Abstract

Abstract               This research was conducted with the aim of partially analyzing the growth of the  Company, Total Asset Turnover (TATO) and Earning Per Share (EPS) and corporate income tax on the company's stock prices in the mining industry sector.               The population used in this study were all companies registered with Manufacturing Companies during the period 2016 to 2018. The selection of samples used the purposive sampling method. Based on the criteria obtained 19 companies. The method used is multiple linear regression analysis with hypothesis testing using the t test and f test.               Partial company growth has a positive and significant influence on stock prices. Total asset turnover (TATO) partially has a positive and significant effect on stock prices. Earning Per Share (EPS) partially has a positive and significant effect on stock prices, partially corporate income tax have a negative and not significant effect on stock prices and company growth, total asset turnover, earnings per share and tax rates simultan eously have a positive and significant effect on prices stockKeywords: Company growth,  Total asset turnover (TATO) and Earning Per Share (EPS), Corporate income tax ratessimultaneously have a positive and significant effect on prices stock rates and stock prices.

Abstract

Abstrak                Tingginya persaingan di dunia bisnis khususnya di dunia bisnis mebel, pebisnis dituntut untuk memberikan kepuasan kepada konsumen. Setelah konsumen puas, mereka akan mendapatkan tingkat loyalitas yang positif. Pelanggan pasti akan kembali dan melakukan pembelian berulang dan otomatis yang menguntungkan bagi pengusaha. Untuk alasan ini, perlu dipikirkan faktor-faktor apa yang mempengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan sehingga pengusaha dapat memenuhi kepuasan pelanggan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan Kualitas Produk, Lokasi dan Kepuasan dengan Loyalitas Pelanggan pada UD. RIZA JAYA MEBEL. Populasi adalah konsumen UD. RIZA JAYA MEBEL. Sampel yang digunakan adalah 86 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan kuesioner dengan teknik purposive sampling. Analisis data menggunakan analisis jalur. Dimana Kualitas Produk sebagai X1, Lokasi X2, Kepuasan Y dan Loyalitas Z. Hasil dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan hubungan positif dan signifikan antara Kualitas Produk dan Lokasi terhadap Loyalitas Pembelian melalui Kepuasan sebagai variabel Intervening.

Abstract

ABSTRACT                                                  Technological developments in Indonesia are growing through innovations made by the public in using the internet facility. Internet has an important role to support the development of e-commerce to make online transaction. Many transportation online, making people more often make the purchase decision for a product or services. In the purchase decision there are several factors that support is trust, ease of use, and quality of information with these three factors a person is able to take the decision to purchase the product or not.This research is explanative using a qualitative approach. The population in this study are UNISMA students majoring in management who have used the services of go-jek, so that the purposive sampling and sample of 93 respondents using a scale of liker 5 points. Methods of data collection are done by giving questionnaires. Data processing conducted with technique of multiple regression analysis to test the hypothesis simultaneously and partially Results of the analysis showed that consumers had a enough good response to the trust, ease of use, quality of information and purchasing decisions. By simulate trust, ease of use and quality of information have significant effect of  9,846. By partial showed that trust and ease of use have not significant effect on the purchase decision and than quality of information have significant effect on the purchase decision. Keyword : Trust, Ease of use, and Quality of Information

