Abstract

Abstract This study aims to examine the Influence of Kaizen Culture and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at BCA KFKK Malang. The population and sample in this study were 60 respondents, with a saturated sample method. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed online. The data analysis method used in this study is quantitative data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis, determination analysis, simultaneous test (F) and partial test (t). The results of simultaneous testing indicate that kaizen culture and work discipline have a significant effect on employee performance. Based on the partial test, kaizen culture has a significant effect on employee performance, and partially work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance. Keywords: Kaizen Culture, Work Discipline, and Employee Performance

Abstract

 The purpose of this study is to determine how online customer reviews, flash sale, and live streaming affect purchases made on Tiktok Shop. The research's target demographic consists of 2020 FEB UNISMA Management students who utilize Tiktok Shop. Multiple linear analysis approaches are employed in this data analysis procedure. Purposive sampling, which is a sampling strategy based on respondents' criteria—that is, those who have made purchases from the Tiktok Shop—was employed in this study. The study's findings indicate that Tiktok Shop buyers are influenced by live streaming and flash deals. Online customer reviews, however, have no bearing on selections made about what to buy on Tiktok Shop. Keywords : Live Streaming, Flash Sales, Online Customer Review And Purchase Decisions

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to examine and explain the influence of brand image, product quality and price on purchasing decisions for brand Eiger products (Case Study of Economics and Business Students of the Islamic Faculty of Malang Class of 2020). This research includes a type of research with quantitative. The method used is multiple linear regression. The sampling technique uses the formula from Solvin with the calculation results of 88 samples. To solve the problem in this study using SPSS with the help of validity test, reliability test, normality test, multiple linear regression analysis, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, F test, and t test. The results showed that simultaneously. Variables Brand Image (X1), Product Quality (X2), Price (X3) have a significant effect simultaneously on Purchase Decision (Y). And there is a partial influence between Brand Image (X1), Product Quality (X2), Price (X3) on Purchase Decision (Y). Keywords: Brand Image, Product Quality, Price, Purchase Decision

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to: 1. Explain which combination of attributes influences consumer preferences when choosing instant noodle products. 2. Describe which product attributes are important to consumers when choosing instant noodle products. 3. Explain which levels of instant noodle product attributes are most important to consumers when choosing instant noodle products. The sampling technique used was a non-probability sampling technique, and data from 96 respondents were obtained. The data analysis technique used in this research was Conjoint Analysis. The results of the research show that: 1. The combination of attributes considered most important is having a delicious and savory aroma, affordable price, and attractive packaging design. 2. The attributes based on importance are taste attribute, price attribute, and packaging attribute. 3. Abstract

Abstract This research is motivated by the rapid development of creative economy actors. So that creative economy MSME players are required to have the latest innovations and develop their businesses by utilizing increasingly advanced technological developments. However, there are still many creative economic actors who do not know how important financial knowledge, financial attitudes, locus of control, and financial self-efficacy are in a business. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of financial knowledge, financial attitudes, locus of control, self-efficacy on financial management behavior.This research uses a quantitative descriptive method. This method aims to make a description or descriptive of a situation objectively. Respondents in this study were 60 people. The sampling technique was purposive sampling of IWAPI members. The results of this study reveal that financial knowledge has a significant effect on financial management behavior. While financial attitudes, locus of control, financial self-efficacy have no significant effect on financial management behavior. Keywords: Creative Economy, Financial Knowledge, Financial Attitude, Locus Of Control, Self-Efficacy, Financial Management Behavior.

Abstract

Abstract  This study aims to analyze the influence of Fintech Payment on Student Financial Management Behavior and the interaction of Financial Literacy on Fintech Payment and Student Financial Management Behavior. This type of research is quantitative research using MRA (Moderated Regression Analysis) data analysis techniques through statistical program social science (SPSS) version 25. The population of this study was student of faculty of economics and business with  a sample of 86 students who used purposive sampling techniques. The results of this study show that fintech payment have a significant effect on student financial management behavior and financial literacy has a significant interaction with fintech payment and student financial management behavior.  Keywords: Fintech Payment, Financial Management Behavior, Financial Literacy

Abstract

Abstract Social media provides wider access to a global audience at relatively low costs compared to traditional media advertising. The aim of this research is to identify the factors that influence the success of a social media-based marketing strategy in the context of modern marketing and to understand the constraints or challenges faced by companies in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies via social media. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. Results  A deep understanding of the target audience is crucial for designing relevant and engaging content, which can increase engagement and build stronger relationships with consumers. High-quality content and diversification of content types help attract attention and sustain audience interest. Selecting the appropriate social media platform ensures that the company can reach the right audience with their marketing objectives.  Conclusion  The research concludes that facing negative feedback and reputation crises, gaps in understanding and technological skills, changes in consumer behavior, as well as strict privacy regulations and policies, are essential challenges that need to be addressed. Keywords: Social Media, Marketing, Online

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the effect of financial literacy on financial management behavior through hedonistic lifestyle as an intervening variable among economics faculty students. This research uses quantitative methods with Smart Partial Least Square (SmartPLS) path analysis techniques. The respondents of this study were 110 economics faculty students selected by purposive sampling technique. Data was collected using a questionnaire consisting of three variables, namely financial literacy, financial management behavior, and hedonistic lifestyle. Data were analyzed using SmartPLS 3.0. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Financial literacy has a significant positive effect on financial management behavior directly, (2) Financial literacy has a significant positive effect on hedonistic lifestyle directly, (3) Hedonistic lifestyle has an insignificant negative effect on financial management behavior, (4) Hedonistic lifestyle is not proven to mediate the effect of financial literacy on financial management behavior. The higher the financial literacy, the better the financial management behavior, regardless of the influence of hedonistic lifestyle. The implication of this research is the need to improve financial literacy without having to consider the influence of hedonistic lifestyle on financial management behavior.. Keywords: Financial Literacy, Financial Management Behavior, Hedonistic Lifestyle

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of product quality and brand awarness on consumer purchasing decisions for Wardah Cosmetic products in the Kedungkandang District Community, Malang City. The type of research used is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The research sample was taken by purposive sampling technique with the Malhotra formula used to take the sample, namely 5 × from the total parameters studied so that the sample size was 55 respondents. The data analysis method used in this research is quantitative data analysis using the Validity test and Reliability test, Normality test, Multicollinearity test and Heteroscedasticity test, Multiple Liner Regression Analysis, Hypothesis Test, Test Coefficient of Determination (Adjusted R2). The analysis process uses SPSS. The results of the study state that product quality and brand awareness simultaneously affect purchasing decisions and partially product quality and brand awareness have a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions.  Keywords: Product Quality, Brand Awarness, Purchasing Decisions

Abstract

Abstract This research is a type of quantitative research. Where the population in this study was used as a sample using a saturated sample with a population of 32 respondents. By collecting data using the questionnaire method, the aim is to determine the simultaneous and partial influence between the variables of the influence of work environment, discipline, work and motivation on employee performance. The work environment has a partially positive and significant influence on employee performance. Work Discipline has a partial influence on Employee Performance. Motivation has a partially positive and significant influence on Work Commitment. The results of the Coefficient of Determination concluded that the magnitude of the influence of the Work Environment, Work Discipline and Motivation variables on Employee Performance, with the remainder influenced by other variables not examined in this research Keywords: Work Environment, Work Discipline, and Motivation on Employee Performance
