Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purposes of this study are to find out and analyze: (1) The influence of brand image toward the product re-purchase intention. (2) The influence of halal label perception toward repurchase intention. (3) The influence of brand image and halal label toward repurchase intention. This study used descriptive quantitative research. The population of this study are the customers of zoya product in Malang by the sampling of female customers who had purchased the and the customers who had consumed the product. The accidental sampling used convenience sampling with the amount of respondent are 95. This study used multiple linear regression analysis.  The result of this study are as follows: (1) Brand image positively and significantly influence on the repurchase intention with tcount 3,946 and significant value is 0,000 (2) Halal label perception positively and significantly influence on the repurchase intention with tcount 4,262 and significant value is 0,000. (3) Simultaneously, brand image and halal label positively and significantly influence on the repurchase intention with Fcount 41,756 and significant value is 0,000. Keywords: Brand image, halal label perception, Repurchase intention

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the Effect of Competence and Training on the Performance of Menganti Health center. The type of research used is experimental. The data used are primary data, which was obtained using a questionnaire in the form of a questionnaire. The population that is the object of this research is all medical personnel at the Menganti health center.The data analysis technique in this study uses an instrument test consisting of validity and reliability, normality test, classic assumption test consisting of multicollinearity test and hiterokesdatisitas, multiple linear regression test and hypothesis test consisting of F test and t test.The results of data analysis show that: (1) the description shows the following (a) performance appreciated by quality and use of time (b) appreciated competencies are traits, knowledge and skills (c) training appreciated goals, trainers and material (2) Competence and training does not affect performance (3) competence does not affect performance (4) Training does not affect performance.Keywords: competence, training and performance.

Abstract

Abstract            The reasearch aims to find out about how the influence of price and service quality on loyalty with customer satisfaction is an intervening variable for grab customer in malang. And rather than that researchers use case studies on boarding students in the tlogomas malang village itself. Using a quantitative approach, and data obtained through survey method with questionnaire questionnaire instrument. Which is the population is the grab consumers of boarding school students in the sample if the subject is less than one hundred is better taken all so that the results of the analysis include test instrument (validity test, reliability test, normality test, path analysis), and hypothesis testing ( T test, sobel test).Kata Kunci: price, service quality, customer satisfaction layolty grab.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to find out about how the leadership style in Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) 1 Malang Regency. In this study, the variables used to determine leadership style are using work stress, motivation and organizational culture. Based on data obtained from Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN)1 Malang Regency, there are 47 teachers who meet the criteria or qualify as a research sample. Then, in determining this sample, researchers used a purposeful sampling method. That is, we decided on a sample based on certain criteria. Some also use the analytical method used, namely multiple linear regression analysis, ie research data in the form of panel data. The study found that work stress variables influence leadership style. Motivation variables have the same effect on leadership style. In addition, the cultural variables of the organization show the consequences that influence leadership style. Not only do these three variables affect simultaneously or together, but the consequences of work stress, motivation, and organizational culture affecting leadership style at the same time. Keywords : Leadership style, Job stress, Motivation, Organizational Culture

