Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of attractiveness, expertise and trust of celebrities on consumer buying interest in Scarlett Whitening products. This study uses an explanatory research type using a quantitative approach. The sampling technique and the population used a non-probability sampling technique with a purposive sampling approach. Sources of data used in this study is primary data. Respondents in this study were students of the Islamic University of Malang Management Study Program Class of 2018-2019. The number of respondents 86 people. The analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of research analysis, the variables of attractiveness, expertise, and trust have a simultaneous effect on consumer buying interest. There is a partial influence of the attractiveness, expertise, and trust variables on buying interest. Keywords: Attractiveness, Expertise, Trust,Purchase intention

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine how the influence of Organizational citizenship behavior, job satisfaction and organizational commitment on employee performance at PT. Telkom Kepanjen 2021. In this study there are 3 (three) independent variables, namely organizational citizenship behavior, job satisfaction and organizational commitment. The dependent variable in this study is employee performance. The population in this study were all active employees of PT. Telkom Kepanjen in 2021 with a total of 36 employees. The sampling technique used was a saturated sample. The method of data collection in this study used the method of distributing questionnaires. The data analysis technique in this study used multiple linear regression with SPSS ver 18. The results showed that had a significant simultaneously organizational citizenship behavior, job satisfaction and organizational commitment effect on employee performance. Partially, organizational citizenship behavior has a significant effect on employee performance. Job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance. Abstract

Abstract On online shopping sites, there are many fictitious online sellers who market fictitious products as well. A buyer must first check the existence of an online seller. Usually on an online shopping site, the site will display information about sellers whose "stalls" are often accessed by people. Buyers can take advantage of this information so as not to be deceived. Risk perception also determines someone in making purchases on Instagram. The higher risk perception causes a person to have a higher fear when transacting online, and vice versa. The various concerns of e-commerce transactions can be psychological, legal, or economic. Fear of being deceived, unsatisfactory, sometimes long delivery and confusing ordering system. the more someone trusts an online shop, the smaller the perceived risk associated with online purchases, the higher consumer confidence in online shopping sites will reduce the perceived risk of consumers in online shopping transactions. Keywords:........ Abstract

Abstract This study examines the effect of Viral Marketing, Flash Sale 12.12, and the Free Shipping Tagline on purchasing decisions for goods on the Shopee marketplace. The method of this research is explanatory research with quantitative methods. The 2019 class of FEB Islamic University of Malang served as the study's population. This study used a nonprobability sampling method with a purposive sampling technique, collecting a sample of 80 respondents using a Google form following the formula used; the Malhotra formulated the purpose of this SPSS 25 data analysis is to examine the effect of viral marketing, flash sales 12.12, and the free shipping tagline on purchasing decisions. Viral marketing had a positive and partially significant influence on buying decisions in this study, flash sale 12.12 had a slightly optimistic and substantial impact on buying decisions, and the free delivery slogan had a positive and partially significant effect on buying decisions. The influence of viral marketing, flash sales 12.12, and the free shipping tagline on the decision to buy goods in the shopee marketplace, the case study of FEB students at the Islamic University of Malang was 61.5%. Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine whether the financial analysis can be used as a way of doing the assessment of financial work performance in real estate company PT Revona Malang. The selected research object is property company that is PT. RevonaCipta Property Malang with research period of 2012 until 2016. This research is replication of development and including research type Explanatory Reseach.Based on the ratio analysis it can be seen that the development of the general condition of the company from year to year has fluctuated in the sense that the company's ratio condition is down and up depending on the purchasing power of the people and the current economic policies as well as the ability of the company's management to apply its capabilities.With fluctuating assets used and with increased sales, the profit before taxes received by the company after 2014 should also increase. But it is unfortunate that the increased sales are not followed by a stable cost of goods sold. But it tends to increase. From the results of the study also can be seen that the variance of companies aimed through profit before taxes showed unfavorable variance. Abstract

 ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to determine the effect of good corporate governance, funding decisions, and dividend policies on the value of the company in trading companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2015-2017, namely as many as 62 companies. The sample selection uses a purposive sampling method where samples are taken based on certain criteria, so that 20 trading companies are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2017. The data analysis technique in this study uses descriptive analysis, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression test, hypothesis test and coefficient of determination using the SPSN version 14 software. The measurement instrument used to measure good corporate governance is the Independent Board of Commissioners (DKI), for funding decisions is Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), for dividend policy is the Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR), and for company value using Price Earning Ratio (PER). The results of this study indicate that: 1) good corporate governance has a positive and significant influence on firm value. 2) funding decisions have a negative and significant influence on company value. 3) dividend policy has a positive and significant effect on firm value.Keywords: Good Corporate Governance, Funding Decisions, Dividend Policy and Company Value

Abstract

                                                      ABSTRACT            Purpose of the study: To find out how the description of transformational leadership style, educational background, influential work experience and performance of the Malang city environmental department office staff. To find out how the transformational leadership style, educational background and work experience together influence the performance of the Malang city environmental department office.            By using a sample of Malang city environmental department office employees, the results of this study show the variables of transformational leadership style, educational background and work experience together affect the performance of Malang city office environment department employees. Transformational leadership style influences the performance of Malang city environment office staff. The educational background does not affect the performance of the Malang city environmental department office staff. Work experience has no effect on the performance of Malang city environmental service office employees. The leader of the Malang city environmental office, must pay attention to the transformational leadership style, to improve the performance of the Malang city environmental department office employee.Keywords: Transformational Leadership Style, Educational Background and Work Experience on Employee Performance.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to analyze the direct effect of service quality and promotion variables on satisfaction, the direct effect of service quality and promotion on customer loyalty, the direct effect of satisfaction on customer loyalty, and the indirect effect of service quality and promotion variables on customer loyalty through satisfaction. The population of this research is the users of Sriwijaya Air flight services at Kalimarau Berau Airport in East Kalimantan. Sampling was conducted using the Maholtra method so that there were 85 respondents who met the requirements as a sample. This research was conducted by distributing questionnaires and path analysis methods. The results of this study indicate that the variables of service quality and promotion have a direct effect on satisfaction, service quality and promotion have a direct effect on customer loyalty, satisfaction has a direct effect on customer loyalty, service quality and promotion have an indirect effect on consumer loyalty through satisfaction as an intervening variable.Keywords: service quality, promotion, customer loyalty, satisfaction.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was used to determine how the influence of kaizen culture, training and communication on employee performance at the Arjasa District Office, Sumenep Regency, East Java. In this study, four variables are used, namely kaizen culture variables, training and communication which are independent variables, while employee performance is the dependent variable. Whereas in this study the number of respondents was 43 respondents. The data collection method is done by using a questionnaire. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the kaizen culture, training and communication simultaneously had an effect on employee performance. Kaizen culture partially affects employee performance, training partially affects employee performance, and communication partially affects employee performance. Keywords: Kaizen, Training, Communication, Employee Performance

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine and analyze the relationship between product innovation, product quality, promotion and halal label on the level of purchasing decisions on Donat Kentang Malang. This research uses a case study method where data is obtained by distributing questionnaires to selected IMMAM members by purposive sampling. Determination of the number of samples using the Slovin formula and the results obtained were 100 respondents. Data analysis in this study consisted of instrument testing, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing and the coefficient of determination. The results showed that based on the F test and t test there was a simultaneous and partial effect between the variables of product innovation, product quality, promotion and halal label on purchasing decisions at Donat Kentang Malang. Adjusted R Square of 23,5% against the dependent variable, namely the purchase decision can be explained by the product innovation variables (X1), product quality (X2), promotion (X3) and halal label (X4)  while 76,5% explained by other variables outside this research model. Keywords: Purchase Decision, Product Innovation, Product Quality, Promotion, Halal Label
