Abstract

Abstract This study aims to identify how much influence the work environment, work stress, and work family conflict have on employee performance (case study of Prigen Health Center). Sampling using saturated sampling technique and the results obtained 45 respondents. Data obtained by distributing questionnaires to employees of the Prigen Health Center. Data analysis in this study using SPSS. Data testing techniques used in this study include validity test, reliability test, normality test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis test, f test, t test and multiple determination coefficient test (R2). The results of this study indicate that the work environment and work family conflict have no effect on employee performance. Abstract

Abstract This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of Service Quality, Price and Company Image on Consumer Satisfaction at Grab Malang. Knowing and analyzing the influence of consumer satisfaction, service quality, price and company image on loyalty. Knowing and analyzing the influence of service quality, price and company image on loyalty through consumer satisfaction at Grab Malang. The population of this research was students from the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang, totaling 699 people, while the sample was 87 respondents.Data analysis in this research uses Path Analysis. The research results show that service quality, price and company image influence consumer satisfaction. Consumer Satisfaction and Company Image Influence Loyalty. Service Quality and Price have no effect on Loyalty. Satisfaction is able to mediate the influence of Service Quality on Loyalty. Satisfaction is able to mediate the effect of price on loyalty. Abstract

Abstract This research aims to find out more about trust, convenience and income regarding purchasing decisions using the SpayLater online loan method. This type of research is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The data source used in this research is primary data and the population of this research is students in Malang City. The sampling technique uses a purposive sampling method and data collection techniques using a questionnaire using a Likert scale model and analyzed using linear multiple regression through the Statistical Program Social Science (SPSS). Abstract

Abstract This research discusses the influence of E-WOM (Electronic Word Of Mouth), Costumer Behavior, And Trust Regarding Consumer Purchasing Decisions on Gloryal Cosmetics Praya. Gloryal cosmetics itself is a shop engaged in marketing cosmetic products which was founded in 2018. This type of research is quantitative research with data collection techniques through distributing questionnaires and data analysis techniques, namely multiple linear regression statistical analysis. The population used in this research is consumers from the city of Praya who have purchased products from Gloryal Cosmetics, the number of which is of course unknown. The samples used were 75 samples based on the Malhotra formula. Based on the results of research conducted by researchers in selecting objects, Gloryal Cosmetics is one of the shops referred to by the public for shopping for cosmetics. Based on the results of research that has been carried out, the E-WOM variable (Electronic Word Of Mouth), costumer behavior, and trust influence simultaneously or partially on consumer purchasing decisions.  Keywords: E-WOM (Electronic Word Of Mouth), Costumer Behavior, Trust, Purchasing Decisions.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the marketing strategy of product photography services at Photolog Studio Malang using SWOT analysis. SWOT analysis is utilized to identify the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats facing the company. Data collection was conducted through observation and documentation techniques. The method used is qualitative descriptive. The results of the SWOT analysis reveal that the main internal strengths are the quality of services, affordable pricing, and service flexibility. The weaknesses include the lack of activity reports and organized financial management, as well as irregular promotional intensity. The internal opportunity factor is high market demand due to increasing awareness among business owners about the need for attractive product presentations. The main threats are incomplete production equipment and the rising number of competing service providers. It is hoped that the results of this study can serve as supporting data for optimal decision-making to enhance the sales of product photography services at Photolog Studio Malang. Keywords : Strategy, Product Photography Service Marketing, SWOT Analysis

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to analyze the influence of digital marketing and electronic word of mouth on purchasing decisions for Ms Glow Men products. This research uses quantitative methods with the type of explanatory research. The sample taken was 90 Ms Glow Men consumer respondents at the Islamic University of Malang who were determined using the Malhotra formula. Data analysis using SPSS includes validity test, reliability test, normality test, classical assumption test, hypothesis test, and coefficient of determination test (R2). The results of the research show that digital marketing and electronic word of mouth simultaneously influence the decision to purchase Ms Glow Men products. . Meanwhile, partially digital marketing and electronic word of mouth have a significant influence on purchasing decisions for Ms Glow Men products.  Keywords: Digital Marketing, Electronic Word Of Mouth, Purchasing Decisions

