Abstract

AbstractThis research was conducted on the 2018 FEB UNISMA Active Students. The type of research using a quantitative approach is the research used. The purpose of this research is to find out how much the price of something, service quality, e-Promotion on consumer buying interest. The independent variables used are price, service quality, e-promotion, consumer buying interest, which is the dependent variable. The sample of this study consisted of 72 respondents who were consumers aged 19-24 years, Active Students of FEB UNISMA Class of 2018 who had or often made purchases. Using a questionnaire as a data collection tool. With the aid of the computer program SPSS 16.0, the data were analyzed using an instrument test, multiple linear regression analysis, the classical assumption test, the determination test, the f test, and the t test. The findings of this study indicate that pricing has a significant impact on consumer buying interest, service quality has a significant effect on consumer buying interest, e-promotion has a significant effect on consumer buying interest. Price, Service quality, and Consumer Buying Interest are affected by e-Promotion simultaneously. Keywords : Price, Service Quality, e-Promotion, Consumer Buying Interest.

Abstract

ABSTRACT            The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of store and location variables on purchasing decisions on the Consumer Fertilizer Bawang Cafe & dinning Kota Wisata Batu. The research method used is quantitative. Population and sample used in this research are Consumer Fertilizer Onion Cafe & dinning Town Tour of Stone. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique, while the data analysis method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis.               The results of this study provide empirical evidence that the variable store atmosphere and location both simultaneously and partially have a positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions. Keywords: Store Atmosphere, Location, Purchase Decision

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research I’m made to know and analyse the effect of product design and product quality towards customer loyalty with customer satisfaction as intervening variable. This research is a quantitative research by using path analysis technique. Sample taken by using Slovin formula with using the purposive sampling technique with 94 sample of respondence.The result shows that there is the significant effect of product design towards customer satisfaction, there is significant effect of product quality towards customer satisfaction, product design also have a significant effect towards customer loyalty, product quality affected on customer loyalty, satisfactory have significant effect towards customer loyalty. Then, indirectly product design have affected towards customer loyalty by the satisfactory as intervening variable cannot be proven, product quality indirectly affected on customer loyalty with satisfactory as intervening variable. Based on the result of this research can be concluded that one product which have interesting design and good quality can make the customer feels satisfied, so that customer will be loyal.Keywords: Product Design, Product Quality, Customer Loyalty And Satisfactory

Abstract

ABSTRACT               This study aims to determine the effect of Quality Product, Promotion, Quality Service and Location on loyality customer SCH Clothing Malang, the sample of this study is students boarding in Sudimoro. For collecthing the data used questionnaires to students boarding in Sudimoro, to analyze the data used validity test, reliability test, normality test, multiple linear analyze, statistical test F and statisical test t, coefficient determination test in IBM Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) 16.0 version. The result of this study have a significant positive effect on loyality customer, quality product on loyality customer, promotion on loyality customer, quality servic on loyality customer and location on loyality customer. In conclussion Simultaneously test product quality, promotion, service quality and location have an effect on customer loyalty, then in a partial test of product quality, promotion, service quality and location has an effect on customer loyalty.Keywords: Quality Product; Promotion; Quality Service; Location

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study is to examine the influence of Leadership Style, Reward, Work Environment and Organizational Commitment on Employee Performance in the Regional Civil Service Agency of Malang. This research uses descriptive type. The data used are primary and secondary data obtained using a questionnaire by taking a population sample of 44 (forty four) respondents.               This study uses analytical tools such as Validity, Reliability, Normality, Multiple Regression Tests, Multicollinity Tests, Heteroscedasticity Tests, F Tests, and t Tests and is measured using a Likert scale. Where the results of the analysis depend on the score obtained from respondents.        The results of this study are (1) Leadership Style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (2) Reward has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (3) Work Environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (4) Organizational Commitment has no effect on employee performance . Keywords : Leadership Style, Reward, Work Environment, Organizational                   Commitment, Performance.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of trust, security and service quality on purchasing decisions, the sample of this research is the Shoppe site consumers. Data collection using questionnaires, data analysis using validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, multiple linear analysis, F statistical tests and t statistical tests, testing the coefficient of determination on the IBM Social Sciences Statistical Package (SPSS) Version 16.0 From the calculation results with SPSS which is the variables of trust, security, service quality have a simultaneous and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine and analyze the influence simultaneously or partially on Product Quality, Brand Trust, and Brand Image on Customer Loyalty of Honda Civic. This type of research is explanatory or explanatory research using a quantitative approach. The sample in this study were 50 respondents. The sampling technique used in this research is snowball sampling. Analysis of the data used is descriptive statistics and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the variables Product Quality, Brand Trust and Brand Image have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. Partially what can be seen from the results of the t test shows that the Product Quality variable has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. The Brand Trust variable has a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty, while the Brand Image variable has a positive and significant impact on Customer Loyalty. Based on these calculations, it can be concluded that partially the Product Quality, Brand Trust, and Brand Image variables have a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty. The results of statistical data analysis show that Product Quality, Brand Trust, and Brand Image have a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty. This shows that good product quality will determine customer perceptions of product performance which will have an impact on loyalty and a strong brand image provides an advantage over other competitors so that customers will trust the brand. Keywords: Product Quality, Brand Trust, Brand Image and Customer Loyalty

Abstract

Abstract Behavior is carried out based on someone's desire, which makes someone interested in doing it. During the transaction process, to measure a person's level of interest in performing certain behaviors, the transaction is part of the interest in the transaction that will be carried out. In this study, interest in use is influenced by several factors, namely effectiveness and risk, as well as perceptions of convenience for users. This study aims to determine how users influenced perceived ease of use, the risk, and the effectiveness of interest in using financial technology (fintech), which is measured partially and simultaneously. Explanatory or explanatory research is the type of research in this study, conducted in January 2021-2022 with a total sample of 110 BRI Bank customers. Multiple linear regression analysis is the data analysis used in this study. The results of the research in this study are: 1) There is a simultaneous influence on perceptions of ease of use on interest, 2) There is a positive and significant influence on interest and perception of ease of use, 3) There is a positive and significant influence on effectiveness and interest, 4) There is a positive and significant effect on risk on interest. Keywords : Effectiveness, Risk, Interest, Perception of Ease, Fintech

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the influence of leadership, work environment and communication to employee job satisfaction. The research sample in this study amounted to 42 people who were employees of KUD (Village Unit Cooperative) PAKIS Kec. Pakis Kab. Malang.The method used is descriptive data analysis that is by using validity, reliability, normality, multiple linear regression analysis, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, t hypothesis test, and hypothesis testing f.The results of this study indicate that partially each of the variables of leadership, work environment and communication are equally influential on job satisfaction, while simultaneously leadership, work environment and communication variables also influence job satisfaction of KUD (Village Unit Cooperative) PAKIS employees.
