Abstract

Abstract Changes and developments in current market conditions have had a big influence on the strategies that must be determined by companies in maintaining product quality, pricing, and promotion/marketing strategies for the products they will offer, so that the business can run as they expect, and Feedback from all these activities is to get regular customers who have visited their shop/outlet. This research aims to find out the influence of product quality, price, promotions on customer loyalty. The type of research used in this research is quantitative with a data collection method in the form of distributing questionnaires to 90 respondents, namely consumers at the SEONDBARKLEY thrifshop shop in Malang who will and have purchased second hand clothing products. Then the data obtained was processed using the SPSS computer program. The variable used in this research is Customer Loyalty (dependent variable), while the independent variables are Product Quality, Price and Promotion. This research has met the requirements for validity and reliability. The data analysis used in this research is classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing, and analysis of the coefficient of determination. The results of this research conclude that the variables Product Quality, Price, Promotion have a significant effect on Customer Loyalty, for secondbarkley thrifshop owners it is best to consider adjusting prices to the needs of the community in current conditions. Keywords: Product Quality, Price, Promotion, and Customer Loyalty

Abstract

Abstract This study attempts to ascertain the concurrent effects of remuneration, work environment, and work facilities on the productivity of PT Pancamanah Utama Lamongan personnel. The participants in this study were staff members of PT Pancamanah Utama Lamongan. This study employs quantitative methods. In order to collect data for this case study, non-probability sampling is used to distribute questionnaires to PT Pancamanah Utama Lamongan personnel. A saturated sample was used to calculate the sample size, and 85 responders were found. Multiple linear regression and determination tests were used to evaluate the data. Based on the data analysis results, the F test results demonstrate that PT Pancamanah Utama Lamongan employees' performance is significantly impacted by their work environment, remuneration, and amenities all at the same time. Additionally, the results of the t test indicate that PT Pancamanah Utama Lamongan employees' performance is influenced by their work environment, amenities, and pay. The determination test findings demonstrate that the dependent variable, employee performance, can be predicted by the percentage of 62%, which explains the independent factors, namely normative commitment, continuity commitment, and career development. Additionally, in this study, the data collecting technique may be carried out by monitoring visitors' desire to fill out and follow up with them so that, when presented with a questionnaire, they can promptly and accurately fill it out. Keywords: Employee Performance, Normative Commitment, Continuity Commitment, and Career Development.

Abstract

Abstract The objective of this study is to determine the influence of work-life balance, work stress, and remuneration on the job satisfaction of Warung Parikaton employees both partially and simultaneously. The study uses a quantitative approach, and the population used was Warung Parikaton employees. The sample used was a saturated sample, meaning all of the employees in the restaurant were used as a sample. The results of this study show that work-life balance, work stress, and job satisfaction are simultaneously affected by coefficient of determination, coefficient of determination, instrument testing (validity and reliability test), normality test, classical assumption test (mucticolinierity and heteroscedasticity test), multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis test (t test and F test), and coefficient of determination test. Keywords: Work-life balance, work stress, compensation and job satisfaction

Abstract

Abstract This research refers to the factors of Location, Price and Product Quality on Decisions to Buy Peanuts, with the aim of finding out whether or not an object has an influence on the subject under study. Kangga Village is a village with abundant agricultural products, one of the agricultural products in Kangga Village is peanuts. The problem most peanut producers face is price volatility. Price fluctuations are caused by an imbalance in supply and demand and are influenced by the quantity and price of production factors (inputs) used. Therefore, farmers need to know the price of peanuts, the prices of production factors, and the factors that influence changes (Achmad, 2009). Apart from that, we also strive for ideal location and product quality. The increasingly stringent role in the business world means that business actors must be smarter in understanding changes in consumer behavior. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the influence of Live Streaming, Flash Sale, and Online Customer Review on the purchasing decision of local bag brands on TikTok Shop. Specifically, this research evaluates the impact of these three variables both simultaneously and partially on purchasing decisions. The research method used is quantitative with an explanatory research design. The sample consists of 87 respondents, namely students from the Faculty of Economics and Business at Universitas Islam Malang, class of 2020, who have made purchases of local bag brands on TikTok Shop. Primary data was collected through questionnaires.The results of the study indicate that simultaneously, the variables of Live Streaming, Flash Sale, and Online Customer Review have a significant effect on purchasing decisions, with an adjusted R² value of 0.353, meaning that 35.3% of purchasing decisions are influenced by these three variables. Partially, Live Streaming has a significant effect on purchasing decisions (significance value 0.002 < 0.05). However, Flash Sale (significance value 0.071 > 0.05) and Online Customer Review (significance value 0.749 > 0.05) do not show significant partial effects. Keywords : Live Streaming, Flash Sale, Online Customer Review, Purchasing Decision

