Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze how the Influence of Social Media Use and Product Innovation on Business Development in MSME actors in Kanigaran District, Probolinggo City. The population in the study was MSME actors in Kanigaran District, Probolinggo City and used a sample consisting of 70 respondents. The method used in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS test tool version 23. Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study was to test and analyze the effect of company size, company growth and profitability on company value in companies in the food and beverage industry sector which are listed on the IDX for the 2019-2021 period. This research uses Explanative Research. The sample selection for this study used a purposive sampling method using several criteria. From these criteria, companies in the food and beverage sector are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), companies in the food and beverage industry sector that do not publish annual financial reports consistently on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2019-2021 period and companies in the food and beverage sector. did not experience delisting on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2019-2021 period. The data analysis used was multiple linear regression analysis and used SPSS version 29.0. The results of this study show. Company size has a partially insignificant negative effect on firm value, Company growth has a partially positive and insignificant effect on firm value and Profitability has a partially significant positive effect on firm value Company size, company growth and profitability have a significant positive effect simultaneously on firm value in companies the food and beverage sector listed on the IDX in 2019-2021 Keywords: Company size, company growth profitability and company value.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the influence of YouTuber gadget reviews, design, customer trust and completeness of features on Samsung smartphone buying interest". Using a quantitative approach, this research was conducted among students of the Islamic University of Malang. Data collection methods include distributing questionnaires via googleform to respondents. The sample used was 86 respondents. The results showed that YouTuber gadget reviews did not have a significant influence on Samsung smartphone buying interest, design did not have a significant influence on Samsung smartphone buying interest, customer trust had a significant influence on Samsung smartphone buying interest, and feature completeness had a significant influence on Samsung smartphone buying interest. Abstract

Abstract This research aims to analyze the influence of entrepreneurial motivation, environmental and mental factors on students' entrepreneurial interest. The population in this study were students at the Islamic University of Malang Class of 2020 who had taken entrepreneurship courses. This research uses a quantitative type of research, with a sampling method using a purposive sampling technique which is used based on certain criteria using a questionnaire distributed to 96 respondents. With the results of the multiple linear regression test, entrepreneurial motivation and environmental factors have a positive effect on students' interest in entrepreneurship, while mental health has a negative effect on students' interest in entrepreneurship. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, it is known that simultaneously entrepreneurial motivation, environmental and mental factors have a significant influence on students' entrepreneurial interest, partially entrepreneurial motivation, environmental and mental factors have a significant influence on students' entrepreneurial interest. Entrepreneurial motivation, environmental and mental factors contributed 71.5% to students' entrepreneurial interest. Keywords: Entrepreneurial Motivation, Environmental Factors, and Mentality

Abstract

Abstract This study is to ascertain how the performance of medical records staff members at RSUD Dr. Haryoto Lumajang is impacted by collaboration, work motivation, and work discipline. This research uses quantitative methods with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The respondents in this study were all medical records employees at Dr. Haryoto Lumajang with a total of 36 people. Respondents were selected using a saturated sampling technique. Data were collected using a questionnaire consisting of three independent variables, namely Teamwork, Work Motivation, and Work Discipline and one dependent variable, namely Employee Performance. SPSS (Statistical Program for Social Science) was used to examine the data. The study's findings show that cooperation has no appreciable impact on the performance of medical records employees at Dr. RSUD. Haryoto Lumajang, Work Motivation has a significant effect on the Performance of Medical Record Employees at Dr. RSUD. Haryoto Lumajang, and Work Discipline has a significant effect on the Performance of Medical Record Employees at Dr. RSUD. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze and explain the influence of Work Motivation, Communication, and Work Discipline on Employee Performance (Study on UMKM Coconut Jelly QUEEN in Wringinputih Village, Muncar District, Banyuwangi Regency). The population in this study is 36 employees, all of which are used as research samples. Using multiple linear regression analysis, this study analyzes the influence simultaneously and partially. The results of the study showed simultaneously that work motivation, communication, and work discipline had an effect on employee performance. Partially showed the results that communication and work discipline had an effect on employee performance. Another interesting result in this study is that work motivation has no effect on employee performance, due to the lack of supervision and coaching from the leadership. Keywords: Work Motivation, Communication, Work Discipline and Employee Performance.

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to test and determine the influence of reputation, information quality, and e-wom on buying interest on the Lazada online buying and selling site in Probolinggo (Study at SMA Negeri 1 Kraksan). This research is a type of quantitative research. The sampling technique used the Malhotra formula with calculated results of 100 samples. To solve the problems in this research, SPSS was used with validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, multiple linear regression analysis, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, F tests, and t tests. The research results show that simultaneously the variables Reputation (X1), Information Quality (X2), and E-wom (X3) have a significant effect on Purchase Interest (Y). Partial research results show that Reputation (X1), Information Quality (X2) and E-wom partially have a significant effect on Purchase Interest (Y). Keywords: Reputation, Information Quality, E-wom, Purchase Interest.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of social media, city branding and city image on visiting decisions simultaneously or partially. This type of research is a quantitative approach with explanatory research. The object of this research is the Parijing traditional house tour located in West Sumba. The population in this study is the number of visitors to the traditional Parijing traditional house. The sample technique in this study was nonprobability sampling and was determined by purposive sampling. Determination of the sample in this study using the Malhotra formula and obtained a total sample of 80 respondents. Source of data in this study using primary data by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The results of this study are that social media, city branding and city image influence the decision to visit simultaneously. Meanwhile, partially social media influences visiting decisions, city branding influences visiting decisions and city image influences visiting decisions. Keywoard: Social Media, City Branding, City Image, Visiting Decisions

Abstract

Abstract This research was conducted to determine the effect of work stress and work motivation on the performance of MSME actors in the Tlagah village area, sub-district. Banyuates district. Sampang, Madura, East Java. The type of research used is quantitative research. The sample in this research amounted to 63 respondents with the technique used in this research being non-probability sampling. The research results show that the results of the f test for work stress and work motivation simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance of MSME actors. From the results of the t-test analysis, it is known that the work stress variable has a significant effect on the performance of MSME actors, the work motivation variable has a significant effect on the performance of MSME actors. Keywords: Work stress, work motivation and performance of MSME actors

Abstract

Abstract Globalization and modernization have created a competitive business environment, including fashion industry. In the midst of these conditions, Indonesian people are starting to switch to choosing local products, including fashion product. Erigo is one of fashion local brand people who are serious about competing in the era of globalization and modernization. The aim of this research is to find out whether web design, brand awareness, and personal branding The CEO influences the decision to purchase Erigo products. This type of research is explanatory research using a quantitative approach. Sampling was carried out on 2020 active students of the University of Islam Malang using the Malhotra formula so that a sample of 85 respondents was obtained. This research method uses multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS 25 analysis tool. This research shows that web design, brand awareness, andpersonal branding CEO simultaneously has a significant influence on purchasing decisions. Partially, web design significant influence on purchasing decisions. Partially, brand awareness significant influence on purchasing decisions.
