Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to find out and analyze the Effects of Country of Origin, Perceived Quality and Price on Purchase Intention with Brand Image as Intervening Variables (case studies on Castrol oil users in Castrol Active Sawojajar Workshop, Malang City). Castrol oil sales in workshops have decreased so author as interested in doing this research. With existin theory hopefully it can answer the existing problems. The sample in this study were 72 customers. Based on the results of hypothesis testing it is known that the Country of Origin Perception, Perceived Quality, and Price have a direct influence on Brand Image. Country of Origin Perception, Perceived Quality, and Price have direct influence on Purchase Intention. Brand Image has a direct influence on Purchase Intention. The Country of Origin Perception, Perceived Quality, and Price have an indirect influence on Purchase Intention through Brand image as an Intervening Variable. Keywords: Country Of Origin, Perceived Quality ,  Price, Purchase Intention Dan Brand Image

Abstract

AbstractThis research was conducted with the aim of analyzing the effect of Work Family Conflict and Family Work Conflict on the Job Stress of Female Lecturers at Islamic University of Malang. The population in this study were 152 female lecturers at the university. The sampling technique used is proportional stratified random sampling wherein this technique is for selecting samples based on class. The analytical method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis with hypothesis testing using the t test and f test. From this study produced answers that have been previously processed that Work Family Conflict and Family Work Conflict simultaneously affect Work Stress, Work Family Conflict affects Work Stress and Family Work Conflict Against Work Stress.Keywords: Work Family Conflict, Family Work Conflict and Work Stress

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study is entitled The Effect of Leadership Style, Communication, and Organizational Commitment on Management Performance (PMII Rayon Al-Farabi case study). The purpose of this determination is to find out and analyze the influence of leadership style, communication, and organizational commitment to the management performance, both simultaneously and partially. Managing people in PMII Rayon Al-Farabi's organization is not easy, because it has a board of 225 people. Of course they have varied and different characters, desires, thought patterns, and skills. So that it becomes an important capital for management and organizational leaders to have an ideal leadership style, good communication and strong commitment, so that each individual has a real contribution and good performance. This type of research used in this research is quantitative research. Analysis technique using multiple regression. While the sampling technique in this study uses proportionate stratified rondom sampling. Based on the results of this study that the leadership style (X1), communication (X2), and organizational commitment (X3) simultaneously have an influence on performance (Y). The independent variable that has a dominant influence is communication (X2), which has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the board. Keywords: Leadership Style, communication, organizational commitment, performance

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of economic value added, net profit margin, return on asset, return on equity, earning per share, and price earning ratio to the stock price in property and real estate sector in BEI. Sampling determination technique in this research use purposive sampling, the final sample is 26 companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange on 2013-2016. this research take secondary data through the financial statements of each company in Indonesia Stock Exchange website. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 20 for windows. The result of the research shows that EVA has a positive and significant effect on stock price, NPM does not affect the stock price ROA has a negative and significant effect on stock price ROE has no significant effect on stock price EPS has a positive and significant effect on stock prices PER has a positive and significant effect on stock price. Abstract

AbstractThis study was used to analyze the effect of work supervision, work culture, work environment, and job satisfaction on employee work productivity at PT Sindsali Pasluen Regency. The sample for this survey was 71 employees who answered. The method used in this study is multiple linear regression with first-order data analysis using the SPSS For Windows application. Based on the results of the research and discussion in the previous chapter, the following conclusions can be drawn:The test results simultaneously show that the variables of work supervision, work culture, work environment and job satisfaction have an effect on employee productivity. The partial test results show that the Work Supervision Variable has no effect on Employee Work Productivity. The partial test results show the variables of work culture, work environment and job satisfaction have a positive effect on employee productivity.Keywords: Work Supervision, Work Culture, Work Environment, Job Satisfaction, Employee Productivity

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of Service Recovery and Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction. A case study of Griya Laundry UMKM. This research was conducted at the Griya Laundry UMKM in Kasembon District. This research is included in the type of explanatory research where this research uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study were consumers who were at least 17 years old, had experienced Service Failures and had made transactions at the Griya Laundry UMKM, while the sample studied was 60 respondents. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. Sources of data in this study using primary data. The data was processed using SPSS 14.0 software. The data analysis method used is an instrument test consisting of validity test, reliability test then normality test, classical assumption test, hypothesis test consisting of f test, t test and determination test. It is known that the f test shows that Service Recovery and Service Quality have a simultaneous effect on Customer Satisfaction. while the t test shows that Service Recovery has a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction. Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction. In the Adjusted R Square coefficient of determination, the results show 69.5% and another 30.5% is influenced by other factors not included in the study.  Keywords: Service Recovery, Service Quality, Customer Satisfation

