Abstract

Abstract This study aims to: 1. Explain which attribute combinations influence people's preferences when choosing a rail transportation. 2. Describe which transportation attributes are important to the community when choosing a rail transportation means. 3. Explain what level of transportation attributes are most important to the community when choosing a Rail transportation means. The sampling technique used is a non-probability sampling technique and the data obtained are 96 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this research is conjoint analysis. The results of the study show that: 1. The combination of attributes that are considered the most important are air-conditioned carriage facilities, the price has promo tickets, the privilege is very suitable for families, the quality of ticket services can be purchased online, and the safety of no hawkers. 2. Attributes based on importance are carriage facilities, price, privileges, service quality, and safety. 3. The most important attribute level is that the price includes promo tickets, the quality of ticket services can be purchased online, the carriage facilities with air-conditioned rooms, the privilege is very suitable for families, and the safety of no hawkers. Keyword: Price, Quality of Service, Carriage Facilities, Privilege, Security.

Abstract

ABSTRACTFinancial Performance Analysis Of Real Estate And PropertyCompanies Before And During The Implementation Of Pp No.34 Of 2016 The purpose of this study is to know and analyze whether there are differences in the financial performance of real estate companies and property before and during the enactment of PP No.34 of 2016. Comparative method is used in this study. The sample selection used purposive sampling method, so that the selected sample amounted to 40 companies. The method in collecting research data is documentation. And Paired Samples T Test technique for hypothesis testing. Based on the results of research that has been done on the real estate and property company proves that after hypothesis testing by using Paired Samples Analysis T Test, the results of differences in the variable Net Profit Samples (NPM) and Assets Turnover (AT) while the variable Current Ratio (CR), QuickRatio (QR), Debt To Equity Ratio (DER), Return On Assets (ROA) and Return OnEquity (ROE) did not occur significantly. These results have proven that after the new policy is still in transition during the enactment of PP No.34 of 2016 and still in the adjustment. Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the relationship of dividend policy, capital structure and interest rates to firm value. The type of research used is explanatory. The data used is secondary data, obtained by documentation techniques, namely by searching for and collecting annual report data obtained from the website. The population that is the object of this research is companies in the property and real estate sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2013-2017, namely as many as 48 companies. The sample selection used a purposive sampling technique, so that 17 companies were obtained.The data analysis techbique in this study used the normality test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression test and hypothesis test. The measuring instrument used to measure dividend policy is the Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR), for the capital structure using a Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and to measure interest rates using the BI Rate of Bank Indonesia Certificates (SBI), while measuring instruments are used to measure company value is Price Earning Ratio (PER).The results of data analysis show that: (1) dividend policy has a positive effect on firm value, (2) capital structure has a positive effect on firm value, while (3) interest rates have a negative effect on firm valueKeywords : Dividend Policy, Capital Structure, Interest Rates, and Firm Value.

Abstract

ABSTRACT               This study aims to discuss and analyze the influence of customer delight: justice, esteem and finishing touch on active and passive loyalty. The population consisted of 221 and a sample of 70 respondents. Data collection in this study used a questionnaire. Data analysis in this study used SPSS 14. Application data used in this study included multiple linear regression analysis, validity test, reliability test, normality test, classic assumption test and hypothesis test. That there are simultaneous effects of variables of justice, esteem and finishing touch on the active and passive loyalty of Primagama's tutoring institutions. Partially customer delight, namely the esteem variable, has no significant effect on the variable active and passive loyalty of Primagama's tutoring institution. Whereas the justice and finishing touch variables have a significant influence on the variable active and passive loyalty of Primagama's tutoring institution.Keywords:Customer Delight; Justice;Esteem;Finishing Touch;Active Loyalty;Passive Loyalty

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis Study aims to determine and analyze the effect of relationship marketing, security, service quality on customer loyalty and customer satisfaction as an intervening variable for customer who shop at the Monokrom Store, Malang. In this study researchers have a sample of customers who have made as many as 1,950 respondents who shop online at Malang’s Monokrom Store in April 2019 by calculating using the slovin formula that shows the results of 95 respondets. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires to customers. The analysis used in this study is to use a validity test, reliability test, normality test, path analysis, t test and sobel test. The result of this study indicate that relationship marketing, security and service quality have an indirect effect on customer loyalty, while customer satisfaction can mediate the effect of relationship marketing, security and service quality on customer loyalty.Keywords : Relationship Marketing, Security, Service Quality, Customer Satisfaction and Loyality.

