Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine 1.) Description of recruitment, selection, commitment, work discipline and employee productivity, 2.) Effect of recruitment, selection, commitment and work discipline on employee productivity, 3.) Effect of recruitment on employee productivity, 4.) Effect of selection on employee productivity, 5.) Effect of commitment on employee productivity, 6.) Effect of work discipline on employee productivity. This research uses quantitative methods with descriptive and inferential analysis. The number of samples used was 33 employees at the Village Unit Cooperative Pakis, Malang Regency. Sources of data used are primary and secondary data sources. The data were collected using a questionnaire with a Likert scale measurement while the data analysis used was instrument test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and the coefficient of determination (R2) with SPSS 16.0 as a tool. The results showed that 1.) Recruitment, selection, commitment, and work discipline have a simultaneous influence on employee productivity, 2.) Recruitment has an influence on employee productivity, 3.) Selection has an influence on employee productivity, 4.) Commitment has no effect. influence on employee productivity, 5.) Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine: 1. To determine the simultaneous influence of leadership style and work motivation on teacher performance at MA Al Ma'arif Singosari. 2. To determine the partial effect of leadership style and work motivation on teacher performance at MA Al Ma'arif SingosariThe method used in this study is a quantitative research method with a descriptive approach and conducted by MA Al Ma'arif Singosari with a population of 51 teachers. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire with measurements using a Likert scale. The data analysis techniques used are validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis F test, hypothesis t test and coefficient of determination test.The results of this study indicate that: 1. The results of the study prove that simultaneously leadership style and work motivation have a significant effect on teacher performance at MA Al Ma'arif Singosari. 2. The results of the study prove that partially leadership style and work motivation have a significant effect on teacher performance at MA Al Ma'arif Singosari. Keywords: leadership style, motivation and performance

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of quality of work life, motivation, and job satisfaction to commitment in Teachers and Employees of Insan Mulia Foundation Malang. The data used in this study uses primary data and secondary data. The study population was teachers and employees of Insan Mulia Foundation Malang, while the sample in this study were 51 respondents. The analytical method used in this study is Instrument Test, Normality Test, Classic Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression, Hypothesis Test, and Coefficient Determination Test. From the results of the study showed that the quality of work life and motivation did not have a significant negative effect on commitment. Another case with , job satisfaction variables that have a positive effect and significant on commitment. Simultaneously quality of work life, motivation, and job satisfaction have a significant effect on commitment in Teachers and Employees of Insan Mulia Foundation Malang. Keywords: Quality of Work Life, Motivation, Job Satisfaction, and Commitment

Abstract

Abstract This Study Aims To Examine And Explain The Effect Of Strategy Integrated Marketing Commnucation And The Role Of Brand Ambassador On Brand Awareness During The Pandemic Covid’19 At UD. Banana Lava And Frozen Food Banyuwangi. This Research Is An Associative Type With A Quantitative Approach. The Method Used Is Multiple Linear Regression. The Sampling Technique Of This Reseach Is Using Purposive Sampling Tehnique Used The Formula From Ferdinan With The Calculation Results Of 65 Samples. To Solve The Problem In This Study Using SPSS Assistance With Validity Test, Reliability Test, Normality Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Multicollinearity Test, Heteroscedasticity Test, F Test, And T Test. The Results Showed That Simultaneously The Variables Of Integrated Marketing Communication And Brand Ambassador Significant Positive Effect On Brand Awareness. Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work discipline and work supervision on employee work effectiveness. The sample in this study was 60 respondents with a population of 60 employees who were in the Back Office of Jawa Timur park 1. In this study, direct random sampling method was used as the sampling method. The questionnaires distributed and then analyzed provided the primary data for this study. IBM's SPSS Statistics Program Version 22 was used for multiple linear regression analysis, the findings of the study of discipline in work and work supervision have a positive effect on employee work efficiency. Keywords: Work Discipline And Supervision Of Employee Work Productivity.

