaction

Abstract

AbstractBy using the brand ambassador Cristiano Ronaldo aims to influence the interests, attitudes,and emotions of consumers. By cooperating with Cristiano Ronaldo as a brand ambassador,he is expected to be able to change the interests of his fans to shop at online shopee shops.This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of attractiveness, trust and expertiseon purchasing decisions.In this study the method of collecting data using the questionnaire method (questionnaire).The type of data used in this study is primary data. The analytical method used in this study ismultiple linear regression. This study uses the results of the questionnaire data distributed tostudents of Unisma who live in the Merjosari area and the samples were taken usingpurposive sampling. The number of samples taken was 70 respondents.The results of this study are that attractiveness and trust do not affect purchasing decisionswhile expertise influences purchasing decisions.Keywords: Attractiveness, Trust, Expertise, purchasing decisions