ABSTRACTThis study aims to: a) know and analyzepartial of price (x1) service (x2) location (x3) and product diversity (x4) on purchase buying decision (Y) in Alkhaibar minimarket. b) to know and analyze the effect of  simultaneous price, service, location and product diversity in Alkhaibar minimarket. this researchs explanatory researchs with quantitave approach. The data source of this research is the spread of a list of questions (questionnaire) to consumers Alkhaibar minimarket. The data used is primary and secondary. This  analyze uses SPSS data. Abstract

 Dividend policy is a profit decision whether the profits to be obtained by the company at the end of the period will be distributed to shareholders or will be retained as retained earnings. Dividend policy in this study uses the Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) formula. To see how the influence of debt and profitability policies on dividend policy on food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2016. The research used is a quantitative approach which includes the type of research exploratory research. The population in this study were 18 companies and a sample of 9 companies. The results of the analysis show that Debt and Profitability Policy influences the dividend policy on Food and Beverage Companies listed on the Stock Exchange in 2014-2016. Characteristics of food and beverage companies tend to finance companies by using debt for dividend distribution. Keywords: debt policy, profitability and dividend policy

Abstract

ABSTRACTPhenomenon that occurs when this location, completeness of the products and the prices ofmost major discussion in this study because it is able to contribute to the purchase of aconsumergood birthday are individually as well as collectively in doing marketing strategy.Research conducted at Hypermart Malang Town Square. Purposes of this research isto test and know the influence factors of location, price and product completeness againstrepeated purchases consumers partially or simultaneous.Variables used in the study wasthe location, the completeness of the product and the price as the independent variable andthe variable purchase re consumers as the dependentvariable. The samples used in thestudy was the unfortunate Hypermart consumer Town Squareas much as 99 respondentsusing a purposive sampling method. Data collection methods the research by disseminatinga questionnaire. The analysis used include: test instruments, test the assumptions ofclassical linear regression testmultiple hypothesis and test by using SPSS 14.0 program forwindows.The results showed a significant effect against the location of purchase consumerreset, completeness of influential products significantly to re-purchase consumers andprices do not affect significantly to restart consumer purchase, location, productcompleteness and simultaneous price effect on the purchase of ullang consumers.Keywords`: Location, Price, Product Completeness, Repeated Purchases ConsumersOcation, Price And Product Completeness Against RepeatedpurchasesConsumers

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the effect of independent variables namely brand image, brand association, word of mouth, and promotion of the dependent variable, namely the decision to buy an Apple smartphone for consumers in the Malang Gadget Platinum shop. In this study using explanatory research. Methods of collecting data by distributing questionnaires to respondents. Respondents in this study amounted to 87 people taken using accidental sampling. The results of this study as a whole or simultaneous independent variables, namely brand image, brand association, word of mouth, and promotion have positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. Abstract

ABTRACKThis study aims to analyze the effect of the level of religiosity, knowledge and social environment on the interest in saving students in Malang city. This research was held in Malang city. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling technique. Respondents in this study were Banyuwangi students in Malang city with a total of 90 respondents from 927 students. This research is quantitative research and the method of data analysis used multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicated that partially the variable religiosity, knowledge has a significant effect on students 'interest in saving in Islamic banks, while the social environment variables have a positive and insignificant effect on students' interest in saving in Malang city Islamic banks. Simultaneously the variables of religiosity, knowledge and social environment have a significant effect on students' saving interest in Islamic banks at a significance level of less than 0.05 or 5%Keywords: level of religiosity, knowledge, social environment, interest in saving