Abstract

AbstractThis research was conducted to determine the effect of motivation, work discipline and work environment on the performance of nurses (at the Ngimbang Regional General Hospital, Lamongan, East Java). This research uses explanatory research and a quantitative approach. Arikunto's theory is used to take samples, that is, the population is less than 100, so the entire population is taken as a sample, so this research is called saturated sample or census research. The sample in this study included all nurses at Ngimbang Hospital, Lamongan, East Java, totaling 90 nursesTo solve the problem in this study, using the validity test, reliability test, normality test, multiple linear regression test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, classical assumption test. The study used multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 20. The results of this study were simultaneously the variables of Work Motivation, Work Discipline and Work Environment on Nurse Performance at the Ngimbang Regional General Hospital, Lamongan, East Java, the work motivation variable partially had a positive and significant effect. on the performance of nurses at the Ngimbang Regional General Hospital, Lamongan, East Java, the variable work discipline partially has a positive and significant effect on the performance of nurses at the Ngimbang Regional General Hospital, Lamongan, East Java, the work environment variable partially has a positive and significant effect on performance. Abstract

Abstrak This study aims to determine the effect of motivation and self-efficacy beliefs on the entrepreneurial interest of student majoring ini management, Faculty of Economics anda Business, Islamic University of Malang. The population in this study were undergraduate students majoring in management, economics and business faculty in 2018. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with the slovin formula targeted at 85 student majoring ini management. The place of research was conducted in the management department of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang. Teh data analysis  method used classical assumption test and multiple linear regression to analyze teh data using the SPSS 14 application of windows evalution version. The results showed that motivation had a significant effect on interest in entrepreneurship. Abstract

Abstract The purpose of the study was to describe work conflict, work stress and organizational culture and to determine its effect on employee performance simultaneously and partially. This research method uses quantitative methods with this type of research (explanatory research). The sample of this research is the employees of PT. KARYA MEKAR DEWATAMALI using the slovin formula resulted in 61 respondents. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire. The analytical method used in this study is multiple regression analysis with the help of SPSS 16. for windows. The results of this study indicate that: (1) simultaneously there is a significant influence between work conflict, work stress and organizational culture on employee performance at PT. KARYA MEKAR DEWATAMALI while partially (2) work conflict has a significant effect on employee performance (3) work stress does not significantly affect employee performance (4) organizational culture partially affects employee performance at PT. Abstract

 Abstract This study aims to determine: (1) the effect of price perceptions on purchasing decisions on the saulimart kesamben supermarket, (2) the effect of service quality on the saulimart kesamben supermarket purchasing decisions, (3) the influence of location on the purchase decision on the saulimart kesamben supermarket, (4) the effect of brand image on purchasing decisions at saulimart kesamben supermarket, (5) the effect of consumer commitment on purchasing decisions on saulimart kesamben supermarket and (6) the effect of perceived price, service quality, location, brand image and consumer commitment on purchasing decisions on saulimart kesamben supermarket. This study uses a causal associative method using a quantitative approach. The population in this study are consumers who have made a purchase at Saulimart Kesamben. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling with a sample size of 190 people. Data collection techniques using questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis techniques using multiple regression. The results of this study indicate that: (1) price perceptions have a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions on saulimart kesamben supermarket customers as indicated by the value of t count> t table and significant <0.05; (2) service quality has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions on saulimart kesamben supermarkets with t arithmetic> t table and significant <0.05; (3) location has a significant positive effect on Saulimart Kesamben's self-service purchasing decisions with a value of t arithmetic> T table and significant <0.05; (4) brand image has a significant effect on purchasing decisions on sauli mart supermarket customers with the value of t arithmetic> t table and significant <0.05; (5) consumer commitment has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions on saulimart kesamben supermarkets with t arithmetic values> t table and significant <0.05 Keywords: Effect of Price, Service Quality, Location, Brand Image, Consumer Commitment, and Purchasing Decisions
