Abstract

ABSTRACThis study aims to analyze and discuss customer value, service quality and customer satisfaction. The population consists of 550 and the sample consists of 85 consumers. Data collection in this study through a questionnaire. Data analysis in this study uses SPSS version 14. Testing the application of data used in this study include multiple regression analysis, validity test, reliability test, normality test, classic assumption test, and research hypothesis test. Partially the customer value variable does not have a significant effect on the BRI customer satisfaction variable of the bank martadinata Malang branch. While service quality variables have a significant effect on customer satisfaction at BRI Malang Martadinata branch. That there is a simultaneous effect of variable customer value and service quality on customer satisfaction at the BRI branch of the Martadinata branch in Malang.Keywords: Customer Value, Service Quality, Customer Satisfaction

Abstract

AbstractConsumers generally buy a product that is truly in accordance with their needs and desires. In addition, consumers buy a product or service adjusting the price with the quality of products offered by a company or online store site to achieve a satisfaction and loyalty. The price and quality of the products provided is the most important component by the company for consumer satisfaction. Companies must pay attention to important things for consumers, so they feel the expected satisfaction. The main thing in satisfaction and loyalty is the quality of the product and the price offered. In addition, loyalty also provides a very large profit for the company, because it affects customer buying patterns and supports what customers give to others. This study aims to determine the price and quality of products that directly affect customer loyalty through customer satisfaction as an intervention variable. The purpose of this study : a) To determine the price determined customer loyalty. b) To find out the quality of the prosucts approved for consumer loyalty. c) To understand customer satisfaction. d) To find out the suggested price and product quality on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction as an intervening variable. The type of research is quantitative. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire and observation. The population in this study took data obtained from students who live in the village of Merjosari, Malang as many as 480 respondents, with a sample in this study obtained 83 respondents. Data analysis methods used were instrument testing, normality testing, path analysis (Path Analysis), and hypothesis testing using SPSS v16 tools. The results in this study indicate that positive and significant prices on consumer loyalty and product quality are positive and significant on consumer loyalty by value (0,000) and there is a relathionship between product quality and customer satisfaction as an intervening variable relationship to customer loyalty with a value of one tailed probability (0,0). Keywords : Price, Product Quality, Consumer Satisfaction, Consumer Loyalty.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research was conducted to analyze the Consumer PsychologicalFactors on the Purchasing Decision of Samsung Mobile Brand (Case Study onMeteor Cell Malang). The formulation of the problem in this research is a declinein sales of products Hanphone Samsung for 3 months in a row. The independentvariable consists of motivation (X1), perception (X2), knowledge (X3), andattitude X4) dependent variable is Purchase Decision (Y). Sample amounted to100 respondents taken using explanatory research technique (explanatoryresearch). Analysts use SPSS 16.0 which includes, reliability test, validity test,Normality Test, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, hypothesistesting through F test and t test.Attitude variable shows the largest regression coefficient. Attitude is themost important factor affecting Samsung Mobile Brand Buying Decision (CaseStudy In Meteor Cell Malang). The third important factor is Knowledge, thenPerception as the fourth factor that affect the Purchase Decision.Keywords: motivation, perception, knowledge, and attitude, PurchaseDecision.

Abstract

AbstractThis research was conducted at Bank BSA (BPR Sum Adiyatra) Malang Branch. The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the effect of the application of Islamic values and work environment on the performance of employees of Bank BSA Malang Branch. The variable used is the application of Islamic values and work environment as an independent variable, while the employee performance variable as the dependent variable. The sample used in this study was 40 employees of Bank BSA Malang Branch. The study uses descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistics. Data collection method by collecting primary data. The analysis used includes the testing of instruments, the classical assumption test, normality test, multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing using multiple regression analysis. The results showed that the variable implementation of Islamic values significantly influenced the performance of Bank BSA Malang Branch employees, while the work environment variable did not significantly influence the performance of Bank BSA Branch Malang employees. Keywords:  application of Islamic values, work environment and employee performance.