Abstract

ABSTRACT  This study aims to determine the effect of organizational commitment, job engagement and job satisfaction on the performance of employees of PT. Infomedia Humanika Solution. The variables used in this study are performance variables (dependent variables), while the independent variables are organizational commitment, job engagement and job satisfaction. The results of this study partially concluded that there was an influence between organizational commitment on employee performance, job engagement on performance and job satisfaction on employee performance. Simultaneously there is an influence between organizational commitment, job engagement and job satisfaction on employee performance. Keywords: Performance, Organizational Commitment, Job Involvement, Job Satisfaction.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe aim of this study is to find out and to examine capital structure, firm growth, firmsize and profitability toward service firm value which were registered in IndonesianStock Exchange (BEI) along with its independent variable i.e. capital structure, firmgrowth, firm size, and profitability dependent variable on firm value.This study used purposive sampling as research method that is sampling method bythe certain criteria. The amount of the sample in this study is 14 service industrycompanies which registered in Indonesian Stock Exchange. Research conducted inthe period 2014-2016 so that the data obtained as much as 42 samples. The analysisused is double regression analysis which preceded by classical assumptions testconsisting of normal test, heteroskesdasticity, multikolinearity, and autocorrelation.Hypothesis analysis is done by using F test and T test.The result of the study represent that 1) capital structure negatively affects the firmvalue 2) capital structure positively affects the firm value 3) firm size negativelyaffects the firm value and 4) profitability negatively affects the firm value.Keywords: Capital Structure, Firm Growth, Firm Size, Profitability, Firm Value.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to examine and analyze the Effect of Transformational Leadership, Motivation and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at Nelongso Fried Chicken Restaurant Jl. West Sigura-gura No. 27 Malang City either partially or simultaneously. In this study a population of 32 employees and all were taken as samples. Data collection through questionnaires. Data analysis in this study using SPSS version 16. The sampling technique uses quantitative methods. Data testing techniques used in this study include validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, and testing the research hypothesis. The results of the analysis show that partially and simultaneously Transformational Leadership, Motivation and Work Discipline have a positive and significant effect on the Employee Performance of Nelongso Fried Chicken Restaurant Jl. Abstract

ABSTRACT               This study uses quantitative data collection through questionnaires. The population in this study is Consumer Resto Fried Chicken Nelongso Branch Sutami Dam Malang. The sample took 88 respondents with data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The objectives of this study are: 1) Effect of Service Performance and Satisfaction on consumer loyalty at Resto Ayam Goreng Nelongso Sutami Branch. 2) Partial Performance Analysis of Service Performance and Satisfaction with Customer Loyalty at Resto Ayam Goreng Nelongso Sutami Branch.               The results showed that: 1) Can show simultaneous performance of services and satisfaction with customer loyalty at Nelongso fried chicken restaurant. 2) Related to the partial performance between service performance and satisfaction with customer loyalty at Nelongso fried chicken restaurant. Keywords: Service performance, Authority, Customer Loyalty

Abstract

AbstrackThis study aims to find out how the composite stock price index (CSPI), trading volume, and systematic risk to stock prices (case study in manufacturing companies in the property, real estate, and building construction sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2019). In this study, there are 3 (three) independent variables that are used to measure stock prices, namely the composite stock price index (CSPI), trading volume, and systematic risk. And the dependent variable in this research is the stock price. The population in this study were all property, real estate, and building construction companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2015-2019 period with a total of 89 companies and the sample in this study was taken using a purposive sampling technique, namely the selection of sample members based on certain criteria and obtained a sample of 16 companies property, real estate, and building construction. The data collection method used is the documentation method by recording or documenting data listed in the annual report on (IDX). The data analysis technique used in this study is the simple linear regression. The results of the study stated that JCI partially had a significant positive effect on stock prices. Partial trading volume has a significant negative effect on stock prices. And Systematic Risk partially there is a significant negative influence on stock prices.Keywords: Composite Stock Price Index (CSPI), Trading Volume, Systematic Risk, Stock Prices
