Abstract

ABSTRACTStudents are confronted with many choices of qualified organizations also have their respective advantages. No exception on the Malang Islamic University Campus, Malang Islamic University does have three extra-campus organizations, namely PMII, HMI and GMNI. However, Malang Islamic University is the largest PMII regeneration barn in Malang. Reasons for Malang Islamic University to become the largest PMII regeneration barn in Malang because this campus is an NU campus and of course PMII is an organization based on Ahlusunnah wal Jama'ah and PMII is one of the student organizations formed to supply young intellectuals In this study there are two functions variable is the dependent variable (independent) and the independent variable (dependent). Dependent variables are variables that are influenced or explained by independent variables, while independent variables are variables that can affect other variables. Where this research is a study of primary data through a questionnaire. The data used are secondary data and primary data. The statistical method used is multiple linear regression by conducting classical assumption tests, correlation coefficients and determination coefficients and testing hypotheses namely f test and t test.The results of the research conducted that the advertisement variables influence the decision making of students choosing the PMII organization (Rayon Al-Farabi FEB Unisma) and the personal selling variable influences the students' decision making in choosing the PMII organization (Rayon Al-Farabi FEB Unisma). The results of this study can provide information to rayon administrators about the influence of advertising and personal selling on the management of rayon AL-Farabi and also for further researchers so that they can add other variables that can influence student decision making that are not examined by researchers.Keywords: Advertising; Personal Selling

Abstract

ABSTRACTBased on research carried out with the aim of analyzing the influence of brand image, product quality and price on purchasing decisions on consumer eiger bags for boarding students in dinoyo village, amounting to 374 people. The sampling technique used is proportional stratified random sampling in which the technique is to select samples based on class. The analytical method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis with hypothesis testing using the t test and f test. These results indicate that brand image, product quality and price influence purchasing decisions. brand image has a partial effect on purchasing decisions, product quality has a partial effect on purchasing decisions, and Price has a partial effect on purchasing decisions. Keywords: Brand Image, Product Quality, Price, Purchase Decision

Abstract

ABSTRACT The aim of this study was to know the effect of product quality, service, price and location about customer loyalty through satisfaction as an intervening variable to Super Geprek Restaurant at Dinoyo Malang.The research design in this study was quantitative. approach in the form of explanatory research. The population was all consumers who became unknown customers at “Super Geprek” Restaurant. The sampling technique that used was an accidental sampling. Analysis method which used multiple linear regressions. So it could be determined as follows: 1) Satisfaction was an intervening variable that had a relationship between product quality and loyalty, 2) satisfaction was an intervening variable that had a relationship between service quality and loyalty, 3) satisfaction was an intervening variable that had a relationship between price and loyalty, 4) satisfaction was an intervening variable that had a relationship between location and loyalty. Keywords: Product Quality, Service Quality, Price, Satisfaction And Loyalty.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to analyze the effect of service quality and trust on customer satisfaction who are Gojek users at the Islamic University of Malang. This study uses two independent variables, namely service quality and trust. With one dependent variable, namely customer satisfaction. After conducting literature and field reviews and formulating hypotheses, the data in this study were collected by distributing questionnaires to 50 people or students of the Islamic University of Malang who had used Gojek Indonesia online transportation as the research sample. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling.The data analysis method used is quantitative analysis, namely the validity and reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test and f test as well as the coefficient of determination. Based on data analysis, the results of this study are valid and reliable. In the classical assumption test, data is normally distributed, heteroscedasticity and multicolonierity do not occur. In the tangible hypothesis test, responsiveness, assurance and empathy do not have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. And the reliability hypothesis test has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction.Keyword : Service quality, trust, and customer satisfaction

Abstract

AbstractThis research aims to analyze the impact of emotional intelligence, self efficacy, and workload on employee performance Mocca Animation Studio Malang. The method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The samples used in this study refer to Sugiyono purposeful sampling technique, that is, the researcher  collect samples when all members off the population are used as samples, and there are 53 respondents in total. The results of this study also show the impact positif of emotional intelligence variables, self efficacy, and workload on employee performance Mocca Animation Studio Malang. Keywords : emotional intelligence, self efficacy, workload, employee performance.