Abstract

Abstract Kampung Warna-Warni Jodipan is an increasingly popular tourist destination in Malang City. This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality and location on visitor satisfaction in Kampung Warna-Warni Jodipan. Service quality includes friendliness, speed, accuracy, consistency, reliability, and responsiveness of officers in serving visitors. Meanwhile, location factors include ease of access, availability of supporting facilities, comfortable and safe environment, strategic location, and visibility and availability of information.This study used a survey method by distributing questionnaires to visitors of Kampung Warna-Warni Jodipan. The collected data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis to determine the effect of service quality and location on visitor satisfaction simultaneously and partially.The results showed that service quality and location have a positive and significant effect on visitor satisfaction in Kampung Warna-Warni Jodipan, both simultaneously and partially. Thus, efforts to improve service quality and strategic location selection are very important to increase visitor satisfaction, which in turn will support the development of tourism in Malang City in a sustainable manner. Keywords: Service Quality, Location, Visitor Satisfaction, Kampung Warna-Warni Jodipan, Tourism.

Abstract

 Abstract All humans have life goals they want to achieve. However, in general, every individual wants a happy life. In the financial aspect, a person can feel happiness when they achieve financial satisfaction. Experience in managing finances will influence individual financial satisfaction. However, most students are currently facing their first experience in managing their own finances without being supervised by their parents. This research aims to find out how much influence financial strain, financial management behavior, and childhood consumer experience have on the financial satisfaction of students at the Islamic University of Malang. This type of research is quantitative with an explanatory research approach. Determining the sample size using the Slovin formula obtained 96 respondents. The sampling technique uses proportionate random sampling by dividing the sample according to the number of students in each department. Data processing uses multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS version 22 application. The results of this research show that financial strain does not affect financial satisfaction, while financial management behavior and childhood consumer experience have a significant effect on financial satisfaction. Keywords : Financial Strain, Financial Management Behavior, Childhood Consumer Experience, Financial Satisfaction

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to analyze and explain the effect of reference groups, lifestyle and self-control on the consumptive behavior if Shopee application users. The population of this study were students of the faculty of business economics, poor Islamic university class of 2021. The sampling technique used Snowball sampling with the Slovin formula and obtained 87 respondents. The method of data analysis in this study is quantitative data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS. The results showed that lifestyle variables had an effect on the consumptive behaviour of Shopee application users, while reference groups and self-control had no effect on the consumptive behaviour of Shopee application users. Keywords: Reference Group, Lifestyle, Self-Control and Consumptive Behavior

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to (1) To analyze the simultaneous influence of Brand Ambassador and Testimonials on Interest in Buying the Tokopedia Online Shop in Malang City, (2) To analyze the partial influence of Brand Ambassador on Interest in Buying the Tokopedia Online Shop in Malang City, (3) To analyze the partial influence Testimonial about interest in buying the Tokopedia online shop in Malang City. The population in this study were FEB students class 2022 - 2023. The number of samples or respondents taken based on the Hair et all formula was 55 students. Data collection in this research was carried out by distributing questionnaires via Google Form to each respondent. The results of this research show that there is an influence between the independent variables, namely Brand Ambassador and Testimonials, on the dependent variable, namely buying interest.  Keywords: Brand Ambassador, Testimonials, Purchase Interest.

Abstract

Abstract This research is to find out how corn farmers' marketing strategies increase income, as well as knowing the Islamic economics review of marketing strategies. This research is descriptive qualitative, namely research that is explanatory and aims to obtain a complete picture of something being researched. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation.The results of the research show that the marketing strategy implemented by corn farmers in Soriutu Village, Manggelewa District, Dompu Regency, NTB, is to increase income, by implementing a product marketing mix system, price, place, promotion. The products marketed have quality from superior seeds using quality fertilizer. Pricing is in accordance with product quality. The promotion implemented is still very simple, namely using personal selling or direct promotion (personal selling). The marketing mix method is stated to be quite good. According to the Islamic economic perspective, it can be concluded that the marketing strategy implemented is in accordance with Islamic principles, the products offered are halal, pricing does not harm both parties, the business location is very strategic and easy to reach for consumers, promotions are carried out honestly, correctly, gently and with sincerity to serve. consumer. Keyword: Strategy, Marketing, Revenue, and Islamic economic perspective
