Abstract

Abstract This study aims to examine the effect of work motivation, organizational culture, and quality of work life on employee performance (study at the Department of Housing and Settlement Areas (DISPERKIM) Bondowoso Regency). the population in this study were employees who were registered as civil servants at the Bondowoso Regency Housing and Settlement Area (DISPERKIM). The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. based on the results of the study showed that motivation, organizational culture, and quality of work life simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Department of Housing and Settlement Areas (DISPERKIM) Kab. Bondowoso. Work motivation has no significant effect on employee performance at the Department of Housing and Settlement Areas (DISPERKIM) Kab. Bondowoso. Organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance at the Department of Housing and Settlement Areas (DISPERKIM) Kab. Bondowoso. Abstract

Abstract This research was conducted to determine the effect of product quality and price on repurchase intention (Study on Aka Coffee Dau Malang). This research belongs to the type of explanatory research with a quantitative approach, which was conducted to examine the effect between variables. The population in this study were customers aka coffee in the city of Malang. From this population a sample will be determined using the formula method from Malhotra so that a sample of 60 samples is obtained. Data analysis in this study consisted of instrument testing, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and coefficient of determination test. The results of this study indicate that based on the results of the t test and f test there is a simultaneous influence between the effect of product quality and price on repurchase intention (Study on Aka Coffee Dau Malang). Adjusted R Square of 57.2% to the dependent variable, namely repurchase interest can be explained by the product quality variable (X1), price quality (X2), while 42.8% is explained by other variables outside the research model. Keyword: Product Quality, Price, Repurchase Interest

Abstract

This study is used to determine how the effect of compensation and work motivation on employee performance partially at PT. Hagis Mitra Sejahtera Samarinda in this study using 3 variables, namely compensation variable, work motivation is the independent variable and employee performance which is the dependent variable. collected through a questionnaire using a Likert scale and analysis of the data used is multiple linear regression tested using SPSS. Stamp data retrieval using the Slovin formula with an error scale of 0.5 that is to obtain as many as 60 respondents. The results show that compensation has a positive effect on employee performance, work motivation has a positive effect on employee performance and behavior has a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance. Keywords : Compensation, Work Motivation, Organizational Behavior, Employee Performance

Abstract

ABSTRACTTo find out and analyze the influence of service quality, facilities, prices and products on customer satisfaction Loris Beauty Clinic Malang. The population in this study were Malang Loris Beauty Clinic customers who performed for 3 months, namely as many as 960 who would be respondents in this study. And it has been calculated using the Slovin formula to become 91 respondents. Data collection through questionnaires. Analysis of the data in this study using SPSS version 16. And the sampling technique using non probability sampling methods and data testing techniques used in this study include validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis, and testing the research hypothesis.The results of the analysis show that service quality, facilities, prices and products in partial tangible, facilities and products have a positive and significant influence, but the service quality variable has a positive but not significant effect. Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research aims to analyze the influence of confidence, convenience, price, and quality of the information against the purchasing decision partially and simultaneous. Type of this research is quantitative research. The respondents in this study was a student of economic faculty of Islamic University of Malang by 2013. The sample used in this study the student is a student of economic faculty of Islamic University of Malang ever making a purchase on the site bukalapak.com a number of 37 students. The data collection method used is to disseminate the questionnaire and interview. The results showed that the confidence and ease of influence on purchasing decisions in partial. Whereas the prices and the quality of the information does not affect purchasing decision partially. Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine and analyze the Effect of Work Discipline on Work Environment Work Motivation on the Employee Performance of Srono District Office Banyuwangi partially or simultaneously. The population and sample in this study amounted to 40 people. The data collection technique uses saturated sampling method. Data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires. Analysis of the data used SPSS version 16. The analytical tools used in this study were the Instrument Test, Normality Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Test and Hypothesis Test.Based on the results of this study concluded that the variable Work Discipline affects employee performance, work environment does not affect employee performance and work motivation does not affect employee performance. Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research was conducted at PT.Catur Mulia Mandiri. The purpose of this research is to test and analyze the influence of leadership style, organizational commitment, Reward and Punishment towards employee work ethic of PT. Catur Mulia Mandiri. The variables used are leadership styles, organizational commitments, Reward and Punishment nout as independent variables, while the employee work ethic variable is the dependent variable.The samples used in this study were 67 PT employees. Chess Mulia Mandiri uses the method of random stratification proportional.Data collection method by collecting primary and secondary data. The analyses used include instrument testing, classical assumption test, normality test, multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination test.               Research shows that there is a positive and significant influence between leadership style, organizational commitment, reward and punishment towards employee work ethic at PT. Catur Mulia Mandiri.The research show that the leadership style variable has no significant effect on the employee work ethic of PT. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the relationship between the variables of marketing channels, distribution channels, and promotions on purchasing decisions. The location of the research is in UMKM Keripik Singkong Permata, Pakis District, Malang Regency. This research is a quantitative research. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this research is using multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of data analysis that the variables of marketing strategy, distribution channels, and promotions have a positive simultaneous effect on consumer purchasing decisions at UMKM Keripik Singkong Permata. Partially, marketing strategies have a positive effect on purchasing decisions that are oriented to the formation of product innovation, service innovation, place innovation, promotional innovation used by UMKM’s managers/owners. Partially, distribution channel variables also positively influence purchasing decisions, with the orientation of the formation of product availability, ease of obtaining products, and fast food. Partially, the promotion variable has a positive effect on consumer purchasing decisions, with the orientation of introducing products, techniques to attract consumers, offering product advantages, promotional content carried out by UMKM Keripik Singkong Permata in Pakis District, Malang Regency.Keyword: Marketing Channels, Disributions Channels, Promotion, Purchasing Decisions

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study is to test and analyze the profitability of the food and beverage sector manufacturing companies listed on the IDX. To measure these variables, the independent variables that can be used are the variables of capital structure, liquidity, firm size and dividend policy. This research is a type of explanatory research, because this research explains the causal relationship of the independent variables with the dependent variable. The method used is quantitative approach using multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 16.0 application. The data used is secondary data by collecting data in the form of documentation. In this study, there are a population of 36 companies in the food and beverage sector which are listed on the IDX. Furthermore, purposive sampling is a sampling technique, with a total of 12 samples. From the data management, it shows the results that simultaneously the four independent variables have a significant effect. And partially that the capital structure, liquidity and company size have no effect on profitability, while dividend policy has a significant effect on profitability. Keywords: Capital Structure, Liquidity, Firm Size, Dividend Policy and Profitability