Abstract

AbstractDigital advertising is currently a trend in society, one of which is advertising through social media such as Instagram. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Celebrity Endorsers and advertisements on buying interest in MS Glow treatment products in Malang City. This type of research is a quantitative study with a population of Malang City residents who buy skin care products who are active followers of Ms Glow's Instagram account (Have interacted with Ms Glow's account such as; Like, Comment, Share, Save, and Repost) and purposive sampling and obtained a sample of 100 respondents. The data were then analyzed by multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS 25 software. The results showed that Celebrity Endorser partially had no significant effect on buying interest in MS Glow treatment products. While advertising partially has a significant effect on the product of interest in buying MS Glow treatment. Celebrity Endorser and Advertisement variables simultaneously have a significant effect on buying interest in MS Glow treatment products., Keywords: Celebrity Endorser, Advertising, MS Glow

Abstract

ABSTRACT The study was conducted in subdistrict head’s office Lowokwaru, Malang. The purpose of this study was to examine and and analyze the influence of organization’s commitment, work’s satisfaction and motivation to employee performance partially or simultaneously. The sample used are whole employee of subdistrict head’s office Lowokwaru, Malang much as 32 employees. Collection data method used was a questionnaire. The analysis includes instruments test, normality test, classic assumption test, linear regression test, hypothesis test and coefficient determination test using multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 14.0 for Windows. The result showed that organization’s commitment and work’s satisfaction partially has an influence positively and motivation has an influence negatively to the employee’s performance of subdistrict head’s office Lowokwaru, Malang, organization’s commitment, work’s satisfaction and motivation simultaneously have an influence to the employee’s performance of subdistrict head’s office Lowokwaru, Malang. Abstract

ABSTRACTWork effectiveness is one of the goals of job implementation. This can beachieved if the implementation of work in accordance with the requirementsrequired by the job. The purpose of this study is to determine whether there isinfluence of work motivation, and work discipline on the effectiveness ofemployees at Yayasan Sunan Kalijogo Jabung-Malang. The purpose of this studyis also to determine the extent to which the influence of work motivation, andwork discipline on the effectiveness of employees at Yayasan Sunan KalijogoJabung-Malang.The results of this study partially prove that the variable of work motivationdoes not have a significant effect on the effectiveness of employees with asignificance value of 0.075 or above 0.05 and has the lowest coefficient of 0.317,while the variable work discipline partially have a significant effect on theeffectiveness Employee work with a significance value of 0.007 or below 0.05 andhas a coefficient value above the motivation variable is 0.472.But simultaneously these two variables are very influential on theeffectiveness of employees at the Foundation Sunan Kalijogo Jabung Malang,because the value obtained F test of 9,253 with a significance level of 0,000 whichis smaller than 0.005. From the results of the analysis can be taken a conclusionthat the variables of work motivation, and work discipline have a positiveinfluence on the effectiveness of employee work on Yayasan Sunan KalijogoJabung-Malang. However, the work discipline variable is the dominant factorwhich has the greatest influence to the level of effectiveness of the employee'swork at Yayasan Sunan Kalijogo Jabung-Malang.Keywords: Work Motivation, Work Discipline and Work Effectiveness OfEmployees

Abstract

Abstract  This study aims to determine the effect of employee engagement, organizational culture and organizational commitment on employee performance at the regional financial and asset management revenue agency in Bima Regency. The sample in this study amounted to 81 people who are employees of the regional financial and asset management revenue agency, Bima Regency. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The data used in the study used primary and secondary data. The method used is descriptive data analysis by using validity, reliability, normality, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis test, f test, t test and coefficient of determination with the SPSS statistical program IBM Version 22. shows that simultaneously each variable employee engagement, organizational culture and organizational commitment equally affect employee performance, while partially employee engagement variables, organizational culture and organizational commitment have no significant effect on the performance of employees of the district financial and asset management revenue agency. bimaKeywords: Employee Engagement, Organizational Culture, Organizational Commitment, Employee Performance

Abstract

 ABSTRACTThis research was made with the intention of testing and analyzing the influence of value, satisfaction, and inertia on customer loyalty who shop through E-commerce case study research on Faculty of Economic and Business Universitas Islam Malang. Population and sample taken of 97 respondent by using saturated sample or census technique. Data collection is through with questionnaires. Data analyzing on this research helping with SPSS version 21. Data testing techniques on this research includes the validity test, reliability test, normality test, path analysis, MRA test, and test of research hypothesis. The result of analysis show that a) influential value significant to customer shopping loyalty in E-Commerce, b) influential value significant to shopping satisfaction in E-Commerce, c) shopping satisfaction have a significant effect to customer shopping loyalty in E-Commerce, d) satisfaction is not able to mediate the relationship between value to customer shopping loyalty in E-Commerce, e)  inertia can moderate satisfaction with customer loyalty in E-Commerce.Keywords : Value, Satisfaction, Inertia, and Loyalty