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe competition between companies is currently very strong, that is why companies are able to create quality and quantity of human resources, which can effective and efficient so that company goals are achieved. There are two important behaviors for a company's progress, namely behavior in and out of the role. Extra-Role Behavior or Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) can maximize the efficiency and productivity of employees and organizations, which effectively become an organization. OCB is a positive behavior of individuals in an organizational that shows an attitude of conscious and voluntary willingness to contribute more to the organization, if formally is required. This study souls to: (1) identify and test the effects of job satisfaction and organizational engagement on the behavior of PT Duta Beton Mandiri employees, (2) the effects of job satisfaction from job satisfaction from job satisfaction on Citizenship Organizations (OCV Organizations) to know and to test) employees of PT Duta Beton Mandiri, (3) Knowing and testing the effect of organizational commitment on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) employees of PT Duta Beton Mandiri. This research is research with a quantitative approach. The subjects of this study were 57 employees of PT Duta Beton Mandiri. Data collection with questionnaires, interviews and questionnaires. While data analysis was performed using a validity test, a data normality test, a multicollinearity test, a t-test, and a f test and coefficient of determination. The method of analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study at a significance level of 5% indicate that: (1) Job satisfaction and organizational commitment have a positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), (2) Job satisfaction has a positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), (3) Organizational commitment has a positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB).So the coefficient of determination (R²) obtained is 0.452. This means that 45.2% Organizational Citizenship Behavior can be explained by the independent variables namely job satisfaction and organizational commitment while the remaining 54.8% Organizational Citizenship Behavior is influenced by other variables not examined in this studyKeywords: job Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment, OCB

Abstract

AbstractThe development of the era of globalization and the industrial revolution 4.0 is a challenge for organizations to be able to improve the quality of their human resources. The Covid-19 pandemic, which has changed all aspects of employment activities, has made employees have to be able to adapt to new online-based work systems. This study aims to determine the direct effect of organizational commitment, compensation and motivation on organizational citizenship behavior and motivation as an intervening variable. The population in this study amounted to 148 employees with a purposive sampling technique of 79 contract employees. Using path analysis, and the research results show that organizational commitment has a direct effect on motivation, compensation has a direct effect on motivation, organizational commitment has a direct effect on organizational citizenship behavior, compensation has no direct or indirect effect on organizational citizenship behavior, motivation has a direct effect on organizational citizenship behavior , motivation cannot mediate the effect of organizational commitment on organizational citizenship behavior, motivation can only mediate the effect of compensation on organizational citizenship behavior. Keywords              : Organizational Commitment, compensation, motivation and organizational citizenship behavior.

Abstract

Abstract This study was used to determine how the influence of leadership, discipline and work motivation on employee performance partially at the Village Unit Cooperative (KUD) Pakis Kab.Malang. In this study, there are 4 variables used, namely the variables of leadership, discipline and work motivation are independent variables and employee performance which is the dependent variable. The research data collected was through a questionnaire using a Likert scale and the data analysis used was multiple linear regression analysis tested using SPSS. Sampling data using the Slovin formula with an error scale of 0.1, which is as many as 57 respondents. The results showed that leadership had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work discipline had a positive effect on employee performance and work motivation had a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance. Keywords: Leadership, Discipline, Work Motivation, Employee Performance

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study is to discover and analyze the pricing, content marketing, and online consumer reviews that influence purchasing decisions for TikTok store users. The sample for this research was users of the 2019 batch of tiktok shop management students from the Faculty of Business and Economics, Islamic University of Malang, with 85 respondents. The independent variables consist of the variables of price, content marketing and online consumer reviews. Meanwhile, the dependent variable of this study is the purchase decision variable measured using multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 25. The result of the study is that there is a simultaneous influence of price, content marketing and customer reviews online consumers on purchasing decisions on tiktok shop users of students at the University of Malang Islam Faculty of Economics and Business. Meanwhile, the partial effect only occurs in the price variable on purchasing decisions, while the content marketing and online consumer reviews variables have no partial effect on purchasing decisions. Keywords: Online Store, Price, Content Marketing, Online Consumer Reviews, Purchase Decision

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to determine how the Quick Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Total Asset Turn Over and Net Profit Margin had an effect on earnings growth.This research uses quantitative research. The selection of this research sample uses Purposive Sampling techniques using several criteria. And selected 10 coal sub-sector mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2017. Analysis of the data used is multiple linear regression analysis.The results of this study that Quick Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Total Asset Turn Over did not affect earnings growth. While Net Profit Margin has an effect on earnings growth. And it can be concluded that the Quick Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Total Asset Turn Over and Net Profit Margin jointly influence earnings growth. Keywords: Quick Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Total Asset Turn Over, Net Profit Margin and Earnings Growth.