Abstract

ABSTRACKThis research is conducted in the partner unit Desa Pakis, Malang Regency. The purpose of the study is to examine effect, analyze salary, communication and training on employe performance of cooperatives in Pakis Village, Malang Regency.The variables used are compensation, communication and training as independent variables, and employee performance variables as depend on variable. The example used of the study were 40 employees of the cooperative unit Pakis Village, Malang Regency. This study used quantitative examples and explanatory research methods. Data collection method is used by collecting the data. The analysis included collecting test, classic assumption test, normal test, analysis regression multiple choice, hypothesis test determination and coefficient test using analysis regression with the help of SPSS 24.0.               The results showed that the compensation and training variables had a significant effect on the employee performance of the unit cooperative Pakis Village, Malang Regency. Meanwhile, the communication variable had significant effect on the employee performance of the unit cooperative employee Pakis Village, Malang Regency. Abstract

Abstract This study was conducted to examine whether the effect of the variables Liquidity, Profitability, Asset Structure, Firm Size on Capital Structure in Automotive Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2019 period. In addition, to test the feasibility of the regression model for the influence of the variables Liquidity, Profitability, Asset Structure, Company Size on Capital Structure partially in Automotive Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2019 Period. The population in this study is 13 automotive companies that have been and are still listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2019 period. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling and obtained as many as ten companies. The data analysis technique used is by using multiple linear regression tests. The results showed that Liquidity and Profitability had a negatif and significant effect on Capital Structure. Abstract

ABSTRACTThe research was0conducted0at0PG Kebon0Agung Malang, East Java. The purpose of this research is to examine and analyze the effect of intellectual quotient, emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on employee performance.The variables used are intellectual0quotient, 0emotional0intelligence0and0spiritual intelligence0as0independent0variables, 0employee0performance as the0dependent variable. The sample used was 88 PG employees of the Agung Malang garden in East Java using the proportional stratified random method. Data collection method used is questionnaire. The analysis used includes instrument testing, classical assumption test, normality test, linear regression multiple regression, hypothesis testing and determination coefficient test using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 14.0 for Windows software.The results showed0that intellectual0quotient, 0emotional intelligence, and spiritual intelligence had a significant effect on the employees performance of the Malang Kebon Agung PG in East Java.Keywords : Intellectual Quotient, Emotional Intelligence, Spiritual Intelligence and Employee Performance

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study is to find out the description of Job Satisfaction, Engagement, and Intention to Transfer Grab Drivers in the study of the Grab Driver Community in Malang City. To find out the effect of Job Satisfaction and Engagement on Transfer Intentions for Grab Drivers, a study was conducted on the Grab Driver Community in Malang City. To find out the effect of Job Satisfaction on the Transfer Intention of Grab Drivers, a study was conducted on the Grab Driver Community in Malang City. To find out the effect of attachment on Grab Driver's Transfer Intention, study on the Malang City Grab Driver Community.The population in this study amounted to 245 and the sample used was 71 respondents. Collecting data using the distribution of questionnaires. Data analysis in this study using SPSS 25. The sampling technique used quantitative methods and the data testing techniques used were Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Test, Hypothesis Testing and Coefficient of Determination.The results of the analysis show that Job Satisfaction and Engagement have a simultaneous effect on the Transfer Intention of the Malang City Grab Driver. Job Satisfaction has a partial effect on the Transfer Intention of Grab Drivers in Malang City. Abstract

Abstract A data collection method using a questionnaire. The analytical methods used are instrumental testing, multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption testing, decision testing, and f-test and t-test using SPSS16.0 computer software for data processing. This is shown by the results of this study price has an effect on purchasing decisions, product quality has an effect on purchasing decisions and advertising has an effect on purchasing decisions. Abstract Menurut Greenberg dalam Setiyana (2013: 384), tekanan mental di tempat kerja merupakan struktur yang sulit untuk didefinisikan, stres mental dalam pekerjaan terjalin erat dengan satu orang, yang berlari karena masalah, karena beberapa pekerja mengemban suatu hierarki.questionnaires distributed to PT Aneka Aulia Lestari properties and samples were collected using the census.