Abstract This research  for know The influence behavior finance , knowledge investment and tolerance risk to decision investment in the capital market. This Study supported by the theory of planned behavior which states that intention influenced by attitude individual. Population is  student faculty Islamic University of Economics and Business poor thing. Determination sample using non probability sampling with purposive sampling approach. Data collection in research This use method questionnaire. Amount sample calculated use formula slovin and acquire results of 100 respondents. Characteristics sample used  is students who have do transactions in the capital market at least one time. Abstract

Abstract This research aims to analyze SWOT in order to increase sales at Studio Isoarchives. The location of this research was carried out on employees of Studio Isoarchives located in Dampit District, Malang Regency. This research is a qualitative research. This research is research carried out by obtaining data sourced from the research location relating to the research title. This research uses descriptive qualitative analysis because the research carried out requires information using observation data, documentation studies, and interviews as well as distributing questionnaires which then aims to obtain data on the company's external and internal factors which then become the basis for research. Objects are informants or sources who are the source of research data. The subjects are the owners and employees of Studio Isoarchive. The data was analyzed using the data analysis technique used in this research is SWOT analysis. Based on the results of data analysis, the research results show that SWOT strategy analysis can increase sales at Studio Isoarchives. SWOT strategy analysis helps companies to find out the company's strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. This is used to develop the right strategy in an effort to increase sales volume. To optimize the implementation of SWOT strategy analysis properly and based on the results of researchers, there is a need to increase the application of SWOT strategy analysis so that sales volume can be increased optimally, especially in analyzing existing opportunities, promotion needs to be encouraged again by advertising products and strengthening business networks, and there needs to be increased market expansion and companies need to innovate on Isoarchives studio services. Keywords: Increased Sales, and SWOT Analysis.

Abstract

Abstract The importance of effective marketing strategies and innovation in the beauty industry which continues to change and compete rapidly means that top brands must always follow the latest trends and continue to innovate to remain relevant in an increasingly dynamic market. This study identifies the relationship between proactive marketing strategies and purchasing decisions. consumer. This research aims to analyze and describe the influence of Social Media Marketing, Event Sponsorship, Flash Sale, and Packaging on Purchase Decisions for Pinkflsah Products in Malang City. The population in this study were residents of Malang City with a sample size of 100 people, using the Slovin formula and using the proportional sampling method. The data collection technique used in this research was by distributing questionnaires via Google Form. Research data uses SPSS 25. The results of this research show that simultaneously Social Media Marketing, Event Sponsorship, Event Sponsorship, Flash Sale, and Packaging have a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the influence of community participation in the field of planning, the field of organizing, the field of implementation and the field of supervision in improving village development in Bontokape Village, Bolo District, Bima Regency. This research method uses quantitative methods. The population in this study is people living in Bontokape Village since 2019 and village officials who have served since 2019. Determination of the number of samples using the slovin formula and obtained 55 respondents with purposive sampling techniques. The data collection method uses observation, documentation and questionnaires/questionnaires given offline to respondents. The data analysis methods used in this study are research instrument tests (Validity test, Reliability test), Normality Test, Classical assumption test (Multicollinearity test, Heterokedasticity test), Multiple linear analysis, Hypothesis test (t test, f test) and Determination coefficient test using SPSS data processor. The results of the study partially obtained results where community participation in the field of planning did not have a significant effect on village development, community participation in the field of organizing did not have a significant effect on village development, community participation in the field of implementation did not have a significant effect on village development, community participation in the field of supervision did not have a significant effect on village development, due to the large population It is studied to have a social phenomenon of development, the majority of which are still in operational form or in the operational managerial group where elements of planning, organizing, implementing and supervising have been completed in the government and village officials while the village community is more involved or physically participating when activities are carried out.