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine how the influence of store atmosphere and in store promotion simultaneously on impulse buying, how does the influence of store atmosphere on impulse buying and to find out how the effect of in store promotion on impulse buying studies on the Bandung Super Model Distro, Dinoyo, Malang. In this study there are 2 (two) independent variables namely store atmosphere and in store promotion and 1 (one) dependent variable, namely impulse buying. The population in this study were people who had shopped at the Bandung Super Model Distro, Dinoyo, Malang City, and the sample in this study was taken using a purposive sampling technique that is sample selection based on certain criteria and obtained a sample size of 60 respondents. Data sources used are primary data and data collection methods used are using questionnaire techniques (Questionnaire). The results of this study state that store atmosphere and in store promotion variables simultaneously influence the impulse buying variable, store atmosphere variables partially have a significant positive effect on impulse buying variables, and in store promotion variables partially have a significant positive effect on impulse buying variables.Keywords: store atmosphere, in store promotion, impulse buying.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This8study aimed konstan to find out the konstan effects the variables of Operating Leverage and Financial Leverage partially on Earnings per Share. The data used in the study were secondary data obainted from the Indonesia Stock Exchange, namely the financial reports from 2014-2016. The research population comparised 539 companies which had konstan been and were konstan still listed konstan in the Indonesia konstan Stock Exchange konstan in 2014-2016 periods. The sample was selected by means konstan of the purposive konstan sampling technique and 14 the textile companies konstan were included in the sampel. The data analysis technique was multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the data analysis, partially the Degree of Operating Leverage had a positive and not significant affect the Earnings per Share, and the Degree of Financial Leverage had a positive and significant affect on the Earnings Per Share. The value of the adjusted R-square was 0,107 indicating that the independent variable was capable of explaining the variance in the dependent variable by 10,7%, and the konstan remaining 89,3% was explained by other variables outside the research model. The multiple konstan linear konstan regression equation in the study could be formulated as follows:                                                                              Y = 1,9998 + 0,008 DOL + 0,158 DFL + eKeywords: Operating Leverage, Financial Leverage, Earnings Per Share.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to know the management of Village Funds in an effort to increase the development and impact of the Village Fund on development in the village of Banyuates. Data analysis method used is quantitative descriptive analysis by using village head and village apparatus as informant. The results show that the Village Fund Management by Banyuates Village Government both technically and administratively has been run in accordance with existing regulations. The Village Government of Banyuates has been responsible for the management of the Village Fund well, this can be proved by the Letter of Accountability which consists of general cash book, receipts, letter of payment request, and memorandum of funds disbursement. In this case the village government is serious in managing the Village Fund to improve the facilities and infrastructure and the quality of Human Resources (HR) and Village Fund also give positive impact on development in Banyuates village both in the field of physical development and empowerment of society.Keywords: Management, Village Funds, Devolopment.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to analyze whether there are differences in financial abnormal return to the consumer goods industry sector, especially in the food and beverages sub-sector and the pharmaceuticals sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange before and during the right issue. This research was conducted with 2 right issues, the first case of Covid - 19 which occurred on March 2, 2020 and the implementation of the first PSBB by the government on March 30, 2020 with observation periods of 3 days before and 3 days after the announcement respectively. This type of research is an event study using quantitative descriptive methods. Determination of the sample using purposive sampling, with a total sample of 13 food and beverages companies and 7 pharmaceuticals companies. The data used in this study include stock prices, daily closings, stock indexes. The data analysis technique used to answer the research hypothesis was paired sample t-test and Wilcoxon signed ranks test. The results of this study indicate that there is no difference in abnormal returns in the two research sub-sectors before and after the announcement of the first Covid-19 case, while before and after the implementation of PSBB by the government there are differences in abnormal returns in these two subsectors.  Key Words : Right Issue, Financial Abnormal Return, Event Study, Food and Beverages Sub                              Sector and Pharmaceuticals Sub Sector.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the influence of spiritual leadership and job satisfaction on employee performance CV. Forward Djaya Concrete. The location of this research was conducted on employees who work at CV. Forward Djaya Concrete. This research is a quantitative research. This research uses a case study method where data is obtained by distributing questionnaires to employees of CV. Maju Djaya Beton selected by purposive sampling. Determination of the number of samples using the Maholtra formula and the results obtained were 95 respondents. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression test and determination test. Based on the results of data analysis, the results of the F test indicate that spiritual leadership and job satisfaction simultaneously have a significant and positive effect on employee performance at CV. Forward Djaya Concrete. Furthermore, the results of the t test show that spiritual leadership and job satisfaction partially have a significant and positive effect on employee performance at CV Maju Djaya Beton. The results of the determination test show that the percentage is 31.6%, where employee performance is able to be influenced by spiritual leadership and job satisfaction. It is better if a leader in deciding the appropriate decision must be considered again and discussed more thoroughly, in order to provide useful solutions for the progress of the company. Keywords: Employee Performance, Spiritual Leadership, Job Satisfaction

Abstract

Abstrack Based on the research carried out with the aim of analyzing the influence of the influence of training, compensation and work motivation on employee performance at PT. Bima sakti Sidoarjo. The population in this study were employees of PT. Bima sakti, which numbered 52 people. The study uses a quantitative approach that is influential (regression). This study used a saturated sample because all members of the population were selected as samples, namely all employees of PT. Bima Sakti Sidoarjo totaling 52 employees. The analytical method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis with hypothesis testing using t test and f test. From this research, the answers that have been previously processed show that simultaneously Job Training, Work Compensation and Work Motivation have an effect on Job Performance, Job Training has an effect on Work Performance, Work Compensation has an effect on Work Performance, and Work Motivation has an effect on Work Performance. Keywords: Job Training, Work Compensation, Work Motivation, Work Performance
